    The Best!! Very trustworthy and honest!! I bought a 19 year old car and they sent me videos and pictures every time I asked them to and there were so many. They were always friendly and prompt. I arranged an independent mechanic to inspect the car and they delivered the car to the garage the same day I asked!! I received my car and she is Beautiful!! Thank you I will be back!!

    I bought a beautiful 2009 BMW M5 last week. Unfortunately the vehicle had developed a couple of problems (these things happen sometimes with used vehicles). I called Mina to share my woes and to my surprise he offered to pay for the majority of the repairs. Now that is service!! Used cars especially German cars will occasionally break down. But the used car dealer having your back is rare. I so strongly recommend this dealership. 5 Stars again!!

    I bought a 2013 Subaru BRZ from Mina and it was a good experience. This dealership stocks a range of enthusiast/interesting sports cars as well as more pedestrian vehicles, which was cool. The BRZ was a reasonable price - we agreed on a cash price and then I went to Wells Fargo for a cashiers check for the exact amount and we got the deal done. The car has had no surprises so far. I'd recommend this place if they have a car you're interested in!

    Mina made my birthday a memorable one for sure! After wasting time at other used car dealerships being disappointed when you discover the pictures on their websites don't match the current condition the car is in when they present it to you. Not at Minas, here they do a good job making sure they show all the deatils of the vehicle inside and out and you can even call them to ask for more photos if you need for your viewing pleasure. I looked at 5 other cars until I found the cleanest 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport out there here at Minas and knew I had to take it home with me. Felix was great and attended me quick as soon as I arrived on their lot. After examing the inside and out and before I could ask for a test drive, Felix asked if I was ready to take it for a spin. After the test drive I was even more convinced this car had to be mine! This is where Henry came in to help me with the loan process. Henry was very patient working with me and made sure I recived the best possible interest rate out there and even gave me some good advice to use in the future. He was very clear about all the details and made the loan application process smooth and easy. It's an amazing feeling to see that after all the disappointments with all the cars I checked out prior and all the hours spent driving to different cities from Chula Vista to Mission Hills searching for a nice Lexus GS 350 F Sport and losing a little hope as far as finding one by my birthday, to be able to seal the deal ON my birthday with this beautiful white w/ black interior 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. There was no pressure or hard-selling involved. If you have a realistic price range in mind, the negotiation process is straightforward and respectful. After agreeing on a price, we completed the paperwork on the spot, and I received payment the same day while arrangements were made to pick up the vehicle. What stood out most was the customer service. Robert needed one additional document after the sale and was willing to work around my schedule, even returning the following Monday to make the process as convenient as possible. Selling a car can often be stressful, but this experience was refreshingly hassle-free. Between the mobile service, same-day payment, and attentive customer service, I can see why they came highly recommended.     Mohammed and Mahmoud were both friendly and respectful. They let me drive the car to an outside…read moremechanic for a pre-purchase inspection which is something not all dealerships let you do. However I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency during the buying process. The morning before heading to the dealership, I called Mohammed and asked him very explicitly if the car I was looking to purchase had any issues. I told him I was traveling from far away to see the car ($90 Uber for a one-way) and I didn't want to waste his time or mine. He reassured the car had no issues and was in "very good condition". For reference, I've also attached a screenshot with the ad's description for the car. Unfortunately, the mechanic found some issues with the car - some of them minor - but others needed immediate attention including issues with the front breaks and the airbag system. The mechanic I went to had excellent reviews and expressed serious concern over these issues. He recommended that I not drive the car on a public road before fixing them. The problems with the airbag system were especially concerning to me as those can come back even after repairing them and can put my family in real danger while on the road. When I came back to the dealership, Mohammed seemed to be aware of these issues. He told me they were "expected" in a used car. He told me these weren't serious issues (I guess an airbag deploying due to a system error while driving on a highway at 70mph isn't a serious issue). He also said that I should've expected these issues because he told me over the phone that the car had been in a small accident. You really can't expect a customer to guess on a car's mechanical and electrical issues after an accident, especially if you repeatedly tell him that the car is in very good condition and drives "like new". They "lowered" the car's price by waiving/covering the dealership & registration fees + the sales tax but I was still concerned about the airbag system issue, so I decided to walk away from the sale. I ended up spending about $170 in travel expenses (Uber roundtrip) and another $90 for the inspection plus 4 hours of my day. Mahmoud (the other dealer) still had the audacity to tell me that he had been "holding" the car from other interested customers because I was trying it out. Well... if Mohammed (his partner) had been a little more transparent about the car's issues when I asked him, I would have never traveled there to see the car in the first place! To finish the day off, Mahmoud decided to send me a message bragging about how he had sold the car for "way more than I offered". Not like I cared much... but it seemed a little unprofessional/childish (the dealer going out of his way hoping to make me regret my decision? laughable). If you plan to purchase a car from this dealership, be sure to take it for a pre-purchase inspection because they certainly aren't very transparent about what they're selling. It could save you some huge headaches down the road, or better yet, your life.
