    Build Your Own bowl
    Sylvia B.

The bowls were pretty flavorful and healthy. I could taste the difference with the bone broth used. But I was a bit disappointed my pickup order was incorrect; ended up paying $1 more for the chicken they gave me instead of the salmon. I didn't realize this until I got home. For the build your own bowl, it was supposed to have quinoa but had rice in it instead and the cauliflower was missing. Also I added salmon to my bowl but there was chicken instead. The salmon is $1 more than the chicken which isn't a huge deal but my other bowl had chicken so I wanted something different.

Love Springbone Kitchen, I've been hooked ever since I kept seeing it on social media. It's in a very low key location and the inside is quite simple. After you walk in, there's the counter to order from and some simple seating upstairs. Overall, I'd definitely recommend in terms of the quality of food and the speed that it's delivered. I decided to get their classic chicken broth and their grandma's chicken and rice. The flavor of the food tastes delicious and the portions were decent considering the quality of the ingredients - as always everything in NYC is always expensive. For a quick service, I'd definitely recommend Springbone Kitchen - try out their bowls and their different soup options!

Fast, friendly service. I felt the food was "OK". The slaw was a bit more vinegary than I had expected. Something had a tad of spice to it. I believe they put more effort into stewing their shredded beef than the Cuban restaurant in the area does. Overall, passable. A few cents over $19 out the door. Would some day try out their Mexican bowl.

    broth in a cup!

Delicious bone broth on the go! You can get a cup that looks like a regular coffee cup but instead it's filled with healthy and delicious broth. Love this for a quick snack when I'm looking for something savory to fill me up but not too heavy to make me tired during the work day. All the staff are very friendly and kind and ambience is clean and sleek for a quick grab and go experience!

I came in for a lunch and asked the front staff which was her favorite among 2 options that I was looking at and she recommended the Grandma's Chicken. I asked for it without carrots but my dish must have been confused with the person next to me because they ordered the same thing. There was a moment where the staff handing it to me checked for the no carrots, request but then still gave me one with carrots... The dish was delicious! The chicken was very seasoned and moist. The broccoli had a soft charred taste. The rice was flavorful with the sauce and broth infused. I loved it! Super affordable $14.

I have several go-to spots for lunch whenever I'm working in Midtown East, however on this particular day I found myself closer to 5th Ave looking for lunch so I decided to see what was around. Since summer is coming, something on the healthier side was in my wheelhouse, and Springbone seemed to fit that bill - so off I went. As the name suggests, Springbone specializes in bone broth and overall healthy dishes like bowls, soups, and salads with several locations throughout NYC. This location upon first impression isn't too big, just enough space for a small line and waiting area to pick up your food - however there's an entire second level that has tables if you want to sit and eat. Decor is slim to none, but most people are going to be in and out so it really doesn't matter. After the browsing the menu, the bowls were speaking to me - they have a few to choose from and I ultimately went with the Mexican. The bowl contained chicken, bone broth rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled onion, and hot sauce. The bowl was really good - it was a generous portion but appropriate for a lunch size, and all the flavors complemented each other well. Service was fast - my order was promptly taken and the food was ready before I knew it. Overall, Springbone was a solid experience. The food was good and the service was fast - that's really all I can ask for from a Midtown lunch spot. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

So good!! Yuzu dressing is a bit spicy but good. Overall my Summer Veg bowl was delicious. I went to the new location in Flatiron on 23rd st, however there is no Yelp for that location yet.

My first time here and I was warmly welcomed by Dre, the shift manager. Had no clue what I was doing...but he is the reason why I'm writing this right now. He gave me his suggestion on what was the best and also allowed me a sample. Chicken and Rice is the only way to go. The soup was very hearty and savory. There was also bone broths, build your own bowls, smoothies, and they are seed free. There's no inside dining but two cute tables outside. Very friendly and down to earth people. Devina was also helpful giving advice on add ons. Loved it!

Happy to see a location opened up near my midtown office! Easy to order in their site and pick up was a breeze. They missed some items on my order but when I called they were quick to offer them for me to pick up or refund, I chose the latter. Solid bone broth and all was packaged well for take out too! Did a small sampling of a few of their broths and all were very good and rich. Also ordered sides of their Spanish bone broth rice that was delicious and their unctuous barbacoa hit the spot as well. Happy to see that I can at least get some bone broth on days where only a hot liquid lunch will do since my fave soup chain H&H is no longer in business. Keep up the great work, guys! Definitely will be coming here over and over again!

I usually love Springbone as a midday corporate meal, but this location forgot to add all my sides. Service was fast though and you order upfront instead of going through the stressful line where they scoop in front of you. Very crowded on work days, as expected.

A lot of rice. Not too much chicken. Not sure why so many people come here to eat this. It's mediocre at best.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together.
