I get it, being at an event serving hundreds of people, I think they just weren't prepared. My chicken looks nothing like the restaurants' photo of the chicken so I think they were just rushing through the orders, making extra to get by but not really having time to get the recipes 100% right. The tacos had a lot of meat (no skimping on the ingredients) and tasted really fresh. Loved the cilantro too. The optional spicy sauce was also amazing. Their fries looked homemade with cayenne and marash pepper and drizzled with honey (very similar to ones I've had at a gourmet restaurant so they were fantastic). I also got a complementary honey roll that was tiny but tasty. The only complaint I had was that they couldn't get my card to scan so I had to pay in cash and the pork taco was a little greasy.
