This place is tugged away in a strip mall with a dry cleaner and a hair salon, but it is some of the best Thai food I've had in a long time. The first time I had a curry, and pad tai. This time I had Tom Yum soup with chicken, vegetable egg rolls, and stir fried vegetables. The Tom Yum soup was nicely balanced, with plenty of mushrooms, chicken, and lemon grass. The vegetables were perfectly stir fried with a nice crunchy texture. My kids had the mango and sticky rice for desert, which they consumed very quickly. I'm a little upset that they charge 10.99 for the satay chicken and it was literally the total amount of half of a chicken breast cut up into pieces and put on 5 tiny skewers. The picture shows large pieces. I can buy 2 chicken breasts for 10.99 so I don't understand how you can charge this amount even with inflation. Be more honest of which pictures you advertise with. You always hear that pad Thai in the US is some gross peanut sauce knock off that doesn't actually taste like this original but this one was amazing! From the descriptions I have heard of traditional pad Thai (I am obviously no expert) this spot really nailed it. The spice levels are perfect and everything was super fresh! It was my first time there. The restaurant is really small but quaint. The place felt clean overall but the floor was a bit sticky. I'm not a huge fan of Thai food, but I must say I was happy with my meal! Mongolian beef was good. Crab and shrimp fried rice was pretty good but would have preferred to have it without the tails on the shrimp. Vegetable rolls were excellent! I was in the mood to explore. With that said, and being in the area, and with (once again) Yelp to the rescue, this place was to hit because they had the one thing I cannot resist: ANGEL WINGS! Zoomed my way through with a couple of peeps. It's a small place - can seat up to 24 at the most. Only two other tables were taken so there were no issues getting seated immediately. Given it was all our first time, it took us awhile to decide what to get. (Although we already knew an order of angel wings was a MUST!) We requested a couple orders of Thai Iced Tea and a coke plus a round of water while screening through the menu. "No problem." We were decided once the drinks were delivered. "I would like an order of your angel wings..." SERVER: "... I'm so sorry but we are out of that today..." NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Then he goes off saying they had prepped and served the last of 'em earlier during the day. How are they out, it's barely after 1pm! [Insert sad face here.] So, we skipped the app altogether. But here is what we went for: WONTON SOUP: Broth was SOOO good! It had some depth, no other seasoning or additives needed. Wonton was mediocre at best. The downside to this were the small slices of chicken: they were tough and dry. They must have just left 'em simmered in. We had to set some of that aside as they were almost inedible. But yeah, the broth absolutely made this dish. THAI BASIL WITH CRISPY PORK: Comes with a side of white rice. Highly recommending. This dish was cooked and seasoned perfect. The amount of pork was commensurate with the veggies. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. CRAB FRIED RICE: Delicious. They didn't skimp out on the crab either. Seasoning was also on point. Recommending this as well. YELLOW CURRY: Comes with a side of white rice. We chose beef to go with this order. Meat was sliced thin in bite-sized pieces. Curry level was great. Not too bland, not too strong, it was just right. The downside was that the carrots and potatoes not only were sliced a bit too big, they also pretty much occupied much of the bowl. FOOD: 4. Little snags, but the flavor on everything we had tried was pretty much on point. Except for the soup, everything else was made to order. SERVICE: 3. Mediocre at best. VALUE: 4. Not too bad for what we got. PARKING: Private lot. Shared with a couple of other spots. Not an issue. Street parking also available if needed. OVERALL: 3.75. I would love to come back and try their angel wings. (Not a lotta places offer this.) I just gotta make a mental note to call first. Good first run. Would try them again given the chance. read more

