Okay listen! I don't have a lot of expiration in my mind but I will tell you the story friendly as long as my English is enough. I entrusted them my 3 jackets. After three days, two of them were still DIRTY. Okay they took two of them for clean again.(try to clean, I mean it). After another 4 days, they came out still dirty and guess WHAT? A BIG HOLE. Check out the picture and think about before to go to this pleace.. The option is yours. My experience has been disastrous. And also Can you beleive that ? I paid $23 for it. Thanks guys. I got my lesson never come back here.

The only warning label people really respect is dry-clean only. Speed limits, lung cancer, cigarette warnings - your very life is at stake and people just go, "Aah, the hell with it!" ... But dry-clean only? "Don't put that in the wash!!! It's dry-clean only! ARE YOU CRAZY?!" - Jerry Seinfeld Jerry always knew how to make the obvious (and normal) so funny. Dry Cleaners aren't known for being as funny, but it is true that I've learned to heed the warning labels on clothes. Coupons in the mail are the reason my wife and I found Spring Cleaners. The service and the general sense they do an ok job cleaning my clothes keep me going back. Since moving, Spring Cleaners has become my regular dry cleaners and shirt laundry. The convenient location and free parking make it an easy choice on the way to/from work. The usual turnaround time seems to be 2-3 days which is totally fine with me. Thanks to the coupons, the prices are reasonable. Be on the lookout for one before going. It's not going to be SGV cheap prices, but it's still less than many comparable dry cleaners on the Westside.

Oops! No more buckle. It was right there when they picked it up from me?
c g.

A Prada blouse was returned to me missing a buckle. I have been trying for weeks to resolve this. A man keeps saying he will come by my office then doesn't come. Today marks the 4th instance of that broken promise.

My only complaint, I lost my bag, so I'm using my Ikea bag as I haven't caught Issa the last few times to get a new bag.

Instead, they ask that you take the bags you bring the clothes in, back home with you- be prepared to leave with the bags you bring- Attention to detail will be instrumental in the final review of the experience, as this is my first time using their services- Stand bye- May 19

For what I needed, which was to wash two outdoor gravity chair cushions, it did the job…read more 1. No frills no thrills. This is a minimalist spot. You may want to wait in your car as there's little to no seating inside and out. During the day there's a MX restaurant, a liquor store and a coffee shop to fraternize. 2. Safety: I've seen a few comments about sketchiness of this business and assume they mean the clientele or people therein and around. I was here on Sunday afternoon and evening. There are definitely some folks that appear to live a certain lifestyle, but none that made me feel threatened per se. One guy was super odd, but I just avoid him. El Segundo, as a community has been both sketch and Mayberry-esq for sometime. Lots of tattoos and biker types mixed with young couples and young families and retirees. You get the gamet. Now the properties are $1.5 for a 700sqft 2/1 old home with zero beach view or access and rather 2 miles from the beach. Rent isn't cheap either. That's not a sketchy type environment. The cars are not cheap cars, and the people simply look like everyday humans simply doing their laundry. I wouldn't come here late or during their 24 hr night stretch simply because I wouldn't go anywhere late like that doing laundry. Less people, somewhat remote location breeds room for shadiness. That said, ESPD does not play and will be there in seconds. 3. Costs: quarters only. No cards, no apps, no Apple Pay, nada. So bring quarters. The machine does provide change for $1-20 bills but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't give you the right change. Also it was $5.75 to wash one 5ft long gravity chair cushion. That's a lot yes, but it's a lot more to buy a new one. Count your blessings and move on. You can wash in a smaller washer for $3.75. Drying was $.25 every 8 minutes and it took 24 mins to dry each cushion separately in a dryer. Some machines do eat your quarters with no way to get refunded. Just bang it and maybe you'll get your change back, it worked for me. But yes some machines eat do your money. They should fix that but why would they? No law that says you can't cheat customers out of their quarters! Be wise. 4. Parking: huge lot, plenty of free parking and well lit at night. 5. Folding clothes: there's two areas to do this. Often taken. Not a lot of room there either. 6. No sink to hand wash stuff and no restrooms. The MX spot may have one but I'm sure they want you to contribute something. 7. Cleanliness: seemed fine. Maybe they just cleaned. I saw no concerns except the outside trash can was overflowing. All in all, my W/D at home isn't big enough to wash these so I was thankful as this place served its purpose. I watched people come here with 5-6 loads on average, so I assume it gets crowded often. The place is narrow so moving carts around isn't happening. I'd come here again simply to wash these oversized outdoor items. But that's it.

