Sparks Florist first saved my butt when Costco canceled my order for 50 centerpieces, 4 church arrangements, 2 large garlands and the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. Tony TOTALLY came through and picked everything he had from his inventory and what had shipped that very next day, 2DAYS before my event!! I was able to make it happen for my customer without breaking a sweat thanks to these guys. I'm grateful Costco messed up, Sparks is now my go to for EVERYTHING flowers.. not to mention they've come through a couple times after including staying open for me when I got stuck in the blizzard from Fallon to Sparks and couldn't make it in time to their shop before closing. We ordered bulk flowers online from Sparks Florist to use for making our own bouquets for our daughter's wedding. When we went to pick them up some of the flowers had accidentally been shipped across town and weren't available. They were very apologetic and offered to deliver the missing flowers to our house that same day! That was amazing by itself, but when the flowers were delivered it was actually way more than we actually ordered as an apology for their mistake. It was seriously like a miracle and I am so, so impressed and pleased. They have made a customer for life. Our quality of flowers was outstanding, and management would go above and beyond every time. I have since moved out of state and have used them multiple times to deliver flowers to family still in the Reno area. If anything, they've improved, if that's even possible! Who doesn't like flowers?! Especially when they were a surprise. First major operation and a birthday. Everyone sending flowers, and they looked beautiful, and they lasted a long time. Aside from putting a smile on my face. Then they go and have a fundraiser. You pay for a card and get a small bouquet of flowers every month for a year. So I buy three cards since I have plenty to thank. Well, these small bouquets have brought a lot of joy in the past two months. The double bonus is they last for weeks. I wanted flowers delivered to a restaurant for my friend's birthday breakfast. The first place i called couldn't be bothered to try to help. So I called Sparks Florist, who went out of their way to help make my friend's birthday special. The flowers were already there when we arrived and the staff presented them to her along with complimentary piece of cheesecake and a a song. The arrangement was stargazer lilies, lots of opened and unopened flowers to enjoy, presented by her favorite waiter. My fiancé who lives in the UK momentarily likes to send me flowers. While he was here for two weeks we made a visit to Sparks florist and the people in there were so pleasant and friendly and cooperative he got their business card for the next time that he wanted to send flowers. Will two weeks ago was our two year anniversary and he used Sparks florist and sent me the most beautiful dozen roses. I cannot express to you the quality and the professionalism of this business. I have never bought nor received roses that were as beautiful and epic quality as these roses. Nor have I ever had roses that lasted more than a few days and we are now on day 12. They come with a very clear instructions on how to care for them the rose food and I must say that the card that comes with the roses super professional it's one of the most high-quality card inserts that I have ever seen it's enclosed in plastic it's amazing. my fiancé and I absolutely love this flower shop he could do everything online the bouquet was delivered as promised and he was super impressed with the fact that they sent him an email with a picture of the bouquet before they delivered it when it went out for delivery and when it got delivered. I ordered a get well package for an elderly friend who just had a very serious surgery. They had great add on options such as chocolate, nuts, ballon and wine - which I did. The price was very reasonable and the recipient loved it! It was easy to order online and the delivery was flawless. Beyond that, my friend had to go back into the hospital suddenly the day of the delivery. I emailed them and they responded quickly that it was no problem, to let them know when would be good. In particular I worked with Suzanne Shepherd and her customer service was 100x better than my recent experiences with florists (I've had 2 no shows recently, one was on Mother's Day last year!).