Came here on a whim after two failed attempts eating elsewhere. My husband and I were craving Asian food, and this Thai restaurant was right by our stay. Due to Covid, dine-in was not open however we were able to order by the door. They posted pictures of their food items on their windows and their full menu which made it easy to order. They had a buzzer to call attention to the waiter. She came quickly and was super friendly! The wait for the food was short! We waited maybe 15 minutes outside (our choice), and the food was ready! It was cooked to order because the bag was piping hot. When we got to our place, (5-10 minutes drive), the food was still hot which I appreciate! The food itself was delicious!!! Super flavorful and a nice amount of spice. I ordered the Thai spare ribs and veggie eggrolls. The ribs were super tender, fall of the bone, and had a subtle flavor which I preferred. The eggrolls tasted like any other veggie eggrolls but it was still good. My husband ordered chicken fried rice and red curry. The red curry had a good kick and balance of flavors. It's on the thinner/liquidy side (not so creamy or coconutty) but I didn't mind since the flavor was still good. The chicken fried rice surprised me the most because of how fragrant and flavorful it was! It packed a punch but once again, it was well balanced. Overall, every food item we got was delicious and distinct in flavor. I would highly recommend this place, and would eat here again when I'm in the area!! read more

This spot is 10/10! I'm looking forward to coming back here and trying some things other than my usual Thai order. I got the yellow curry, my fiancé got the drunken noodle, and we shared the mango sticky rice. Each dish was spectacular. So flavorful and fresh. If you ate at this place today, please agree with me that the pad Thai was just awful. The noodles were cooked as always, but the flavor was terrible. The sauce they used was like they ran out of ingredients and it tasted like sweet and sour not that tangy and spice taste to it. I personally didn't like them; they were dry and didn't taste like chicken and it had a long blackish string inside. Not sure what it was but my husband and I did not like the taste or texture. Ordered the usual, pad see ew with beef which was good and the cashew chicken and bbq pork fried rice. All were good but the portions were more veggies than actual chicken. When I called I asked for beef and broccoli but was given crispy pork in the Chinese broccoli (It was probably my fault as it was my first order) I'm beyond glad for the mix up cause it was FIRE! Most people would just order to-go from this place but my mom and I decided to actually dine-in. There are not a lot of space and very limited seating available - about 12 seats I think, but it does have a nice intimate ambiance and staff are very accommodating. You order your meal at the register as if you were to order it to-go, then you get seated or find one that suits you. Enough about the place, lets talk about the food. Having hungry eyes, my mom and I ordered Basil Eggplant, Chicken Yellow Curry, Thai fried rice with chicken, and Tom Yum shrimp since the weather was a bit cold. Each dishes has different spice levels so they will ask how hot you like your food, so trend carefully. I enjoyed the Tom Yum as it is sour with great balance of other flavors. Also, Tom Yum we ordered with a medium spice which is puts good amount of hot in hot and sour soup. The mushrooms tasted fresh and the soup didn't taste too brothy as some I've tried at other places that can become a bit overwhelming. For Tom Yum, I give it 5 stars. Basil Eggplant was ordered with mild spice, but it was delicious. I could be biased since I love eggplants, but the sauce and ingredients meshes very well together. Maybe I'll try this dish again with a medium spice next time to give a bit kick. I also give this a 5 star. The fried rice tasted very standard, but it's not a bad thing. I like that most Thai restaurants I've been to has been very consistent, and this place is one of them. however, one thing that I did notice was that they use Jasmine rice as their base which actually puts a bit uniqueness to their fried rice. I enjoyed it with the basil eggplant as well as with the yellow curry. I also didn't find the fried rice to be a bit too flavorful, but its a good thing since it is not doused in seasoning. It tasted as if they put a good amount of attention cooking the rice - neither overcooked or undercooked, which some places do tend to do. 5 star for the Thai Fried Rice. I hope the quality remains the same overtime. Now the Yellow curry. I am not an expert on this particular dish nor I am Thai. I've had some that are milky, some that are watery, and some that are very creamy, but this one was bit milky and watery. The Yellow curry was also quite enjoyable but it is something I'd have to really think about in the sense of flavor. Again, I am just expressing my experience with it and I am not an expert in it but maybe I've just been used to something more milky-creamy of the curry. The chicken in it was good, but the dish did leave me more to be desired. 4 Star for the Yellow curry. Overall, dining at this place was a really good experience. Very chill and relaxed environment, and I actually prefer just dining-in as the food comes out fresher than taking it home. This is not a typical table/waiter service place which is sometimes a very good thing. read more
