This is still our favorite Star Wars ride! The original is the best of them all in my opinion. Although It does seem like the ride is just a few minutes shorter than I remember. The 3D aspect is a cool addition from how it was before. It's a definite must while at Disneyland!

Star Tours is a classic Disneyland ride! My family and I still make it a point to ride it at least once, but is it one of my favorites? No, especially now that Batuu has been built. It is located in the corner of Tomorrowland across from the Buzz Lightyear ride. I love the line queue with BB-8 and C-3P0. The line moves fairly quickly on this ride regardless of the wait time. This is a 3-D ride so you wear glasses and since it moves around, you also have to wear a seat belt. Warning if you do get motion sickness, you may not want to ride. My friend who traveled with us gets motion sickness and avoided this one. They have a great store as well filled with lots of Star Wars items including Droids and Lightsabers!

Star Tours is always a fun and immersive ride, especially if you are a Star Wars fan. We came early, so the wait was only about 10 minutes, which made the experience even better. The motion simulator combined with the random story sequences keeps it exciting every time you ride. It really feels like you are flying through space and part of the action. Definitely worth hopping on early to skip the long lines later in the day.

Such a solid attraction at Disneyland, especially for Star Wars fans, but also super fun if you don't know the lore. It's a little jerky so you might not love it if you have a lot of chronic back pain, but fantastic for kids and adults. Great 3D aesthetics that require provided glasses, there's storage for your personal belongings underneath your chair. The wait is not often super long, we usually wait until it gets to a 15 min wait time before lining up. All the staff are super professional, and there's lots of interesting things to look at during your wait in line. I love when they play ads for vacations in Tatooine etc. most of the line is shaded/indoors as well. They update the storyline every so often, and I love that they included Ahsoka in this most recent one! 10/10 will be back, always a solid reliable ride.

This Star Wars themed ride is located in Tomorrowland (and not Galaxy's Edge). This ride has been around for a long time and got an update or updates at some point. Basic premise is that everyone gets on to a 'star bus' of sorts and the ride moves along with the visuals on screen. I wanna say this is one of my favorite rides at Disneyland. Partly because I'm a big Star Wars fan. Also, you get a different combination of visuals so the ride will almost feel different /fresh each time you ride it. I'm a fan of the animatronics on the way in as well. I definitely prefer this ride over Smuggler's Run as you just sit back and let the ride wow you. Almost a slightly more adrenaline rushed but similar to the Soarin' Around the World ride at CA Adventure. The original Star Tours ride is one of the rides I enjoyed and still vaguely remember riding as a kid. So happy they kept it and freshened it up with modern and mixed era Star Wars themes.

This is such a classic Disneyland ride, they keep the ride constantly fresh with different scenarios. I frequently ride this ride when I come to the park, usually to mix things up from pirates of Caribbean and haunted mansion. The line went pretty quick, even quicker for people who need assistance.

One of my son's faves! My wife not so much, but it give him and I one to "bond" on. :) It's a slightly different adventure every time, and it's indoors so you get a chance to cool off on the hotter days (like today). 10/10 - Space Travel at its finest. ;)

This ride is such a blast! It's located in Tomorrowland, not in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, I always wonder why the ride wasn't moved to Star Wars land after it was built! One of the coolest things about it is that every ride is different, the 3D experience changes each time, so it never gets old. The storyline puts riders in the role of rebels on the run, trying to escape and battle the First Order. C-3PO unexpectedly takes the captain's seat, while R2-D2 helps pilot the ship, adding some classic Star Wars charm. Just a heads up: if you suffer from motion sickness or vertigo, this ride might be a rough experience, the motion simulation can be pretty intense. Still, for Star Wars fans or whoever, it's a super fun and immersive ride overall!

