If there was a 0 star option for this location, then that would be my choice. I ordered 7 drinks through the app on Saturday, April 10th and went to pick up my order about 5-10 minutes after it said they would be done. I was immediately accused by the general manager of the store and the guy at the pick up window, Stanley. They claimed that a man named Derek picked up 5 of my drinks through the drive through and left. They tried to say it was me, but my name is Chris. I argued back and forth with the general manager saying it was not me. What would I do with 14 total drinks? I didn't wake up Saturday morning thinking to myself, "I should go scam Starbucks today." I even told them to check their store cameras to prove that it was not me. I did not even receive an apology or anything for publicly humiliating me in front of all of the other customers there. They made me seem like the bad guy and a thief even though they were the ones who made the mistake of not confirming it was me picking up the drinks. read more

I wish there was 0 star because that's what this store deserves . I always go to Starbucks near highway 4 and 160. I tried this store because they didn't have travelers size coffee. And this is the last time I will go here . Very rude and unprofessional people . I ordered my coffee @ 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready by 7:05 . I walked in @ 7:15 and asked politely how much more time it will take, the first person was super rude and answered " I DONT KNOW" and didn't even try to find out . It took over hour and half to get it ready . Out of 3 travelers size coffee , 2 of them were half empty. There was a time when all the coffee was ready but they hold me up for another 15 min to pack some sugar and stirs on a lil bag . I was late to our club meeting where everyone was waiting for this coffee. I hope they get lil training on customer service and professionalism. I will highly highly recommend to drive .5 miles and try other Starbucks( highway 4 and 160) as they have better client oriented service read more

Just wondering if hours have changed without a notification? Just went through the drive-thru and store was closed. There were some future dates saying closing at 5pm, but it was 4:35pm when I was waiting in the drive thru. Lights were still on. Maybe I missed something? read more

I Love the staff here they try to learn your name if your there frequently. The drinks are always good and if for some reason they don't get it right they'll remake it no problem. If you don't have the Starbucks app yet it's totally worth it you can order ahead when you're in a rush and just pop in and your drink is done and paid for. read more

I dont usually review Starbucks because I've been to so many. However, this location is so cool. We stayed at a hotel that is in the same parking lot. When I pulled into the hotel driveway it was such a blessing to see a Starbucks within walking distance. This location just only a drive thru or a walk up, there's no walk in store front. I thought the concept was pretty cool. The gal at the window was so friendly and she explained this was only one of a handful in cali with this concept. read more

This Starbucks is BY FAR the best one in the east bay!! Every single employee there is super friendly and ALWAYS makes my coffee perfect! I have no clue why anyone would put a bad review on here. Or call any of these fabulous employees horrible names. Obviously YOU are the one that woke up on the wrong side of the bed.... not the employees at this location!!! I go there every single day... sometimes at rush hour and sometimes when its slower.... and never have I had a bad experience. If I could give more stars I would!! Worst! Service is slow. I just gave up and left after 20 minutes. Dutch Brothers is down the street.

I get my usual Venti White Mocha and notice it feels light. Venti does mean 20 so I'm paying for 20oz of coffee. Here's what I end up with. Haven't touched it yet but measure it and it's only 16oz. Is this the standard or is Starbucks short selling us and we never notice it. I think they need to make their cups bigger so we actually get 20oz of coffee especially for the price we pay. read more

The staff at this Starbucks are so rude and unprofessional. To make a comment of me getting the "most expensive drink" because I have a free be on my rewards. I had to buy over 30 drinks to get a gold card and another 11 to earn this drink, I can get a $4.95 frappucino. Then, you all don't put extra drizzle, though you repeated it back to me. And my drink is water. So I bring it back to the window. You tell me that this drink is always water? No it's not actually. I go to somersville Starbucks Atleast 3 times a week and it's always good. I normally dont write bad reviews but seriously - how hard is it to make a venti vanilla latte? So tell me why I end up getting a soy vanilla latte? The girl who took my order thru the drive thru first thought I said grande vanilla latte, I said I wanted venti. Then when I got home to drink my coffee I noticed it tasted weird. I looked at the label and they made it soy. I didn't say soy at all! This was the 2nd time here and I won't be back. The people at the other Oakley Starbucks get my order right every time and actually make it good. Now I wasted $5 on a nasty @$$ coffee. Won't be back to this location ever. read more

Fast and convenient, but the staff is not always so nice. And I've had more than a handful of drinks mafe improperly. It works most mornings for me because of the location. PLUS- Dutch Bros is so close and they not only smile and make you feel like you you aren't messing up their day by getting a drink. And their drinks are always 100% amazing. read more

I just needed to say Miss Hayley is amazing and I am not just saying this because of her awesome service but also because of her enlightened hospitality, I have worked in the restaurant and bar industries for 14 years now and if there is one thing that I enjoy is making a real connections with my guests or regulars that come back, and that is exactly what she has done with my daughter not only did she give great service to myself but to notice my daughter and take a personal interest in her was the sweatiest my daughter is five and now wakes up every morning wanting to go say hi to Hayley at Starbucks and we do as often as possible but now with my daughter back in school she hasn't been able to stop by and say hi so today I ran over there to get my usual and Hayley noticed my daughter wasn't in the car, I could tell she was sad lol but she decided to send me with a little note wishing my daughter a great day in school and that she missed seeing her, this is what I call great service! I was on my way home and thought I'd stop at this Starbucks before I got on the freeway. Talk about them rushing your order, and making your drinks taste watered down. I could of went to McDonald's and had better drinks. Makes me mad when you buy expensive drinks and they do a half ass Job on making it. Starbucks at that location needs to step it up. read more

I've never met Starbucks employees that lack good customer service, ever! I thought I'd give this place a second chance after my first experience left me debating for 5 months whether I'd give it another chance. Well, I'm over this place! Now, I see why there's rarely a line compared to the Starbucks further down the street, across from a Raley's. Both times I've visited have been early mornings. Maybe these people need to work late shifts because the saying "you woke up on the wrong side of the bed!" definitely applies to them! If my drink is made wrong and you cause me to have to turn back around to drive back to your store to fix it... that is what's expected and honored at the other Starbucks stores. When I order a kids drink and specify it to be 90 degrees, so my child's tongue doesn't get scolded. That IS what's EXPECTED!!! I pay for what I want, which in turn pays for part of your wages. Remember, customers are what keep you employed! Never again will I ever stop here for our morning brews... never again!!! Rude, poor and horrible customer service is to say the least!!! read more
