Zero stars for my latest visit to this store. I ordered a grande iced drink in the drive thru. The partner asked me what he could get for me, when I was answering he was having a conversation with someone else on the headset. I was the only one in the drive thru at the time, so I did not expect huge delays. I drove up to the window, sat there for about two minutes, window never opened. The partner was right by the window, but he never opened it to say "hello" or anything else for that matter. I continued to sit there for at least another minute, and the window still never opened. When coming to this location 30 minutes after putting in my order i walked in and didn't see either of my items. My exact order was A venti pink drink with light ice and NO strawberries and warmed up pumpkin bread loaf. When i arrived i saw only my food item which you could tell wasn't wanted up at all it was actually cold. In addition hasn't even started my pink drink until i asked for the other item. When she gave it to me there was strawberries so usually i wouldn't have but since i payed 10 dollars of my own money that i earned myself i thought i'm gonna ask for her to remake it she was very irritated when i asked but she did remake it. But she filled my drink to the first like and filled the rest up with ice which i saw i was beyond irritated and just said ty and left but i would make sure to order in the store if i coke to this location again. the only reason why i have 2 stars and not 1 is because i know working especially during covid in a high maintenance store can be hard and i feel for her but still should have made the drink correctly. read more

Love this Starbucks. My coffee is served hot and fast. Drive thru goes quickly and I am served with a smile. I don't get any fancy drinks, just plain ol tall coffee. Nice seating area outside. We have met lots of nice folks while stopping for a coffee/rest break while taking our kids, and dog on a walk. read more

I don't understand why the website says they close at 10 but when I called they said they close at 9 & acting clueless to her own store hours that is posted on yelp. Great customer service. Everytime I've been here, the staff has been very nice and helpful. The enviornment is quiet and relaxing. You can get work done here. The wait is a little longer than other starbucks since there's a drive thru but it's not really a problem for me since I'm not usually in a rush. read more

So I just visited this Starbucks as it's the closest one to my house, I ordered the strawberry refresher with coconut milk, I asked for light ice, I can see her making it.. She brings it to the window and I asked this is light ice right ? She looked at it and said yes, I told her it was full of ice and if she can please take some out. She hesitated and said ok, I watched her dump it into another venti cup and I swear to God the amount of liquid was enough to fill HALF the venti cup.. No wonder that lady was/is sueing Starbucks!! Never the same opening time as their sign indicates; that earlier review where it was 6:15 am and they still wouldn't open except for drive-through---Yikes! Sometimes Ive gotten there 5:30 opening time and front door open. Couple other times no acknowledgement from inside to those of us waiting outside then around 5:45 look up and point to the side aka drive-through now open. Uhh sorry no thanks, I'm off to Peets or the S-Bucks by Target & Barnes and Noble. Both those places open even earlier and on time, and also very friendly! I have severe diabetes. And I asked for sugar free syrup. They didn't make it sugar free. Very frustrated. Will not be back. They need to be more careful with that kind of stuff. read more

This is the third time in one week that they got my order wrong. First two times they repeated my order back to me in detail yet when I went to pay said they did not see one of the items on my order. The third time they gave me the wrong drink size and with no straw. Their drink did not seem to be as good as other starbucks. I will probably drive the extra distance for more accurate service and better drinks. read more

The young 20-somethings that work here are nice enough, but it seems the pressure of working at a Drive-Thru Starbucks takes away the service inside. There's no milk choices out at the mixing station, I had to ask for them. I was the first one in line and it took a while to get my simple Americano, which tasted pretty watered down, more than it should be. And I notice a lot of people double checking their drinks and having to get them remade. All-in-all, I only come here because it seems to be the only coffee spot with decent breakfast sandwiches. This is by far one of the worst starbucks I've been to. Out of the hundreds of times I have been there they have gotten my drink right maybe 3 times and when I try to politely correct them the attitude given back to me is ridiculous! I have worked in customer service my whole life and I can not believe how rude these people have been to me. Today was by far the worst! They went to check on our order and came back and rudely asked if we're done ordering. Then when we told them why we were waiting, they huffed and asked if we could "hurry it along" and then forgot one of our coffees and then S***** or what ever here name was didn't even say anything to us while she shoved coffee in our face. I went to this store today i went inside and went straight to the counter and ordered a caramel frappucino. I went to the other counter where i waited for my drink. While i was waiting another lady went to the counter and ordered a drink and she walked over to me and waited for her drink as well. There were 6 workers and nobody was moving nobody was making drinks, nothing. The Dunbar guy came in filled the safe did whatever while the workers stood there and talked to him. Another worker walked in and asked what she should do. A guy with a clip board told her to do inhouse. So she walked over and started making two shaken tea drinks. What does she do with those drinks? She hands them to the Dunbar guy who never ordered never paid never even went to the register! Im still waiting for my drink that i ordered 5 minutes ago. Finally they start on another drink and its a hot drink. They finish that drink and call it out and the lady who ordered AFTER me grabbed it and walked out. Finally the guy with the clip board looks at my empty frappucino cup thats been in front of the blender for 8 minutes now tells another worker that she has a frappucino to make. So she grabs the cup and starts working on my frappucino, meanwhile the drive through worker starts a frappucino next to her and is hip bumping her and pushing her around while they're making drinks.finally she finishes my drink and she walks to the drive through with it and the clip board worker says its not for drive through so she asks whos drink it is and he replys with an i dont know! So she slowly walks around behind the counter and asks another worker where the drink goes and he replies with another i dont know. Finally she comes to the counter im standing at and unsure of her self says caramel frappucino! I grab my drink and walk out 12 minutes after i initially ordered my drink. When I order a drink and they don't make it correctly I don't get upset about it. However, when the boy who is making the drinks looks at me with this attitude in his eyes and tells me that is not how they normally make it, I start to feel pretty pissed. Then he goes to his manager to talk to her and they both give me a look of irritation. He comes back over and tosses the drink out and starts to make another one. He makes it incorrectly AGAIN. I tell him this and he gives me this extreme attitude that gets me a level of mad that rarely comes out of me. I asked to speak to the manager. This older woman who is blonde with short, a little above shoulder length hair comes over. She asked what the problem is. I tell her that besides the fact that the employee is giving me serious attitude he keeps making the drink incorrectly. She looks at the cup and says that they don't regularly make it like that. I told her that I've been ordering the drink for the past year and this is the first time that someone has ever complained about it. (I thought there was a whole thing about making it the way you like.) I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager on duty. I told her that I would like to speak to the STORE Manager. She gives me a card for Nichole Mcgarry with the store number on it. I walk back over to my other drinks and they are keeping their backs to me while talking. I look at them and tell them that I'm still waiting for my drink. The manager looks at me surprised and I tell her I still want it because I paid for it. She gives this deep sigh and looks at the original cup. I asked her if she wanted to see the original text and she said no. She looked at the cup confused and I told her how to make it. She stomped around and when she gave me the drink I looked and said thank you. That is how it is made and normally looks. She walked away and so did I. I called to speak to the manager and they told me I have to wait 2 days to speak to her. I've decided that I'm better off calling the corporate office. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I did an online order because I was in a rush to get my coffee. I show up maybe 5 minutes after my order and stand at the area where you pick up your coffee and it's no where to be found. I stand there for about another 5-7 minutes and NOT ONE Person working asks me if I need help or if there's something that I need. I've NEVER experienced this type of service before. I would have just walked in there and ordered it if I knew if was going to take that long. When I finally see my coffee, I go and grab it and ask if it's the online order and someone responds "oh yeah, I was wondering why you were standing there" and I'm just thinking "No you weren't, if you were, you or someone else would've asked me something!"
