The springs rolls are great - golden, super crunchy, and I can taste the pork, shrimp, and taro in the filling. We purchased the frozen uncooked Pork eggrolls. Very impressed with the fact that they do not stick together frozen. A lot of times when you buy frozen eggrolls they are stuck together due to the vacuum seal being too tight. Once you cook those, they open up and the wrapper separates or rips. They can prepare the egg rolls for you in a party tray for a small fee, or you can get them frozen in bags of 50. $29 for Pork $32 for Pork and Shrimp Are they the most amazing egg rolls I've tasted...No, but they are affordable and save me the trouble of making my own. I couldn't taste a difference between the pork and shrimp and pork egg rolls..there wasn't a whole lot of shrimp in the filling. The $3 price difference seems to reflect that. The filling also has taro in it. It's not the traditional filling of mainly ground pork, mung bean rice noodles, wood ear mushrooms, carrots. These egg rolls don't have much meat in them at all, but they're light and crispy. The other catering items they typically have are not currently being offered based on what the shop owner told me. This is a great place for freshly fried or frozen spring rolls. They have several varieties and make them all in the back. If you want them fried fresh, they'll take about 15 minutes from the time you order, so I recommend calling ahead of time. Came back and tried their catering, which was solid. I placed an order on the phone 3 days in advance. I ended up calling the morning of the day I was supposed to pick up (scheduled time was 5:30pm) and changing my order, which they were totally cool about since they hadn't made my food yet. Got a half tray of chicken wings ($40 - price is NOT updated on their signs), half tray of lotus root salad ($35), and ten pork and shrimp egg rolls / cha gio ($0.70 each). They take credit card and don't charge any extra fees for using it. The chicken wings are okay. There are some drumettes mixed in with the wings. The breading isn't too thick. The chicken isn't dry. There just isn't any pizzazz to it. The egg rolls are good: crispy wrappers with appropriate amount of filling, not greasy. The lotus root salad was just okay. It comes with shrimp, but there's not a lot of protein (just decorative halved shrimp on top, none mixed in). The veggies are thicker than I'm used to them being julienned, and they include celery which is totally not traditional and a little weird. Ultimately the food was all fine, but we had been doing a test run for our wedding, and decided that this wasn't quite special enough for an event like that. Would work totally fine for a house party though. Staff was also always very nice with us on the phone and in person, and the food at time of pick up was very well packaged so we didn't have to worry about spills. read more

They're take out only, and speak either Vietnamese or Cantonese so if you're ordering in English there may be a bit of a language barrier. However, I'd say it's totally worth it! When I picked up my order it was fresh and crispy. They do not provide dipping sauces (so get it there or pick it up at an Asian grocery nearby) and they no longer provide other catering options besides spring rolls due to staffing(?) issues. If you need to order lots of spring rolls for pot luck, parties etc - definitely give this place a visit! Man this place is going to forever be my go to egg roll place! After Covid, they decided to stick with just egg rolls still due to staffing and demands and I will never not support them. Their price has increased a bit, closer to .90 each now but I can never tell because the total I get seems to be different month to month? I arrive here at closing time and all the food was gone. I wanted to thank my mechanics at Cmarr for taking good care of my cars and what better way then fresh fried yummy egg rolls. The owner told me it will only take 10mins to cook me a small batch and he took only 8 mins...great customer service and felt taken care of. I also pick up frozen wonton it comes 10 in each package and ONLY cost $2.50 each package. The owner told me if I microwave the wonton for a minute right after I take it from the freezer and drop it in the boiling water...it will hold the shape better and keep all the meat inside...great advice.