I am dating myself, but I remember going on the original Star Tours in 1987 when the ride first opened. I think we waited a couple of hours in line to go on that ride. I still remember all the hype surrounding its opening. It was the first partnership between Disney and Lucasfilm. Back then, there was only three Star Wars movies and a handful of worlds that you would visit on the ride. The Star Tours Speeder was piloted by a droid named Captain RX-24 (voiced by the late Paul Reubens) and had appearances by R2-D2 and C-3PO. Star Tours was reimagined in 2011 to include scenes from the newer movies. The ride itself is located in Tomorrowland and is a motion simulator ride with 3-D "flight glasses" that travels to different Star Wars worlds. I usually get motion sickness on these types of rides. But I do ok on the Star Tours ride. Being a life-long fan, I love anything Star Wars. The ride exits through the Star Trader gift shop which has lots of Star Wars merchandise.

It's not your fault this has something totally to do with me. I love roller coasters. It's just the way this kind of ride makes me feel the same way. A Tesla drives. It's too smooth. It makes me nauseous and I get carsick. I was worried the whole time I was gonna sick . Thank goodness I didn't.

This ride is old school but still fun. I love going on this ride even though I have been on it so many times. The only thing that can be bad for some people is that it can make you have motion sickness. I don't have this problem but for someone with Vertigo, I would not recommend this ride. Other than that, the Cast members have always been great and helpful. I enjoy this ride very much and will hopefully continue to do so for many years.

So cool but not for the ones that get dizzy, vertigo, and or lightheaded easily. My hubby is one of them. Other than that it's so cool, shorter than most, but it's a classic. Located in tomorrow land.

    Jeff L.

It's been a while since I've ridden on Star Tours and I have to say I'm a very pleasantly surprised how cool the ride is. This is located near the front section of tomorrowland if you're entering from the main hub. This is a ride simulator where you're watching the screen and the vehicle that you are in moves around to match the actions on the screen. Now I'm a Magic Key holder since this past year but prior to that it's been a while since I've ridden the ride. I appreciate how many updated scenes and selections they have in this ride where it's fairly modern with planets and lands from the newer movies. I was caught off guard how bumpy the ride actually is. They did a great job keeping things fresh and updated and not as stale as I had remembered it from years ago. This may not be as fancy as the Rise of the Resistance but I think this is better than Smugglers Run out in Galaxy's Edge. The wait time for this ride typically isn't that bad either so this is one of my must rides when I visit Disneyland.

While I had not heard too much about it, I dedicated my whole day to exploring DLR and wanted to make the most of it. That being said, I purchased a Park Hopper ticket and made my way over after spending the first have the day in DL. Opened in 2001, DCA was not an immediate hit at its debut. In fact, it took a major facelift in order to start gaining some traction in terms of park attendance. The park is Disney's interpretation of California, separated into different lands based on regional areas of the state or by Disney IP. Some of the strongest areas IMO are San Fransokyo Square, paying homage to the Asian heritage in SF, and Pixar Pier which is a huge area combining Disney-Pixar theming with vintage California coastal vibes. While I feel this is the more adult park when comparing it to DL, there is a lot for kids to do here as well. There's a also a strong selection of attractions, and the shopping and dining are also decent. I took a spin on the parks icon - the Pixar Pal-a-Round, which provided awesome views of the park and greater Anaheim area. If comparing DCA to DL, it's my opinion the former is the stronger park - the theming and types of attractions speak to me more. Overall, I thought DCA was great - it's definitely an enhancement DLR as a whole, and I would no doubt return next time I plan a visit here.

