The donuts are not made at this location. I think they're made in the stockton Krispy Kreme and are transported over here. It's a small shop, really quiet, usually not busy and donuts are limited. If you're craving Krispy Kreme this is the only one around Brentwood otherwise you'll have to drive to concord or Stockton. read more

We came by during the summer on a weekday July 2025. They have an odd type of parking lot situation because there is a left and right lot to park at, more parking at the back right lot but you would need to go around the whole building to get to it. Left front parking lot is much more convenient but usually filled up. Small location and no drive up There wasn't a large selection of donuts nor were there any fun decorated ones. The ones we got looked like sloppy work. I had a coupon but it was still pretty pricey. They didn't taste all that great so luckily we all just at one and left the rest in the car while we went to the pool close by. When we got back the donuts were warmed up from being in the car and tasted much better than when we got them so I think they need to warm them up for their customers. I'm use to the locations that usually have fresh out the oven ones so this location should think about warming them up for sure. There was only one person working and we were the only customers that day when we came by. I think if they advertise that they will warm up their donuts for this location then a lot more customers will come by but because of the price and them being cold looks like they lost their people. This place is a far cry from what it used to be when I first moved to this area over 20 years ago as a child. I distinctly remember coming here on the weekends and enjoying freshly made glazed donuts that were made here. I remember marveling at watching them come off the conveyer belt. I don't know or think they do that here anymore, which kinda sucks. I'm pretty sure none of the donuts here are made in house and are just delivered from somewhere else. Oh well, I don't really have a stick up my ass about that. What I'm really reviewing is the fact that this Krispy Kreme is one of the few places in the Antioch/Brentwood area that actually participates in that Too Good To Go app and I was able to get a dozen random donuts for $6.70. For Krispy Kreme, that's great. Were they fresh? Hell no. But if it's this store, I'd be paying full price for not fresh donuts anyway so this way is better. And since the staff puts random donuts in the box, I don't have to rack my brain figuring out what I want. I hate thinking. Might make this a semi-regular thing going forward because I'm fat. read more

This location no longer makes or glazes donuts onsite, they've completely removed the equipment so everything is shipped in and already stale by the time you buy it. But it is yummy to come buy cute-looking, sugary, fatty, fluffy dough rings that make me temporarily feel amazing and then make my pancreas raise my insulin levels. My wife and I stopped in this morning around 8am. There were no customers and only one person working. My wife and I specifically ordered two #1's which is a quick combo of 2 donuts and any size coffee. The employee thought we wanted a #2 instead so she prepared a large box of donuts and coffees for about $35! I told her we wanted the #1 and two of those orders ($6 each) and so she instead gave us one order and charged an extra coffee.. she must be new and didn't understand me. She should've repeated my order back to me for clarification. I also asked her if they had Half & Half for coffee and she said in a shy tone, "I don't think we do".. not sure she knows what's half and half creamer. We were fed up and just left. The donuts weren't even that fresh either surprisingly. It's my first time here at this location and I'd have to say that it was a poor experience. Placed online order, came to pick up about 20 minutes late (1:20pm vs 1pm). Employee stated that my order was just picked up and that he gave it to me already. Said there was only one online order. I stated that was incorrect. He reiterated a few more times while checking around. Finally came back and asked my name again. The Krispy Kreme store in Brentwood is very easily accessible from the highway and has a very easy parking. These location does not have a drive-through however it is easy to park and then walk in to get your donuts. The donut shop is small however it still has a few tables where you can sit inside. They have an excellent selection of donuts in addition to the glazed ones. Highly recommend it. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are amazing. I don't eat donuts often, but when I do have a craving for one, Krispy Kreme is the place to go. However, on 8-23-25, my husband and I were out in the area near Sand Creek and we decided to stop at this location. I wanted a chocolate and a glaze donut. They didn't have chocolate donuts and when my husband called me to tell me as I sat in the car that they didn't have chocolate that was an immediate red flag to me. However I decided to go ahead and have my husband buy the glaze donuts and when he came back to the car-and I opened the box of donuts I could see just by looking at them that they were stale. Me trying in give the look a benefit of doubt I took a bite and I was very disappointed. I have been to many Krispy Kreme locations and I have NEVER experienced any of their donuts that taste as bad as the one that I had from this location on Sand Creek Road. Whoever is the manager or owner of this location they should make sure or care enough about the taste and quality of their donuts if they want to keep customers coming in and satisfied. I remember when Krispy Kreme was THE place to go for donuts. The best part was when they turned that light on when they were making donuts. Things have definitely changed. This place is a mess. The donuts are decent. How could they not be considering they're made off site? But they aren't warm and fresh like they used to be back in the day. The thing that really bothers me is that the coffee here is consistently terrible. I went this morning after I hadn't been in probably a year, and they didn't have decaf ready. No problem. I waited. When I got my coffee, it was disgusting. Bitter, full of grinds, and not hot. If you're not even making the donuts, could you at the very least, make good coffee? This location opened today which I only discovered while having Dinner nearby. I noticed a huge line of people waiting for Donuts and said to Hubby ''I swear that wasn't there before. Must be opening day or they're giving people free Donuts''. How right I was, their Grand opening celebration started at 5:30am (yes, you read that right) with prizes for the early birds: - 1st Guest in line gets a free dozen Original Glazed each week for a year - Next 99 in line get a free dozen Original Glazed each month for a year. - 1st 100 in line get a free t-shirt Of course, being there at 9pm we were way too late the freebies but it didn't stop people lining up. Staff were handing our hats to everybody that wanted one and were working through the masses of people pretty quickly. As far as KK Donuts go they're alright. They're not my favorite Donuts but I have to remind myself that I'm not in South Bay anymore and Donut options are limited around here. I find they actually come out too doughy for my liking and they need to sit for a few hours after being fried for me to enjoy them. It's nice to have a KK closer to home for if I should crave a Donut at 9pm at night again. Just an fyi.. They don't actually make the Donuts at this location.
