After leaving a previous five star review, I'm forced to leave a really bad one. Tried to get a simple photo printed this morning for an audition that I NEED with an hour. None of the self service machines were working, and while the employee half heartedly flustered around restarting the machines, an hour and $10 later I left without a picture. So very disappoinnt this location, I've been here for printing so many times. It was good .. good service. But this time is not. I've been waiting for the service 15 minutes for 1 lamination. I can understand if it's busy, but it's not and staff did service with another customer who came after me and let me wait and wait..while one staff doing service with another customer and another staff just chit chat with her college inside... 15 minutes passed I' m still waiting then I just walk out without doing anything coz my car cannot park. Our favorite Staples. It has everything we need, in one small shop. The staff are amazing and friendly, know their stuff and are helpful. Customer Service a its brilliance. We get all our stationary here and every time, they have exactly what we need. They have some good deals too which are always on display. read more

I frequently go to this Staples, the staff is very kind. If you are running out of supplies and you are on a rush this is the perfect place, but if for example you are looking for binders with cool designs or different varieties of a specific office supply, you won't find it here. read more

This is literally the worst business I have EVER been in. All employees walk past you and don't acknowledge anyone. I have been waiting for my printing to be completed for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I'm in the building. Every employee seems like they have ZERO desire to be here. The printing/scanning machines may or may not work. Either way you will now be charged a $5 fee to use them. They say it's to verify your bank account and you'll be refunded. This is a lie. You will NOT be refunded. It only takes $1 to verify an account. They try in any and every way they can to take money away from you. When I called to explain that I wasn't refunded the $5 I was met with a rude attitude from whoever that guy was I talked to. He kept asking me was I sure that the $5 charge was posted to my account as if I'm stupid and have never look at my bank statement before. He had horrible customer service. I am DONE with every staples! To have to nerve to charge to use a machine that doesn't even work is bullshit. I've come to expect this as the norm at staples but when you are looking for help and everyone acts like you are not there and continues to just chat with other employees as if they are just hanging out...it makes for a less than satisfactory customer service experience. read more

i came here after stopping by fed ex to get a booklet/portfolio printed, cropped and bound. i was helped by Chris who completed my booklet in about 10 mins, and it was 20% cheaper than fed ex. it was also going to take a couple days for fedex to complete. stop by here first if you are in the area and need a print, and Staples management if your reading this give your employee Chris at this location a raise/promotion cause he's great! read more

I want to give a thumbs up to the lovely young woman who was at the counter when I checked out, and worked with me to find the credit card on which I had purchased an item I wanted returned, and then cheerfully took my old ink cartridges. I was a very happy camper. However, I then went to the department where they deal with photocopying and packages, because I had to mail a small package to China, and it has to go USPS. I waited patiently for 10 minutes while the six or so employees went about other business. There was one young woman who kept walking purposelessly (or so it seemed to me) back and forth. I assumed she was actually DOING something, but after ten minutes of observing her do nothing but walk to one part of the store and then walk to another part of the store without seeming to do ANYTHING, I finally said, "Can you help me? Are you in the middle of something?" She said yes she could help me. OK, that was annoying enough -- why had I had to ask HER? Why hadn't SHE asked ME if she could help me. But what REALLY annoyed me is that when I said I had to mail something to China, she said, "Oh, no, we don't mail things outside the US." So I had watched her do nothing for 10 minutes for no reason. Grrr. I was still happy about the first part of my experience, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, but this second part of the experience tells me that this Staples location isn't all that concerned about their customers. All they needed to do was put on the sign "US only" and they would have saved me a lot of trouble. If they read this, I hope they'll make that change (plus maybe deal with lackadaisical employees?). read more

I frequently use this Staples location for print orders. On the good side, the materials always come out well. The customer service, however, is wretched. No one gives a shit in there, I can stand at the counter, wave my arms around and shout for 20 minutes before someone comes to help me. They can also never find the actual print order, so that usually takes an additional 4 hours. Forget about asking any questions, what. HUGE INCONVENIENCE to them. I can't imagine how they would address an actual issue if this is how they handle their basic functions. read more

I went here to buy a printer cartridge, which the salesperson helped me pick out based on the compatibility book they have. The cartridge didn't work, and when I tried to take it back the next day I noticed that even though this cartridge is listed as compatible with a list of printers, including mine, there was a footnote saying that this version of the black ink didn't work with my particular printer. Even though this was in a tiny footnote, that the salesperson also missed apparently when she helped me pick it out, the manager wouldn't accept the cartridge for return or exchange because although the plastic on the cartridge wasn't opened and I had the receipt, I had opened the box before I realized I had the wrong model. It was the fault of their salesperson, and the mistake would have cost them almost nothing to rectify since I just wanted an exchange, but they still wouldn't do it. I know it's a small incident, but the level of disdain for their customers that it demonstrates is unbelievable to me. I won't shop at this or any other staples again and you shouldn't either. read more

I'm finished with this location. I've been using them for 3 months for a campaign, including thousands of dollars in printing, posters, lamination, etc. They've delivered as promised about 60% of the time, and only when I chase them. You email them a job and they won't call to confirm - you have to call them. They won't tell you if the time-frame for your order won't work unless you call, even if the order is emailed. The self-service printing machines are constantly having issues/out of order. I've also had press events damaged by them not delivering as promised. Today is the last straw. I emailed an order that is extremely similar to one I've sent in the past, with about 24 hours' notice. In the past, the order was filled without much incident. I had to call them to see if everything is good to go (over an hour after I sent the email), and I was informed that the order wouldn't be ready until Monday. Here I come, FedEx/Kinko's! This location needs a serious overhaul. read more
