Their claim that my truck was brought back to them a second time with new issues is ridiculous and laughable. My truck didn't go back a second time, it never actually left, because it didn't make it 20 yards or 2 minutes from the shop before it was clear they hadn't repaired anything the first time as they claimed. The only new issues were the ones caused by their own incompetence, like the new issue of the nitrogen compressor failing because they didn't know what they were doing. Or the new issue of the entire air ride suspension system being completely collapsed when I got there. These were the new issues and they happened while my truck was in their care. David has already admitted their failure to correctly diagnose or repair a single issue with the air ride suspension system. David has already stated that I was owed a refund and that they would cover the full cost to replace the nitrogen compressor but he reneged on that. He is mad because I refused to allow them to continue any further repairs and he is desperate to deflect blame, even resorting to outright lying, because he simply cannot be truthful. This is not only the worst shop I have ever been to but the worst people as well. How low is someone who will resort to blatant lying to avoid responsibility for their own failures. "christians" indeed

I…read moremade the mistake of coming here and trusted them as "professionals" to give me an oil change, since I don't know very much about cars, and I purchased the car a few months prior. (keep in mind it was in great shape and had no issues.) They put in a mixed synthetic blend and I trusted their judgment. Turns out, my car needs a full synthetic, period. Not a mix. Because of this my car burned through all of the oil before it even hit the mileage that they listed on my sticker and I had no idea. My mechanic said he's had to deal with this particular location multiple times for the same problem destroying cars his customers have brought to him and is frustrated he's seeing it again from the same company and the same location. He even sent his own worked to speak with them on my behalf to no avail. Without even driving the full mileage listed on the sticker, my car was completely out of oil without me knowing it. And my car, which they personally reset, stated i was still at 50% oil life, but in reality there wasn't a drop of oil in it. I'd been driving my kids to school and myself to work without any oil in my car that whole time assuming I was okay because I hadn't reached that mileage and my car said my oil life was fine. Because I trusted them. Now, my entire engine is completely totaled and needs to be replaced. A $6,000-$10,000 fix. My mechanic was furious on my behalf stating they never should have put that kind of oil in my car, and never should have put that mileage for a replacement on the sticker. I opened a case with Valvoline so they could take responsibility and, of course, it was denied. Shocking, right? They claimed it was my fault for "choosing" the type of oil i put in, despite me clearly stating I had no clue and I trusted their judgment. Even if I didn't know better, there should never be an option for my vehicle to have an oil change with oil that does not function as it should in my car, and even if it was possible to do it, then they never should have placed that milage on the sticker if it burns up faster than full synthetic does leaving me with no oil at all. Now, i have to fully replace my entire engine, and I feel so taken advantage of. My new car's engine is toast, and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused and want to blame me for it. Don't EVER go here if you care about your car or if you need to be able to drive in order to live your life. The devastation getting one oil change here has had on my life is incomparable. I'm a single mom living on one income. Now, i have no way to get my kids to school, no way to get to work, and what little money I was able to save is gone, and i'm in severe debt to replace an engine that never should have needed a replacement when the responsibility to front the cost should be with the people who caused the damage. I only bought my car a few months ago and it was in great condition. Only after the oil change did my car crumble into irreparable pieces. My life is ruined and they refuse to do anything about it. Everyone who works for this company and this location should be severely ashamed and those who denied my claim should take a hard look at why they continue to deny claims for their customers instead of taking responsibility, encouraging their customers to return, and helping the people they harmed. I will never understand how people can work for a company who profits off of denying people claims. If you want to continue to be able to live your life in a city that demands you have a car, then don't ever come here unless you want to find yourself responsible for $10,000 of repairs and an unusable car.

