I was recently in an accident that resulted in the total loss of my previous vehicle. The whole experience was a bit of a nightmare, that was until it came to searching for and purchasing a new, used, vehicle. I originally was searching for something similar to my previous vehicle, which was a crossover or CUV, whatever you prefer to call it. Subaru Foresters seemed like a good fit and I was fortunate enough to find a great match via Autotrader from Topline Autoplex. However, once I came by to check out the vehicle and test drive it, I found it just wasn't the right match. Luckily, the owner keeps a pretty diverse selection of vehicles in the inventory at all times and it ranges to meet most anyone's distinct needs. So there it was, calling to me, a 2012 Honda Crosstour that I immediately inquired about and was allowed to inspect and test drive on the spot. Mind you, this was all without feeling as if I was annoying them about changing my mind or feeling as if I was inconveniencing anyone. That in itself felt great because car shopping after a terrible accident is already stressful enough. I returned 2 days later to buy The Honda Crosstour and also never felt pressured to hurry the process because they were kind enough to hold the vehicle for me since they knew I was a serious buyer. I personally bought the vehicle flat out via a cashier's check from my bank (which can take time to get,) but I did notice that they do offer great financing options for those who may not have the cash to purchase a vehicle up front. The whole purchasing process went quickly and smoothly thanks to the great staff on hand. All that being said, in summary, this dealership is kind and helpful without making you feel pressured or stressed to make any decisions right away. They also have a good range of vehicles to select from even at a time when the used car market is a bit haywire. Fontana can be warm, windy, and dry at times and it was the days I was there and they were even nice enough to offer me cold water for my parched mouth. Thank you to all the friendly staff at Topline Autoplex. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, even though I live in Fullerton and it can be a long drive through traffic at times to their location, it is worth it.

Not once did he ever disclose any "add ons" or additional fees. Long story short, they ran my credit, and after a long time waiting brought me a spreadsheet with almost $5k in add ons. I let them know I did not want them and they refused to sell me the vehicle. Victor and 3 other managers told me flat out they will not sell it to me without the add ones. Their site says customers "may" purchase a vehicle with add ons but do not say it's mandatory nor do they give the pricing. Classic Bait and Switch. Even after expressing how much I wanted to purchase the vehicle just without the add ons, they still refused. This violates Cal Code Title 4 S 1304.1 and multiple other California Car Buying Acts. I 100% will be filing a complain with the DMV and California Department of Consumer Affairs. Sad so many dealers are still like this. You can't even purchase a vehicle anymore without dealers trying to take advantage of you.

You're charging 3k or 3.5k mandatory warranty although I see many reviews talking about how cars need repairs or selling them lemon cars and people are having to pay out of pocket. Wasted time and gas driving here, it's an hour drive for us, they force you to come in or wont give you the actual break down. Surprise here's the extra mandatory fees. I did tell them I had my own credit Union, so there's that. Edit: they were not optional
