Tech couldn't get info on his tablet to synch into the system so I had to enter the information twice. While I waited another customer called saying that he'd just had a smog check done there and now his catalytic converter was malfunctioning. Coincidence...who knows? Wow, first time here and it was such a great experience. Was getting my daughters oil changed and smogged and they walked me through every step of what was being done. Park on the far left lane as the other two lanes are for different services (oil change, etc.) $60 with a $5 online coupon so paid $55 for my 2010 Mercedes E350. Avoid this smog shop at all costs, the smog tech who's name starts with a Q (may as well call him douche) has no clue what he is doing, which could cost you a lot in the end. They refused to smog my vehicle due to aftermarket wheels and tires, "must change to stock wheels and tires" he said. WTF? By what he says then every single vehicle from a lowered car with lower profile tires to a lifted truck would have to put stock wheel and tires on for smog. Simply not true. The vehicle in question was smogged at the state referee 2 years ago with the same wheels and tire I brought it in with. This individual Quang or whatever (aka douche) is extremely rude as well, and should be fired for incompetence. read more

I was a little skeptical with how empty is was but it turned out to be quick and easy. The gentlemen that attended me finished the job in 10 mins. 50 bucks later and I'm smog approved! read more

Everything is great here.......except their terrible customer service. The guy was rude to me, and he probably hadn't changed his gloves in a week. He got white powder all over my seat, door, hood, door sill, my CARBON FIBER mirror cap got scratched, and somehow he even managed to get it on my window. Do not go here. Cheap isn't better. Like one other reviewer here, I too was ignored. I came with a coupon for the $27.75 smog check. When I pulled around the back, there were multiple cars waiting in each open lane. I didn't know if I needed to wait in line with the cars needing oil changes or not, so I waited for about 5 minutes in one line. No cars moved and no employees came by during that time. I decided to park and go inside to ask. I waited a few minutes for an employee to come to the counter. The guy with the tattoo over his eye came in, did not acknowledge me at all, and started working at the computer. A woman came in from outside and apparently he was ringing her up. When her transaction was finished, he mumbled something to me - I think he said he'd be back but I'm not sure. He went back out in the garage area and never came back. By then another person was waiting at the counter with questions. After waiting a while longer, I went outside to look for someone to help me, and waited near the tattoo guy who was supposed to come back, who had apparently just went back to work and forgotten the two of us waiting at the counter. He saw me and again didn't acknowledge me in any way, so I said "excuse me" and asked him where to go for the smog check. He checked with the smog tech guy to see if he had time for another smog, and they told me I'd be after the car in the bay right now and to pull into that lane. When I went back around to get in my car, I noticed there were 3 cars in back of the car currently being smogged, a couple of which I had seen pull up while I was waiting to be acknowledged at the counter. If this place had been friendly or helpful at all, maybe I would have decided to wait. But it had already been a huge waste of time, so I left. read more