They have regular sized and up to 100 pound washers! There is an ATM and the machines take credit and debit cards. The vending machines are well stocked with snacks, drinks and laundry supplies. They also have 4 massage chairs! Plenty of folding tables and a table to sit and enjoy your snacks. Open 24 hours and will even do your laundry for $1.99 per lb if you need. There is a Starbucks and Coast Gym and soon also a Chipotle. I definitely recommend this place for all your laundry needs.

I decided it was time to try their wash + fold service and it everything went completely downhill from there. On NYE, I brought in my clothes and 3 covers at 9am. By 2pm, I received a text that everything was ready. So good so far. When I went to pick up my items at 5pm, I was only given 2 out of 6 bags.. when I asked where the other items were, the night staff was confused/apologetic but asked me to come back in the morning to speak with the morning crew who I dropped my clothes off with.. completely ruining my NYE plans. ..inconvenience #1 Stayed calm and prayed about it. By the morning I received a call explaining the night crew didn't realize my items were on the shelf above and that everything else was ready to be picked up... When I went to go get those items on New Years Day, 2 out of the remaining 4 were given. Instead of my 2 covers, the ladies tried to give someone else's blanket. When I said it wasn't mine, they realized the gave my covers to someone else... inconvenience #2. They said they would call the other patron so I can get my covers back... at this point, why would I even want them? I don't know how sanitary they are/aren't. No mention of a refund, discount or anything. Just apologies. When I asked for a refund they said they can only offer me a free wash on my NEXT wash hahah. Like what?! Trust has been completely broken. Why would I ever trust you with more items again. So now I'm out of $84 and 2 covers during the coldest months of the year.

First - it's in the plaza on Manchester & Falmouth. Easy parking. Free too. I pulled up right in front. Few others did the same. Made loading and unloading a breeze. All front loading washing machines. Different sizes. Coin or card accepted. I had my own detergent. I mention this because I didn't look if any was offered via vending machine or the attendant. On that note, this location offers DIY or a Wash & Fold service. I don't know the prices for the latter. Call or stop by and ask. Washers and dryers work as expected. No issues with payment - used both card and coins. Ample counter space to sort and fold laundry when done. Not that it makes a difference to me but I'll share the following: No seating. A few customers just sat in their cars. Not sure if there's a restroom. Wasn't needed. Wasn't busy - no waiting for machines. My new washer should be delivered later this week but if not, I'd definitely come back here. I like being able to wash and dry multiple loads simultaneously. Opened up my day to be able to go and get other "adulting" done.

The rest of this post is the rant of someone who is upset. With the quality of the job to be sure, but even more the quality of the customer service. So turn back, and you are spared the details, but you've been warned and your own clothes destruction will be your fault if you don't heed this. Go elsewhere. After a family trip to Hawaii, I got three shirts dry cleaned and they came back stained orange and what looked like burn marks and one shirt ripped to shreds. See pictures. When presented with, hey I just took great family pictures in these three shirts, and they did not look like this. The business owner had this to say.... "The oxidizing I see a lot on the west side." Sir, i've lived here for over 10 years and I have not. I have also dry cleaned my shirts for the same amount of time. To the ripped shirt, even more gaslighting... " we have notes going back to 2024 stating that this shirt has been ripped and has holes." To which I replied, use common sense, why would I be wearing a shirt with my family that has holes and why would I bring that shirt with holes to a dry cleaner? And his response was, "there is a note in the computer." Nobody could've possibly left a note after ripping and staining or burning all of my shirts ... right?! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Buck Mason, tombolo, rag and bone. I don't own many expensive shirts, but when I do, they all get ruined at once with absolutely no account taken. Rough. I've definitely spent over $600 at this dry cleaner so the only way I can show my disappointment is with my wallet and never returning and living to tell my story to the next person looking for a hometown cleaners they can trust. This is not that place.
