The chicken was very bland and the sauce on it was very watery and not sticky at all. 2/5 stars. Rice and Mac salad were standard fare and decently good, but the main dishes really dragged it down. I get it, being at an event serving hundreds of people, I think they just weren't prepared. My chicken looks nothing like the restaurants' photo of the chicken so I think they were just rushing through the orders, making extra to get by but not really having time to get the recipes 100% right. After living in Hawaii for a few years of my adult life, I've been waiting for Hawaiian food to hit the good 'ol 417, but this didn't quite do it for me.
