My previous review for Starbread appears to have been deleted for some reason but it was 5 stars then and definitely still 5 stars now. The Señorita bread is where it's at! These fluffy bread rolls have a thin layer of honey inside and are the perfect level of sweetness to eat with coffee or as a side to compliment savory dishes. They always seem to be available and piping hot when you order them. I bring a box to almost every potluck I'm invited to and they're a staple at my family gatherings. A box of 50 pieces is only $20 and I probably polish 3-5 of them in the car during the 2 minute drive home. Service is always quick and staff are super friendly. This is my favorite small business in the area! read more

I can't tell you enough how excited myself and my family was to find this Starbread! It was by accident as well. We had went to the Dutch Brothers and made a wrong turn trying to exit and there they were! Have you ever had Senorita Bread? Or as my family calls it, Crack Bread! Its warm and buttery and sugary and when you hold it in your hands its like holding the best hug you can hold! They also have plenty of other Filipino goodies as well my wife and kids love and as you can see from the pics I have took of this place they are very cheap, you can buy 50 for $20! A great gift to bring to a get together or gathering! I also liked that this location is very clean and modern. The Natomas location is great as well (they are sweeter and butteryer) but I am excited that this one is so close to my home. Please give it a try and you will not be disappointed. read more

This Starbread is so good and addicting I only allow myself to go there occasionally for a special treat. the star bread comes warm and soft and gooey in the middle and melts in your mouth. Great for an individual treat or to get a big box to take to work or family gathering. read more

I'm very disappointed. It's been a few months since I last went to starbread - I was happier with bad bakers however this time I was right in front and decided to stop in and get some senorita bread, some flan and some chicken bao. Was quite a long wait for the senorita bread and I was so happy they were piping hot in the box. Drove home anticipating 30 pieces of yummy goodness and opened the box to find charcoal briquettes in the box! I will not be coming back for their senorita bread. The last two times I picked up a 20-piece box, the bread was not fresh. It was as if I was given old bread from the previous day. I am pretty disappointed, being that the one I used to go to in the Bay Area was always great. read more

Friends used to bring it to school all the time and it filled the halls with yummy smells, and no one ever said no when offered Senorita bread. I always love eating seniorita bread and usually my mom gets just the bread but I decided to come all the way to roseville because they had different pastries here than the one in Sacramento. I wanted to try the malasada and man do I regret just buying one to try out lol. It was a dollar and it was pretty big and had a good amount of filling it was worth it and I must go back for more!! I got the dulce de leche malasada, seniorita bread of course and suman! the suman was delicious and wasn't too sweet which I enjoyed. I can't complain about this place. The seniorita bread melts in your mouth. The lumpia (when available) is scrumptious. I love the corned beef roll. Alright so I don't really review things. But this place 100% deserves it. I'm up in Roseville for a vet appointment because my guinea pig needs an x-ray. I was a bit hungry so I looked on Yelp for places nearby. And HOLY SHIT there's a Starbread across the street. I LOVE Starbread but I never really get it because the one near my house isn't in the best of neighborhoods. So I walk into this Starbread and ask the guy for one of everything. (The sweets). It only cost me about $14. Now I'm in my car getting fat and happy off of bread. Oh almost forgot to add. They support Black Lives Matter! Can't get much better than that. read more

I was on Baseline riding out of Roseville, I happened to come across this location. The smell of the bread, and thinking of the last time I bad their bread was exciting. I get to the entrance, and start conversing with a gentleman who was trying STARBREAD for the first time. I also wanted to wait until the 3 customers inside were done to not crowd the space with my bicycle. As the customers finished up and excited, the gentleman I was speaking with went inside. I followed and asked if I could bring my bicycle in while making a purchase. The employees or owners looked at me liked they never had that asked, and took a few seconds to think of what to do. She advised me I could just leave my bicycle outside. A definite no in my book. I hope they aware things get stolen in Roseville too. I recommend that businesses post a sign for no bicycles, or perhaps a bike rack can be utilized in the immediate area. I was a bit discouraged I admit, and I hated walking away from a business with an awesome product. The gentleman I was talking too even offered to buy what I wanted, but I politely declined. I figure any business that can turn me away, I can simply walk away in the same matter. I can't afford to have my bicycle stolen. read more

This place is pretty amazing. I've driven by it a million times, but never really paid any attention to it. One day a friend of mine told me what the place was, was known for and how good they were... I ended up going in, the very next day.
