You just get to watch them make their magic. I expected this place to be overly priced because it is so nice but honestly, the prices are great. For the experience and for the food, I was more than happy with the pricing. The hospitality there is top-notch from the second you walk in and every minute after that, you feel like you are paid attention to and that you matter. We had a 5 PM reservation on a Saturday night. Like I said, we ate at the chefs table. As soon as we sat down, the owner came up and greeted us and shook our hands, introduced himself and introduced us to all of the chefs that were cooking. I noticed he did that with everybody at the chefs table, so it was such a cool experience. Then he brought us out a little sample to try that isn't on the menu and that was super nice. He checked on us a couple of times after that. In between him checking on us, we had the nicest waiter checking on us. He was more than a waiter. He was like a concierge of the restaurant. He knew about every dish and every drink and could give us very specific details about it and help us decide what we would like. Now to the food, wow I mean wow. He sees me and immediately goes back inside. I pull up to the window and no one is present in the store. I see a black individual (young) smoking at the door just outside drive thru. I pull up and ask if he works here. He said yes. I asked if they were open as no on was responding at the drive thru. He looked over at the white individual as he was heading back inside and said, "I don't know. HE'S the kitchen manager." I left. It was 6:34AM. As I pulled away, I could see several other vehicles in line. I went down the road to a competitor and gave THEM my money. Not happy. I expect more from this chain. I can see now that the store opens at 6:30AM. In my opinion, at 6:30AM SHARP someone should've been taking my order. Not at 6:33, 6:34 or 6:35, which is when I assume the first order was taken.
