Food and service were great. We received our food really quickly after ordering too, which is an obvious plus. Not everything available is on the menu; frequently there are specials such as the chicken parm and a seafood pasta dish.

Food was excellent. The lasagna was saucy and very tasty. It literally just melts in your mouth. The seafood pasta was equally well cooked. Seafood was tender and the tomato sauce was light with lots of garlic and white wine flavor. Service was excellent. Ambience was casual and fun. A great place to take the entire family or just a nice dinner for two. There's also a cozy speak easy inside the restaurant.

We were welcomed very friendly by the host when we arrived at Spuntino Pizzeria. It took us a while to order since we were a bit undecided, but the staff was super patient. Some of us were ready before others, so they took those orders first and the food came out pretty fast! When I first walked in, I noticed what looked like a wood-fired oven, which got me really excited. Even in Italy, it's rare to see a true wood-fired oven unless you're in Napoli, where they say the best pizza in Italy comes from. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza and we definitely weren't disappointed. The texture reminded us so much of the pizza we had in Napoli--light, soft, and perfectly cooked. It wasn't one of those heavy pizzas that fill you up with thick dough. It was just perfect. We also tried the panini, which was super flavorful, and the mozzarella tasted really fresh. The restaurant had a mellow atmosphere with authentic Italian vibes. The host was very attentive and patient with us even though he was busy, and our food came out quickly. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be coming back whenever we're in town!

What a lovely Italian spot restaurant, visiting some friend in the area and they said this was their go to spot for delicious foods and service. The wives shared the prosciutto, mozzarella and arugula, hubby shared antipastos salad and large meat lover pizza and let me tell you pizza was top completely with there house meats Bonus, you can bring your dog and sit outside

Quick little update. We had friends visit from out of state and chose to take them to Spuntino's. They had a great time. My girlfriend loved the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Stephano came to the table while we were waiting for the server and gave my girls little dough balls to play with. He also sang happy birthday to one of our guests in Italian. Shout out to Stephano.

Came in on a rainy day and the restaurant was able to seat my party of 6 in no time! Matthew was extremely welcoming and was able to answer our questions about the menu with no issue. I ordered the Prosciutto Mozzarella Basil Panini and I was more than impressed with the layers of prosciutto and the fresh mozzarella. I split the panini with another guest in my party so the picture only shows half of the panini. The meal also came with antipasti salad and I definitely left full, even with just half. Would come again!

I came here when they first opened, life happened...6 kids later...came back yesterday. Its been some time. Happy Hour made me legit happy. Im sold. I want to come back every day. Would totally recommend. Here's a photo of what we had...all were

Great location and a fun, casual vibe. We walked in and ordered a pizza to go. We were advised to order a pizza that already had a set topping list instead of build your own. We got the pizza Quattro stagioni. It had black olives, ham, mushrooms, and artichoke. I wasn't a huge fan of the toppings as I'm more of a meat lovers gal, but I did love the crust and the overall texture and consistency of the dough. Our pizza was also ready in ten minutes which was appreciated.

    Gluten free meat lovers pizza

Great service and quick service. Loved that you could see the chefs from the seating area. They were very friendly. I ordered the meat lovers gluten free pizza. It came out quick. The reason i gave it 4 starts was because the sausage on top of the pizza was like warm and the pizza was a little soggy. But that's normal for gluten free pizza. It's hard to get it just right because it burns very easily. Either way clean place, friendly people, quick service. I would go here again.

Sausage mushroom pizza w/ artichokes added on half. So good! Chewy crust !

We came here on the recommendation of Cole from Lorenzi winery, and it did not disappoint. Ended up sitting at the bar next door. We ordered a large sausage & mushroom pizza with artichokes on half, and it was delicious. Crust was soft and wonderful, nothing too heavy. Took some slices home to enjoy tomorrow. They have a great full bar and all the Cocktails and martinis looked amazing. They also have a great wine list, and we got a bottle of their own Sangiovese for $46 which was wonderful. Absolutely recommend, and we will definitely be back! Can't forget our amazing servers, Todd and Nathan - fabulous, and we met the nicest local guy sitting at the bar. Great experience!