They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

It's uncommon to come across a business that treats you fairly and genuinely cares about your experience throughout the business interaction. What is even more exceptional is finding a business that is able to leave an impression on you not just once, but one that consistently exceeds your expectations. We discovered Stamps when my wife's car was in need of tires. Our first experience brought us back, and every experience since has reaffirmed my opinion that Tim and his team are truly a rare find in the service industry. Most recently, I brought my F250 in for servicing. Of course, it was a weekday morning, trying to get kids to school before heading to work, and the truck won't start. Based on the input of a roadside assistance team, I was expecting to walk out with two new batteries and at least one, if not two alternators (dual alternator vehicle), and a hefty unexpected bill. Once the roadside assistance team got me running, I immediately called Tim and explained the situation. Tim, understanding my need to find a solution before it was time to pick up kids, worked with his schedule and told me that if I came right in, he'd have me ready by that afternoon. When I dropped off the truck, Tim had me in and out, he even drove me back to the house so that I could make arrangements to get to work as quickly as possible. Around lunch Tim called me to let me know that he had checked the entire system (batteries, alternators, starter, wiring, etc) and the good news was that everything checked out except the batteries. Regarding the batteries, I asked his opinion on several brands I'd researched, including some of the top-tier batteries on the market. Tim had every opportunity to up-sell me but that's not how Stamps does business. Instead, he considered my typical vehicle use, and recommended a set of batteries that should last me much longer without breaking the bank. When I picked up the truck that afternoon, Tim was again there to meet me. He explained exactly how they tested the system, what they found, and asked if I had questions....what you typically expect from a good service provider. Tim then told me to check-in with him and let him know if I saw anything out of the ordinary. He specifically told me what conditions to be aware of that might be indicative of another issue and reiterated to call him if there were any other difficulties. This is what, in my opinion, makes Stamps a great service provider. As I was getting ready to leave, Tim understood that this was an unanticipated expense and let me know that he was going to help me out on the final invoice. He applied a generous discount and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I walked out feeling as though I had someone looking out for my interests and I hope the Stamps team takes pride in knowing that they have absolutely earned my loyalty...a win-win situation, which should be the goal of any service provider.

1 Star -- Serious Concerns About Repairs, Safety, and Service Records…read more I have taken my 2004 Lexus RX330 to this Brake Masters location since March 2026, with at least eight documented service visits. The most serious issue began when I dropped the Lexus off on May 6 for a check-engine-light issue and other repairs. During the repair process, my original engine was damaged. Brake Masters' own May 20 invoice states that after repairs were made, something fell down the cylinder 5 intake, caused a rod or valve knock, and resulted in "metal everywhere." Brake Masters subsequently replaced the engine with a used engine. Immediately afterward, I began reporting multiple issues in writing, including sluggish/jerky performance, recurring check-engine lights, fluid leaks, a passenger window that stopped working, and front-passenger-side noise. The vehicle was returned repeatedly. In one text, the service advisor said he needed time to "fix everything that's just going wrong right now." I never expected unrelated repairs for free. In a July 25 text, I specifically asked to be notified before any repair that wasn't covered by the warranty for their recent work. The service advisor agreed, and I paid for repairs that were not covered. On August 21, the Lexus lost acceleration, stopped running, smelled strongly of gasoline, and had a significant fuel leak. It had to be towed back to Brake Masters. Their work order documents an "ACTIVE LEAK AT FUEL INJECTION PRESSURE DAMPER." Because of the recent engine replacement, I asked whether this fuel-system failure could be related to anything touched or transferred during the engine replacement and whether it was covered by warranty. I specifically explained that I was not asking them to pay for anything unrelated or not covered by warranty. Unfortunately, the conversation became very confrontational. Brake Masters ultimately performed the repair at no charge, but I was told they no longer wanted my business. When I questioned statements being placed in my service record and asked how to contact management, I was told to contact corporate and that police could be called to escort me from the premises if I did not leave. I acknowledge that I became frustrated toward the end of the interaction as well. However, I believe asking whether a serious fuel-system failure could be related to recent major engine work was a reasonable question. I am also concerned about comments subsequently appearing in the August 22 work order. The service record contains language concerning the vehicle supposedly not having issues since the engine replacement, despite invoices and dated text exchanges documenting repeated problems and return visits. It also states that I "refused to sign pick up documents." I dispute that statement and did not refuse to sign pickup paperwork presented to me. To be clear, this is an older vehicle, and I am not claiming every subsequent mechanical issue was caused by Brake Masters. My concerns are the documented damage to the original engine, repeated post-repair problems, the serious gasoline leak, how my warranty question was handled, and the accuracy of my service record. I am having the Lexus independently inspected for safety. Based on my overall experience, I would not return to this location for additional repairs.
