This is my favorite hole in the wall spot in all of Carson. The inside of the restaurant is hella small, with only a few tables but that hasn't stopped my boyfriend and I from dining here multiple times. We do notice that a lot of people order over the phone and pick it up to-go, which we've also done before. Our favorites: * Angel Wings- we don't order this often because it's pricey, but I love how it's like an illusion trick eating them. They look like normal wings on the outside but when you bite into it, it's magically stuffed with a ground chicken mixture and glass noodles. So fun! * Tom Kha- coconut soup that's citrusy and spicy (may be modified to your liking) and soo addicting! We usually order with chicken. Even if it's 100 degrees outside, we would still order this soup. * Pad Thai- I usually have to add a lot of lime and hot sauce to other pad thai, but this version just comes out perfect the way it is! * Twisted Tea- thai tea and green tea mixed together. I usually come here for lunch work when I get this route for work. But today I am sad I ordered a dumpling soup. And to my surprise when I get to eat the soup NO DUMPLINGS. It was mainly all brought. It literally had no veggies no dumplings thank goodness I ordered extra shrimp. Which was a total of 5 shrimps. Very disappointing in the soup. When I e had it before it would be full of veggies and dumplings and chicken and shrimp. But not today. It wasn't work the $20 I paid for that soup. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time after finding the menu placed in my mailbox. I love Thai Food, and ordered my go to meal, Panang Curry Shrimp. The food was ready in 10 minutes and the portions were a good size for the price. I ordered level 1 spicy and it did not disappoint. I honestly do not know how I've never been here when it's such a local spot to me. It was one of those hot 90F+ days and I wasn't in the mood to cook so we decided to come here to try - I really wish I tried them earlier! The location is quite small and they do have another larger restaurant but there was an empty table right in the front of the AC :) We ordered 2 Thai teas, pineapple fried rice, pad see ew, and tom kha. I was thinking I would be dying having soup on an already hot day but the food was so amazing that I didn't even notice the heat. They're quite busy and there was always a steady stream of people picking up take out. Wait wasn't slow but a good pace. The workers were so nice and kept checking in on us. So, I've been living in Vegas for the past 23 years and now I'm back to Carson where I grew up. I've been missing Thai food so I had to find a good place soon and of course I went to yelp. This place is perfect from the ambience, the customer service, to the taste of the food. It's a very small, clean & quaint gem in a small strip mall. Everything tasted exactly how it did at my favorite Thai spot in Vegas. We had pad Thai, crab fried rice, yellow Curry & veggie egg rolls. Everything was simply delish and they cooked our food fast. Visited 12/18/2025 1:45pm. Drove 15 minutes to get here and went inside. Just 1 table of 2 women waiting for food. A lady comes out and ask if I'm here to pick up food. Such a great fresh option when you want to eat out. This is one of the better options especially later on in the evening. We called ahead of time and they not only give you an accurate return time but you also receive a text message with an update. The inside of the restaurant is cozy but you can definitely eat inside. The reason why I am giving a three star review is that we ate at the restaurant and they would not allow someone in my party to use the restroom. He asked multiple times, very politely, and even left a few different times trying to find another location with a restroom. This is not the kind of sit-down dining experience you want! He has been a regular customer of theirs and they just kept saying it was too busy in the kitchen to let him use it. He asked when we first got there and wasn't able to go in until after appetizers were served and then all our meals were presented which was over 10 minutes. The food is made fresh when you order so you might have to wait a little but it's worth the wait! We were the only people dining in at the time, but they had several people coming in to pick up takeout. We got the chicken wings (SO good! Get this!), pad thai with shrimp (shrimp was cooked perfectly but the dish was a little too sweet and saucy for me), and chicken pad see ew (delicious)! I would definitely order food from here again. This is (was) my favorite Thai restaurant however, today I came in during lunch and shortly after I sat down, a family came in. They ordered after me and for some reason, their order was brought in before mine. Mind you, this included their appetizers along with their main courses. I then inquired about my order and was told it would take longer. I understand they're busy during lunch but if so, please hire additional help. It was obvious they had forgotten about my order because another table (that arrived after the family was seated) were served. There was another customer who wasn't serviced either and complained that she had to go back to work. I then also complained and got up and left the restaurant. Sriracha Thai is definitely one of my favorite places to get fried rice from. I for sure will try other things from there one day but I'm such a beef fried rice fan, and this place does it so good. I like rice that isn't hard, kinda mushy but not too mushy, and just the right amount of beef. I like other protein too but beef is my favorite Parking is very easy to find here, but do not, I repeat l, do not come with a large group as the restaurant is very very VERY small inside. Wow wow & wow ! This is like my top top thai spots . I have only ordered here for delivery or pick up ! The location is pretty small for dine in . They have tables available usually when I come there's others dining ! They have plenty of parking as they're located in a small plaza next to a nail salon & laundry mat but never gets too busy ! But omg I love everything here ! I'm literal obsessed with their pad prik king here I can't stop eating at times I'll reorder and reorder it , & it's spicy no matter if you ask for mild (that's how you know it's good) their orange chicken , chicken satay, Thai green tea .. everything has been spectacular!!
