    Avoid at all cost! Fraud!…read more 1. I spent a total of seven hours on one day two hours on another and three hours another day here because they didn't know what they were doing. 2. Eventually, I said never mind I got so frustrated that I just ended services completely and went to T-Mobile instead the same day I ended services with this location that I gave my personal information and Social Security, to multiple times over the span of three days. A fraudulent account was opened in my name by these guys. I returned the Apple Watch the next day however they kept the number/account open and proceeded to continue to make multiple charges and Bill month after month. I submitted a police report on these guys. AT&T seems to have no issue with their employees doing this on a regular basis. 3. During one of the three days I spent there a woman came in extremely upset, stating that they never returned her phone and opened an account in her name, and she has been getting billed. My family and I looked at her like she was crazy. However, now I understand and this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I'm not saying AT&T is the worst service however, they are still billing me even knowing I have sent in a police report and that there was a fraudulent account opened in my name. But What I am saying is that these guys are criminals at the store.

The staff were helpful ONLY during the sale, but once the purchase was complete, that support vanished. I returned to drop off a trade-in phone worth $415 and was told they couldn't find my account information. No effort was made to help -- I was simply turned away. Previously, a system error occurred during account setup, and when I returned to resolve it, the staff were rude and dismissive. One employee even told me to "step aside" because they couldn't assist further. To make matters worse, I was first told that trade-ins could only be accepted at the original store, but when I followed those instructions with the proper receipt, they still refused. On my next visit, they told me to go to a different store -- which turned out to be false, as other locations don't accept trade-ins from the other store's purchases. This location consistently gave conflicting information and showed zero willingness to help. It may be the closest Verizon store to me, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. Highly disappointing!!!

But Verizon service is terrible (you should see the lazy tangle of lines they left on my house). But worst, the Eero thing is terrible- had 3 days with no internet, no storm wind or anything. Called, chatted and sorry it is what it is. Now it just flickers on and off which is troubling for work at home days or when watching your favorite team. Zero stars for my Verizon experience in central Tampa.

Regarding customer service alone, it would be a zero rating. First, went to their app, but it insisted that no outages were present in my area (well, that was false). Then started a chat, but the bot went on for 1.5 hours with notices of please wait ... finding an agent. About 45 minutes in, I also called customer service, only to stay on hold with no help for another 45 minutes, with constant message for me to try out the Frontier App. Finally, I received a text, where Frontier acknowledged that there was in fact a "data outage" and to expect a fix in another 2 hours. During this time I was never able to speak with a real person via chat or phone.

I use wireless for my work so I was in a very unpleasant situation the last two weeks of living in our home. This is the only utility company I have ever heard of that shuts down services without speaking to the homeowner first to verify. Then, to top things off, they had the audacity to send us a $58.00 bill, with threat of collection, for a disconnect fee, two months after we left the property. Yes, you read that right - they charged us $58.00 as a final con job and then told us they do this to everyone when they end their service with them.
