It's a smaller day spa, with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The waiting room is nice and bright, everyone is friendly, and Monica is definitely a professional who knows her trade. I first knew I liked her when they offered the bed warmer, and was sold when she spoke science to me. LOL! She really takes her time to get to know you, your skin, and your concerns. She educates you about what could be causing it, what the underlying issues might be, and how she can help and how you can help maintain the results and care for your skin at home. Before proceeding with the Silk Peel, she took care to explain how it worked on a superficial level AND molecularly, and brushed my arm with the device so I knew what to expect to feel before she began work on my face. I could see results IMMEDIATELY after, in both texture and firmness/hydration of my skin. The days following, I could see some acne wanting to erupt (which she warned me about) but I listened to her about not picking at anything and just let it do its thing. It all cleared up on a couple of days and the wounds from previous picking and some scarring is healed over and almost not even visible a week later.... She has a very limited availability and they struggled to find an appointment for me but did manage to get me in after a couple of weeks at 3:00pm. They later called me to see if I could move my appointment up to the late morning, which I wasn't able to due to my job, but offered to come in at 2:30 pm instead. Wasn't a huge deal, but the receptionist sounded kind of disorganized and made the scheduling seem like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Massage day, I was greeted by Karen who was very friendly and professional. The space is very clean, calm and relaxing.... almost like you are going to a resort. The massage was just what I needed, she applied the perfect pressure and spoke a bit to me, but not the whole time so I could relax. I know I had some tightness in my shoulder and upper back, which she advised in coming in monthly to get worked out. The prices are a bit steep for me to come every month , but I might consider getting one done quarterly so I'm not so tense (two desk jobs will do that to you!) I would recommend this place for a treat your self (YOLO) day that every women (or man) deserves at least once in a while!

Just enough "small talk" but also allowing us to be quiet or just chat amongst ourselves. They provided all the services I've come to expect in a pedicure, including lengthy massage, exfoliation, hot towels, etc. My feet have NEVER felt so smooth as they did after this particular pedicure. A pedicure costs $46 which isn't cheap - but if you are looking for the full relaxing experience, this is the place to go.

The pedicure room (where my friend was) is especially cold seeming, all that tile and the sounds of well, you know, echoing. You pay and leave gratuity up front before leaving. I would not want to get my hair done here because of a lack of privacy, it's the kind of thing I would not want strangers seeing, it's really a personal thing. Hair dye, wet hair, all those foil things, are all best left under a veil of mystery. The ease of making an appointment is great: online, telephone, schedule next one up front while you're there...they text you reminders which I appreciate, even though it's in my calendar. You leave a card on file to pay which I don't mind doing, although I mostly pay in cash. Nicole does a great job on my not so wonderful nails. Sadly, I later heard from another of his former clients they were told another (more slanderous) story about why Neil was not with the salon anymore. Another lie. If the salon owner did not value his employee, that's one thing. Just tell his clients you don't know where he went. To spread awful rumors and lies about him is unprofessional and truly awful. I'm happy to say I've found Neil again & no longer have to darken the door of a place I felt no connection to outside the one person who always greeted me warmly & always made sure I felt valued.
