Unfortunately, the uncomfortable temperature made it difficult to enjoy our time there, especially during a meeting. Based on this experience, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

I am writing a review based on my experience last weekend at this store. It was a normal busy Saturday morning and the cashier who took my order was great. My experience took a severely negative turn when I was waiting for my drinks to be made. The barista making drinks for the customers inside the store look like she'd would rather be in bed sleeping, she was grumpy and had zero sense of urgency. This Starbucks is notoriously slow but cmon. Moving forward, I got my two lattes I had ordered for my husband and I, the only thing I was missing was a simple tea. When I approached this shorter Mexican female (I would have caught her name but it was illegible on her name tag, and probably for a reason. It looked like a 4 or 5 letter name starting with a S or C.) So I politely said excuse me and she ignored me the first TWO times and huffed and puffed her way around rolling her eyes at everyone including her fellow peers. When I finally managed to get her attention she simply replied, I didn't get a cup for it, you can wait, and yelled at her coworker about the missing cup. Uhm, excuse me, I have waited long enough. Thankfully another barista with a more pleasant attitude said she could make my drink. I would not have cared about the wait if she wasn't a total jerk. If you are reading this young lady, you know who you are, get a new job because clearly you have no interest in this one. I hope I never have the unpleasure of getting you to make my drinks again. read more

Came here on Black Friday so the place was bumpin. The cashier was vibrant, bubbly and was extremely friendly. I believe her name was Leo she was awesome, everyone else looked like they hated their job and she looked so happy. She honestly reminded me of SpongeBob. Either she truly loves working for Starbucks or is on some sort of drugs that I'm trying to get. Anyways, as I await my drink the adventure begins....I could have watched the lord of the rings trilogy before my drink was made. Not sure if the guy was new who was working the blender, or had no idea how to work a blender...but everyone else was putting in work while he was just standing there. He made it seem like my drink was more complicated to make then solving a Calculus 3 question..I honestly thought about just leaving before I got my drink since it was taking so long, and after I tasted it I kind of wish I did. Overall if it wasn't for the friendly service I would have attempted to reprogram yelp in order to give this place a negative star review. read more

Since I've been coming to this Starbucks regularly for the past three months I figured that was enough time to write a review. My mornings are usually spent scrambling to get ready while I remember to put the right shoe on the right food. Needless to say coffee is always a welcome addition to my somewhat chaotic morning, and the ease of ordering my drink via the drive thru has made my life that much easier. I find that the only time I've had to wait long is when the customer in front of me think it's acceptable to place 8 orders (seriously? Just go inside and order), but other than that my coffee is made quickly and perfectly. Kudos to the baristas who manage to stay cheerful whether it's early in the morning, or whenever I make the occasional evening coffee run. One of the better Starbucks I've been to in the Bay. read more

I love this Starbucks. Like all the branches friendly employee help you. They really rock it's close to target which I usually get my shopping done. The only downside it's drive through. It takes so long :10 min on average much faster if you just get out of your car and order inside that's why I gave 4 stars but I heard this one is one of the busiest branches ! The water they use is not filtered I tested the water with a TDS meter and it was over 360 parts per million. You think that if you going to pay $5 for a coffee that it be at least clean filtered water. Also they put lots of artificial flavoring in their drinks. read more
