Spin! Pizza is one of my favorite spots, especially because of their gluten-free options. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I really appreciate that they offer both a traditional gluten-free crust and a cauliflower crust. They're both delicious, but the cauliflower crust is definitely my favorite! I've tried several of their pizzas and have never been disappointed. I also love the mini pizza and salad combo--it's the perfect portion and a great value. Since the pizzas are personal-sized, it's easy to go with friends or family and everyone can order exactly what they want, whether they eat gluten-free or not. The salads are always fresh and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. Great pizza, great salads, and plenty of options for different dietary needs. The service at this location is really poor. We ordered at the kiosk, which apparently defaults to to-go (we didn't know nor is it posted, it also says they will yell your name when the order is done, they definitely did not). After sitting for 15 minutes waiting we asked about drinks and were told to wait and they would be brought to us. After 30 minutes we went to the front desk and got a snappy answer that it was to go. After finding out to go order, one pizza was missing and drinks were no where to be found. The entire staff just seem annoyed to be serving anyone. The Lawrence location is much better. This is a great Spin Pizza location! The menu is good but they don't have the new Detroit style pizza here. That was a bummer. I wanted my wife to try it. However, she ordered the Italian deli sandwich and was very fond of it. I shared a little bit of it and I have to tell you it was delicious. I ordered the Mini Mia, which is perfect for me! It comes with a small 7 inch your choice of a small salad or soup. Tonight I got the supreme pizza and the Greek salad. Both were excellent! This is a really nice location inside of Crown Center where the staff is very friendly and competent. The hostess even came around to ask if we wanted any gelato before she shut down the station. This is a great place to eat before an MTH show or for any reason. We will return. read more

Very decent Italian choice if you are in the Crown Center area and hungry for a small pizza or just an order of meatballs with a small salad. We were a bit hungry after our visit to the Museum of BBQ (go figure) and ended up at SPIN! where kiosks are available to order and seating is available inside, bar area with brick oven views, or outside the restaurant (mall patio area near escalator). The small order of 3 meatballs with a Caesar Salad absolutely hit the spot. The 7" pizza special also looked like the perfect lunch order. Eating healthy is difficult when traveling and I felt like I was able to eat healthy at SPIN! Pizza. I ordered a Sonoma salad which was delicious and came with a crispy and flavorful flatbread cracker. I also got a lemonade which was refreshing. Pizza is fantastic! Wait was not very long at all either which was great. We ordered a medium cheese pizza to share among my three kiddos and I and it was just the right amount. The only thing I will say is there was not a lot of seating available inside so we tried to sit at one of the tables right outside the store and one of the workers said they wouldn't be able to serve us out there:(, it does get super busy there at lunch time even on weekdays. read more

We stopped here for lunch after visiting the Lego Discovery Center and Aquarium The kids cheese pizza was great and my son ate the whole thing - the kids Mac and cheese appears to just be Kraft, so my daughter wouldn't eat it but was happy to have the gelato. I'm not deducting a start though because she just doesn't like Kraft. I got the Margherita and Cesar salad, my husband the spinach and garlic and a goat cheese salad. We did not realize the goat cheese pizza had bacon (we are vegetarian) and they were great about whisking it away to replace. This location is inside the Crowne shops and has plenty of seating. It was a little on the pricey side with about $20 with tax for a personal pizza that wasn't very filling. The staff also seemed not too friendly and appeared annoyed when I asked a question about getting an itemized receipt since they almost threw my recipe away without giving it to me. The pizza is freshly made but the sauce wasn't too tasty. The pepperoni was the best part of the pizza so good! I probably would not eat here again though. Let me start off by saying I try minimum 2/3 pizza places every city I go to. Menu looked promising had fancy, but not pretentious, options. Got a pizza with goat cheese and chicken. The bites that had goat cheese were good but for a $20 pizza I got three bites of goat cheese a small sprinkle of dried out cubed chicken and the rest of the pizza was just sad. I've had better pizza at gas stations for 1/3 of the price. Toddler loved her pizza so wasn't a complete loss but you want me to tip a "server" to do nothing but bring me my order (never once asked how food was or offered drink refills etc) and wait forever to order a pizza because you have one register open and a long line? Nah. Skip this one. I should've looked at reviews before I went - this one has less than 4 stars for a reason. Either be a cheap, quick, simple pizza place or deliver on taste. Next the order: they forgot part of my order so I asked them (also received no napkins, silverware or parmesan and had to ask for it) they were out of what I ordered but only told me AFTER paying and waiting 20min. So first they forgot, then, they told me they were out... I sat at the bar and heard MANY people say their order was won't or missing. Had to have been at least 80% of the orders. In the 1 hr I sat there was about 50 orders and 80% people complained something was missing or wrong. Finally, there's this blk guy behind the bar, singing yelling and wrapping. All persons working there commenced mopping the floors, cleaning out cooking bins, dumping out dirty water and other fluids from them into the sink right in front of me. The mopping commenced even up to the chair I was sitting in while I was in it. The food and beverage was pushed in front of me. Not a smile in the entire place. Visited the crown center location for lunch on a Sunday. We ordered using a gift card; there was some issue with redeeming it as they had to get some help from management to complete the sale. After about 20 minutes, the food arrived--except for one in our group. His food went to the next table and would need to be re-made. Another 15 minutes passed and his order was delivered. The pizzas and salad were good, but something has changed over the years--both in taste and especially the service. when my Spin on Main closed, I was forced to move to this location in Crown Center to maintain my Spin Fix. Unfortunately, this location is very sad, under staffed, and very little attention to online order instructions. i ordered my normal order, large pizza and a Min-Mia combo, to be picked up at 6 pm. what the Main Street location would do is keep your pizza in the warmer until you arrived. What the CC location did was set it out on the counter for 1/2 an hour until you showed up to pick it up. Needless to say, my pie was cold, oily, terrible. The Main Street location had servers waiting to help people with to-go orders, CC had one lady working the register, one guy making pies, and nobody else to be seen in the place. The PV location is just so much further away from my house, so it looks like if CC Spin is gonna be this bad, I may just have to end a 20 year relationship with SPIN Pizza, which is too bad, it's literally been a staple in our household since they opened. read more

This Spin pizza location is GORGEOUS! I haven't been to this location and we happened upon it in a rush one Saturday night. We were a little concerned about our time crunch, so we ordered our food ahead of time on the Spin app. When we arrived, we paid for our food, we were immediately seated, and we ate in a flash. It was super busy on this particular Saturday night, but there is plenty of seating, and there were more than enough employees to make their dinner service run smoothly. I decided to try the cauliflower crust pizza and WOW, it is good. It is really the best cauliflower crust I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot of them. I headed to have a quick lunch at SPIN! while in town. Their combo deal of a cup of soup and a mini pizza pie with two toppings was the perfect amount of food. I was staying at the Westin by the restaurant and got a coupon for an extra 20% off of my purchase. I ordered the tomato basil soup and my mini pie: shrimp and artichoke and was asked to grab a seat. The serves dropped off my food at my booth fairly quickly and I was excited to start on it. The basil soup was creamy, warm, and packed with flavor. The pizza pie came pre-sliced, which was appreciated, as was delicious! It was cheesy and I loved how the crust was chewy yet stable enough to hold the toppings. The sauce ratio was fantastic.
