    I went into your store at 4498 Treat Blvd. Concord, Ca this afternoon, intending to buy $200 worth of ink cartridges. I asked an employee for help finding the right cartridge for my printer, but her only suggestion was to check the side of each cartridge. With so many options and no guidance or reference materials, I felt frustrated. She offered no further help and walked away. At checkout, the line was six people deep, and only one cashier was working, while the same employee stood behind the register, focused on other tasks instead of helping customers. Ultimately, poor customer service and lack of support at both the product area and checkout led me to leave without making my purchase. In such a competitive market, service should be more focused on customers, yet my experience showed otherwise.

    I've been to this Staples time's in the couple of months, and let me tell they've got a employee naked Michelle she is great. All three times helped to a Amazon return being very patient with and my lack of tech. She deserves a raise

Screen wouldn't come on at startup and the entire thing would just power down. Back then I took it to an Apple Store where a genius told me it was out of warrantee and there were no guarantees they could repair, and if they did it would probably be less expensive to just buy a new laptop. I decided to just use my smaller MacBook Air and put the broken MacBook in a box at home. Flash forward to 2025, I noticed Fix that Mac while in Concord and decided to dig out the old broken MacBook to bring in. Josh said he'd have a look and give me a call with what he found. A few days later I get a text from Josh that he figured out the problem with the screen (a known graphics card issue) and also I needed a new battery as my battery was dead from being unpowered so long. We also decided to upgrade the hard drive so performance could meet almost 2025 standards and be able to jump up a few operating systems. After quoting me his estimates for the time plus hardware (which were incredibly reasonable) I gave the go ahead and my laptop was ready in another couple of days for pickup. Is my boosted 2015 laptop a match for the current 2025 line of MacBooks? Of course not! But it's running as well as my MacBook Air now and it's a great backup should I need more processing juice. After explaining the urgency of my situation, Evan was able to see me that afternoon. During the consultation, I mentioned that I was prepared to hear that I needed to buy a new computer, considering I had purchased mine in 2021. However, after just a few minutes, Evan informed me that my hardware was in good condition. He only needed to address the "software bloat" to get my computer back in order. He also assured me that once this was done, I would likely have another two years before needing to worry about replacing my computer. We spoke on a Friday, and he kindly asked if I needed my computer back over the weekend or if I was okay leaving it for him to start working on it the following Monday afternoon. I chose to wait until Monday so I could finish a few more tasks. I dropped off my computer on Monday evening and picked it up the next day. Evan took the time to explain in detail everything he had done and how each change improved my computer. Evan is extremely talented, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. His pricing is very competitive and well worth every dollar spent. His primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, which is exactly what Acamar provides. I informed Evan that he is now part of "The Chrysalys Team" and will be my go-to IT professional for all my computer needs moving forward. I cannot recommend Acamar highly enough.     Charged me for a repaste and cleaning of my ASUS G14 laptop. The laptop came back to me still…read moreoverheating. I took it to a more savvy tech buddy of mine who upon opening it up discovered that the CPU and GPU still had the original liquid metal thermal paste. Two conclusions here, improper work, or dishonest work. In both cases very bad for the consumer.