    Calzone
    Lisa C.

Calzone was not cooked and inside cheese and pepperoni fell through when picked up. Sauce is awful - basically canned tomatoes. Pizza was not hot and antipasto salad was a joke. Keep trying with this place over many years but this time really was the last.

We stopped here on the way home from Pechanga while charging our Tesla and since it was in the same plaza, we figured we'd check it out. I assumed it was more of a franchise bakery than a standalone artisan spot, so I came in with pretty low expectations. I was just planning to grab a cinnamon roll, a loaf of their Cinnamon Burst Bread and a quick sandwich for the drive home. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. This is easily one of my favorite bakery finds and it'll definitely be a regular stop whenever I'm back in the area.

Rockin' Jay's looked at my weak soul and said "bet" -- then saved it in the best way possible. Counter girl hit me with a smile so bright I almost reached for sunglasses. The entire all-female crew was straight beast-mode at the open sandwich bar, slinging subs like they were on a mission from the sandwich gods. Atmosphere? Spacious as hell, proper New York deli that moonlights as a 70s rock dive -- screaming reds and greens, green booths, wooden tables, tiled floors, the whole retro package you see in the pics. The playlist was gloriously all over the place in the best way -- Contemporary Christian one minute, 2019 pop bangers the next, basically spanning six decades of straight fire. "Listen to your heart" came on and I damn near did while they built my baby. Every single pick was gold though. I ordered the 12" Capicola & Provolone ($16.69). I yelled "the works -- no mustard, drown me in onions and olives." They dropped an absolute beast of a sandwich... and it came perfectly toasted straight out the gate the way it should be. No sad "can you toast this?" negotiation. Golden, crunchy bread that cracks like it owes you money. Meat stacked stupid high, provolone doing its melty thing, then they buried the whole thing under an avalanche of fresh, snapping shredded lettuce and threw in those glossy peppers on the side like a mic drop. This thing is ridiculously messy -- oil dripping, lettuce flying, pure delicious chaos in every bite. Pro tip: there's no napkin dispenser at the tables, so you gotta go full scavenger hunt by the self-serve soda machine to grab your own stack. Worth every greasy finger and napkin raid. It fed this giant for two meals and left me still full, slightly greasy, and weirdly emotional. My spinach smoothie PTSD? Cured. If your diet has been as depressing as mine, stop torturing yourself and drag your weak ass here immediately. Friendly as can be, killer vibe, and subs that actually deliver. Tell 'em the tall smoothie refugee sent you. I'm claiming a booth next week and bringing stretchy pants... and maybe my own napkin stash.

Before I get to reviewing the sandwiches I want to mention the great stuff I saw at the meat counter that I will definitely come back for! They had chorizo, pork breakfast sausage, Hungarian pork sausage, two kinds of brats and more. Nice organic chickens, bone in skin on chicken thighs, and herb marinated half chickens. Their chickens are smaller than what they sell at supermarkets which tell me they are younger and more tender. The steaks....ohhhh the steaks! Wagu, Prime grade, rib-eyes, New York Strips, big shrimps, fish, etc. In the other cold case there was Duck, and other Duck related products, plus so much more I can't remember them all! They are a busy place at lunchtime and I didn't mind waiting. We had a turkey and bacon hot sandwich and a BLT. Outstanding on both! My wife's only suggestion that the turkey needed more chipotle aioli, it was a bit dry.

Starting off, they are way overpriced. Unless the owners gross profit percentage is 50% or more, should definitely be embarrassed pushing low marbled over priced products. Also, questioning the rotation and shelf life on the product. Quality; putting a first cut, wedge cut that was barely scraped in your counter is embarrassing.
