Got my car towed today, I am an employee at BJ at the block, there was no parking as an employee so I parked next door where I was towed. I have a car registered under my grandfathers name in which they needed an ID. My grandfather has DEMENTIA and cant walk. We explained it to the lady who worked at the front desk (12/21/2024) and pleaded if we can bring his ID. She said that she needed him there. We had to carry my ill grandfather from his bed where is bed ridden to the car. When taking him the man who had an orange beard and is bald said they didn't need to see him. Frustrated we were upset as we took my almost 90 year old grandfather for nothing , who is in pain and physically and mentally ill with dementia cancer etc(BEDRIDDEN) when voicing our concerns the man said "it is what it is". How unprofessional and disrespectful this place was. I worked my job then in turn had to fork over 393 to a scam which is mostly fees, to have my family and grandfather disrespected . Was towed for car being parked in fire zone. Tow truck driver damaged the back tire and it deflated when sitting in tow yard for two days. The company tried to tell me I popped it and showed me picture they took of the car with the tire still inflated. Legal action is required if this company denies damages, they will not take responsibility. Please make sure you take pictures of your car and inspect it before taking your car out... hope this helps someone. read more

I called the Orange police department that day and I spoke to someone at the yard and was told that the tow driver drives around and takes pictures and comes back 1 hour later to see if the car is still there then they tow. This isn't a business, it's a set-up. If you got towed by these people, lawyer up or bring a body cam to record throughout the process. My girlfriend got towed from a parking space even though she had a pass for assigned parking. Whoever towed the car was too lazy to switch sides and wore out the brakes in the process. If you get the tall, fat, and Easter-Island-Head looking lady, be ready to possibly wait multiple hours and endure a malicious and disrespectful attitude in case she decides to take her anger out on you for no good reason. They had eight drivers in the back and still took four-times longer than tow shops with half the crew size to send everyone to pick up their cars. They might even send people behind you in line ahead of you, just because they can. Don't let them hold your documents hostage, apparently the police are in bed with them and will side with them before anyone else. TLDR: 0/5, Pray that you'll stay away from this shady company. if you're a good person who works here, leave before you become contaminated. Had my car towed last night unfortunately because I forgot to put the parking permit in the car. Had to pay $418... oh well money comes and goes BUT they will open your car and get into it. I know for a fact my car was opened because a piece of the door is broken and I can hear wind going through while driving. Just be aware about this, they will say "We are not allowed to go into cars" etc... they are lying. I've seen another review on here saying the same thing. Good luck. read more

This company "accidentally" towed my guests car from my own apartment complex. A paid parking spot that I pay for. When I called to retrieve it, a woman with the nastiest, ugliest attitude got on the phone with a disgusting power trip. This company will tow ANYBODY without authorization, without doing their due-diligence, and then hassle the hell out of you to get your car back. Not to mention they broke pieces of my guests car. Zero stars!! Horrible place taking advantage of elderly waiting for their prescriptions at CVS. If you have been a victim, report them to the Better Business Bureau. They lied, saying the manager calls them when my friend is the manager saying they don't. They drive around every hour and take cars parked there an hour. The signs don't have a time limit. it just says no overnight parking. Warning: If you are waiting for a prescription a while, keep checking that your car isn't tired by the awful people. read more

My car was towed from the apartment complex where I live, because I forgot to display a parking pass. My own fault. Called Orange PD, and they verified that South Side Towing was the company to call and reclaim my car. When I called the tow company, the lady on the phone was very clear, informative, and helpful. I was a little anxious as my car has never been towed before and I was calling very close to their closing time (5pm). She kindly explained in some cases, there are less fees if you pickup next day, in comparison to after closing. This is because there is a steep gate fee applied when you pickup after closing. When I went to pickup my car, the lady at the window was very kind and professional. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she has an Arabic tattoo on her forearm. She was really quick. From the time I arrived, she collected my info, finished paperwork, and I was able to retrieve my car behind the gated lot within 15 mins. I did not have my registration on me, so I brought my car title and that wasn't an issue. Once she finished paperwork and I paid, I stood by the gate and a man helped me find my car and let me out. I'm writing for the South Side Towing in Anaheim, 101 N Manchester Ave. It seems they do not have a yelp or can't see their business on the map but it's the same company as this one so here I go. I got my car towed because the office lender gave us the wrong parking spot, they explained to us the situation and covered all the fees. They finally let me know that the car is ready for pick up after 3 days of waiting, I went to pick up my car and there was a lady there who just seemed pissed. When I came in she asked what do I want in a sassy way, I politely said I'm here to pick up my car and gave her the details of it. She told me to wait so I did after about 10 minutes she said I can go get my car but to give her my license and registration, I gave her my license(or so I thought) and told her my registration is in the car. She told me to go get it, and come back up front. I thought she meant to get my car and come up front with the registration. This was my fault I was just rlly nervous since it is my first time. She yellled at me and starting calling me stupid and told me to go park the car and to stop blocking her drive way. I parked the car and waited for the car to open so I can go back inside but it wasn't opening. Already feeling afraid I did not know what to do so I just went and knocked on her door, she came out screaming and calling me more names and yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot she once again told me to get off her parking spot and park somewhere else and to come back inside. After that happened I went inside scared out of my mind because I messed up two times already. She then threw my ID at me saying that I don't have a driver license or insurance and I thought at that moment she was going to kill me. I apologized and gave her my ID and registration and started looking for my insurance with my name on it but could not find it, she then came out and yelled even more saying the car is not mine and it's someone else's. I explained to her my mom bought me that car when I turned 17 for my birthday. So that's why her name is on it but it is my car. She then told me to call my mom and write something down on a paper so I can get this over with and so I did and got my car after an hour and a half. Experience was not great at all, It wasn't even my fault in the first place I don't know why I was being treated this way. I was being polite the whole time but she kept being rude. 0/10 experience hopefully no one else has to run in with her read more
