Okay wow. A great spot to grab a quick bite in DT SLC. Food & Drinks: They have a great variety of Draft beer to choose from. I devoured the street cart fries. The remix bowl was also delicious. Their hummus was light and creamy and the pita was very very soft. Service: Everything is ordered at the counter and then they bring it out to you. They were super accommodating. I wanted regular pita instead of crispy which they had on their menu and they were sweet enough to oblige. Ambiance: Very casual, low-key and everyone is welcome kinda vibe. Great for hanging out with friends. In all: I would definitely go back here if I were in town again. And I'd be a regular if I were a local. read more

I was visiting from out of town on a work trip. I had eaten here earlier in the week and already knew the food was great their wraps and fries are fantastic, by the way so it was just a 10/10 experience all around. Then, funny story: I placed my online order at their Montana location without realizing it! But the staff here were incredibly kind about the mix-up. They looked for my order, realized what had happened, and then totally made my day by redoing my order and resolving my issue. Big thanks to the team for turning a mix-up into a really memorable and positive visit! I may be misspelling or butchering his name but Kidider keep up the amazing job. I've officially become a huge fan of Mediterranean food thanks to Spitz! This spot has totally won me over with their consistently fresh, high-quality dishes and vibrant, welcoming vibe. My go-to orders are the Doner Salad with Chicken or the Doner Wrap with Chicken , both are packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and always taste super fresh. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or meeting up with friends, I know I'm getting something delicious every time. One thing I will add is they are a bit skimping when it comes to dressings. The wraps are usually really big and they give you such small amount and charge extra for more. They used to not do that so I think it more of a recent thing. The service is usually pretty fast and efficient, and the staff have always been really nice and friendly. There was one time I interacted with someone who didn't seem to be having the best day, but honestly, everyone else has been awesome, so I chalk it up to just an off moment. Beyond the food, I love the aesthetic of this place. The bold colors and fun, quirky art give the space so much personality. Went to dinner at Spitz on a Thursday. I had been to their location in Cottonwood Heights on a previous trip to the area, so was happy to return to this location. The menu was very similar, you place your order at the counter, they give you a number, and they bring the food to your table. I also enjoyed that they were playing a lot of alternative and pop-punk rock I got the street cart wrap with double meat and street cart fries. Both were delicious. We found this restaurant searching for "healthy food near me". It was exactly what we were looking for, as we both love Mediterranean food. We shared the Doner Salad with Chicken and the Falafel Remix Bowl -- both excellent. We drank waters but they have a nice drink menu and several nice beers on tap. Guinness!!! Wanted Mediterranean food for dinner and Spitz looked the best for what was the closest on Yelp. My beef and lamb gyro was pretty good (with feta, tzatziki, onion, tomato and french fries. Very much enjoy when fries are thrown in the mix. Nice interior with matching murals on either of the side walls, and plenty of outdoor seating on their "deck" area. Loved this spot! Close to downtown SLC, bright yellow awning with fun lights and a cozy vibe. Bright colors inside, wooden tables adds to an almost beach feeling. Order ahead then someone brings your food to your table, checks in maybe once or twice after. Great experience all around, would 100% be 5 stars but asked for no cheese on one of our Mediterranean wraps (which were so filling and great tasting) and it came with cheese. To start, the place smelled amazing as I walked up, so I knew I was in store for some good food. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap with falafel. They have great outdoor seating, especially for a nice day. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to get our food, although it was quite busy when we went. The ingredients tasted SO FRESH. I have had falafels from many places and they can often be hard and dry, these were the complete opposite. They also have crunchy garbanzo beans that add the perfect crunch to the wrap. Even more amazing, the wrap didn't even fall apart, which almost never happens. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend it. read more
