I get it, being at an event serving hundreds of people, I think they just weren't prepared. My chicken looks nothing like the restaurants' photo of the chicken so I think they were just rushing through the orders, making extra to get by but not really having time to get the recipes 100% right. They clearly have not spent any money on upkeep. The Kwon family has really let the place fall into disrepair. We will certainly not be back until they make upgrades.