Previously, I had attended during an unfortunate time when the kiddy pool was being closed down to be shocked multiple times. Back to back. Incidents that shut the pool down for hours at a time and then caused my health to also be affected thereafter.... I came back for this visit since my kids' Cub Scout group was celebrating their year end achievements and it was a great opportunity to join our community and give it another shot for the kids. They also were older and not on the baby pool. Well, I'm so glad I did. Despite the renovations going on, things seemed more organized and clean. The check- in process was much more streamlined and efficient and our rooms were ready and clean (no carpets!! Yay clean room!) with a view that wasn't great since the climbing area was literally right outside, but the kids loved it! Everyone still gets their free wolf ears too. The restaurant breakfast buffet had staff around to mind all the little and big hands reaching for food and we had a "breakfast taco bar" the family really enjoyed. The pool is full of flavors for all age levels and adventurers but a treat for me was seeing the outside pool area- there were loungers in the water, shaded regular seats, cabanas and no echos. It was like a resort! Inside is louder and humid while outside is full sun but open. Something for everyone. Lots of fun free and paid activities so be sure to check the schedule. We took part in story time (free) and yoga (free). I also appreciated the midweek crowd level even for a summer. I recommend you give it a try to see if it's a fit for your family! Okay thanks bye

We are extremely disappointed with the safety of the children's area at Great Wolf Lodge…read more Our 2-year-old daughter slipped near a children's water slide and struck her head on a hard corner in the play area. As a result, she suffered a large bump and cut on her forehead, as well as a significant bruise and swelling on her foot. What concerns me most is that this happened in an area specifically designed for toddlers and young children. Wet surfaces, running, slips, and falls are completely predictable in a children's water park. Hard, unprotected edges should not be present in places where small children play. Immediately after the accident, we showed the exact location to a staff member. Unfortunately, there was no medical professional available on site. The only assistance offered was ice and a bandage. We were very fortunate that she hit her forehead and not her temple. The outcome could have been much more serious. I am attaching photos so other parents can see the extent of the injuries for themselves. Families visit Great Wolf Lodge expecting a safe environment for young children. Considering the high cost of admission, I expected much better safety measures and a more adequate response to injuries involving children. I sincerely hope management reviews this area and improves its safety before another child is seriously hurt.

The free games were the blue tap games, so you don't earn tickets, but there were still a ton of fun options. We didn't even come close to using the full 3 hours because there was so much to do. My favorites were the basketball games and Connect 4 basketball. We played a few rounds of laser tag, which was super fun, but a lot of the equipment seemed broken that day. They also couldn't split us into teams, so everyone was playing individually instead. The go-karts were really fun for a group we got a whole round to just our coworkers. Some of the karts definitely felt faster than others, which made things interesting. We also did mini golf, and the course was much bigger than I expected. It took quite a while to get through all the holes. One thing to note is that the rides don't always have staff standing by them. If you want to ride something, you may have to find an employee and ask them to operate it. Overall, there was honestly more to do than we could fit into the 3 hours. We didn't even get to everything we wanted to try. Despite a few operational issues, we had a really fun time and felt like the event package offered a lot of value.

This was a good value compared to regular prices. Enjoyed the go carts twice; attendants were very patient with customers and trouble makers. Cart track is super fun, carts ran well, fun competition! Bumper boats were closed; perhaps weather isn't warm enough yet or demand was low. Two fountain sodas at the snack bar were $13. Pretty outrageous. Tried to use the batting cages. Our unlimited pass didn't seem to apply however, which was disappointing, as our key cards were unable to activate the cages in two different lanes. We moved on to mini golf. Well lit and good music is the best I can say. Overall I can tell the courses have been improving from a maintenance standpoint but the greens are TERRIBLE. If you have to putt over broken turf or your ball gets stuck in a pit of death that used to be part of the brick border, it disrupts the fun and becomes frustrating. Seriously, Boomers. Put some of that ridiculous soda pop revenue into fixing your miserable astroturf. There were tears and holes everywhere. The arcade gets periodically updated but we didn't use it this time due to time constraints. Always had fun on the multitude of games available. Same with laser tag, we just ran out of time. Was not crazy about the process for golf putters and bats for the batting cages. There only seemed to be one person in charge of handing these out from the desk and they were stuck handling a long ticket line so we pretty much helped ourselves by reaching over the counter and grabbing what we needed.
