I was running Low On Energy !!! So I stopped in the Drive Thru and Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte ! That Drive Thru was Going at a Snail's Pace !!! The Drive Thru had trash and food wrappers strewn around on the ground!!! They should have been someone Sweep it once in a while!!! When I finally made it to the Drive Thru Window!!! Server was Friendly and Some What Efficient just a bit slow! I paid for my Drink and Received it and I was Out Of There !! My Coffee was Good !!! For These Reasons!!! What could be improved? The coffee flavor needs to be more prominent in all drinks. This particular store consistently has the worst drinks; they all taste like milk with sugar. I regret ordering all the holiday drinks today--they ended up going to waste. Instead, I had to reorder drinks from Peet's for my work team. I haven't been in this Starbucks location in so long like decades, lol. But I was greeted instantly. The cashier was friendly and I got a warm welcoming vibe from her. The place was nice and clean. I like the kindness board they had. I enjoyed reading the little sticky notes. I would of written one but I didnt see a pen laying around. The staff was very professional and everyone was working quickly. The sitting area was empty but clean. I also like the pumpkins that was displayed on the table too. Very festive! Love this season. I bought an expensive hot coffee at another location. The dang lid would not stay on. Coffee on my hands on my car console... so I stopped at this location to see if they could just give me a cup of ice. CHICO at the register just made me a whole other coffee! Thank you for the wonderful service Ruby! Came here today and it's busy because of Mothers Day, Ruby was working as barista. Place my order and went to pick up area, grab my drip coffee. Ruby saw me waiting at pick station when she ask me if I need anything, she provided me my creamer and sugar. Although it was busy, Gema could have help me what I need and felt ignored. The manager in here is fantastic. Christina was really nice on the phone while I talked to her about a charge on my card after buying a traveler's box for my boyfriend's medical office staff. I started in the drive through and ended up going inside. The location is clean and all the staff were really nice. I'll def be back to buy more coffee for the nurses at his office! read more

I only have experience with the drive-thru. Considering how wonky that parking lot is they really do get the drive-thru lines going at a reasonably quick rate (although not always if you're going at a rush hour). The staff have ranged from "super busy can't make small talk" serious to super friendly. I'm okay with that though. Politeness and getting my order correctly is all I'm interested in! The parking lot, wonky was putting it nicely, is straight up bizarre. I get that it's an unusual space but good luck getting out of parking when the drive-thru is backed up. Park by McDonald's or something. This location is near my house so it's very convenient. I'll definitely be a frequent visitor when I have the chance to come here more often. read more

Around 11:30 i went to this location, I was so disappointed with the service. They weren't friendly at all! I asked for a coffee with sugar and half & half and when I drank some of the coffee, it had no sugar at all or cream AT ALL! I told the cashierI she basically gave me sugar and no cream, no apology and I had to wait almost 20 min on the drive. To be honest it was so disgusting how one of the workers was preparing the drinks, he was spilling everything and on the counter. read more

Please DO NOT support this Starbucks! I had a terrible experience here. I went through the drive through & purchased a sandwich & drink. My 3yr old son asked me for a water as we were leaving so I went back through the drive though to ask for one. I was told it was against their policy to give out water with out purchase. I told them I had just come through the line & purchased & they told me they did not remember me.... I pulled up to the window and asked to speak with the manager. I informed her of what happened, and she said that was their policy & to have a good day as I was taking a drink of my coffee that she had just sold me... She then asked if I would like to buy a bottle of water... I said no thank you & that I would no longer be going to this Starbucks ever again. I will happily support the Starbucks down the street. They have class, are always smiling, very kind, and will always give my 3 yr old son a cup of water when he is thirsty. read more

This place is one of the baddest Starbucks the employees are very irresponsible I would never recommend this place. I came at 8:30 and the employer told me that they close at 8 when on the internet it says at 10 I don't understand why she even had her microphone on if it was close. Just because these people don't want to work until the Starbucks is supposed to close at the time it says. I would not recommend this place. read more

I really loved this cute little spot as well as how nice and sweet the owner was. Very simple shop with popular flavors of ice cream and coffee! Clean, tables, and enough space for everyone to hang while waiting! (Bathroom inside also!) I also thought how sweet it was to "pay it forward" $3 was on the menu-- it's a beautiful way to remind the community there is still kindness in the world and to share it (privately). He definitely keeps his word because he was so joyful explaining to my daughter how he loves the idea and how 5 people alone today chose to pay it forward! So thank you Eric for paying forward to us. Oh man do they love their eye rolls here. If I drink dairy I will get sick so I ordered soy milk. I get to the window and she tells me the price which seems to low. I asked if she got the soy milk part, she gies off this very dramatic eye roll and closes the window. I see her stop my frap from being made and that girls also does the dramatic eye roll... fast forward I get my drink and almost half of it is whipped cream.... after I took the time to order it soy no whip, then had it corrected and now it's almost all whip. I had to send it back, I hate people who send drinks back. I wish I was joking but after 20 minutes of this I finally get the correct drink to drive 5 feet away and taste my drink, zero flavor. I had ordered a carmel frap.... it tasted like almost nothing. I was over it, didn't go back. Wasted 6 bucks and 20min of my time. Avoid this one if you can. read more

Me and my wife came to this Starbucks at 6am to sit down and have coffee . the drive thru was the only service I could get when I pointed out to the employee that's the shop hours open at 5:30 a.m. she stated because of sketchy people she's not allowed to open up the dining door I made reference to East Palo Alto being a higher crime neighborhood than Antioch and they are always open at 5:30 a.m. this lady is obviously in the wrong business also there were boxes stacked on top of the table. Regardless of what area this business is in all Starbucks should have same policies and procedure read more

I absolutely love and adore the employees here however there is one women named favi who has been nothing but rude since my first visit. The way she talks to the customers are very unprofessional and I wish she was like more of the other employees at this store. Favi always seems to mess up my no ice request and won't ever fix it when I ask her to. She gives attitude and I have even seen her give my 16 year old daughter dirty looks. She definitely lacks some sort of customer service skills/ experience. If you visit this Starbucks store definitely avoid the worker named "favi " read more

I like this Starbucks. Staff knows me as I have been coming here regularly for the last year or so. I liked their safety protocols during the pandemic but recently I see employees not wearing masks. There are no signs as you enter the store regarding safety protocols. They took down the plexiglass that was between staff and customers. Right now, for me, this store no longer feels safe to visit. read more

Don't patronize Starbucks in Antioch or in Pittsburg. They knew robbers were coming in and robbing patrons and didn't put up signage to warn patrons of the danger. read more
