Worse service ever. Mobile ordered my drink well ahead of time (40mins). I get there and there is no drink for me, no I'm greeted me when I came in. I had to get a workers attention and ask them if they had my drink. The lady offered to make the drink right away but I didn't have another 10 mins to wait. That's why I mobile ordered in the first place. Meanwhile there are three employees standing in the back talking about getting drinks together. While two other workers are busting there asses. I went to the drive thru my first time, and never again. I order a grande blonde expresso americano and when I get to the window, the person gave me someone else coffee and told them what I ordered. I get my coffee but there was no cream or sugar so I had to ask for it and when I took of I drink my coffee I couldn't taste the expresso shot and it looked like my americano wasn't made right, since that is my usual coffee. This location is garbage. Seriously I've been here a few times and they always get my order wrong. I just went through the drive through and asked for an iced coffee with no sugar extra heavy cream. The WORST Starbucks I've been to in a long time. My wife and I were driving back to Livermore and I was tired from driving all day, i was looking forward to having a refreshing Frappacino to wake me up. We ordered on the app, went inside and my wifes drink was ready (everything is great so far) but i was still waiting for mine 20 minutes later!!! At this point i was ready to go, i asked why it was taking sooooo long and was told they were always like this because they only had 2 blenders. Now lets think about this if your always this busy why wouldn't you have more blenders instead of making customers wait 20-30 minutes . They had plenty of employees just not enough blenders. So obviously they dont care how long they make customers wait. So any place that doesnt value customers time doesn't deserve any of my time. So after more than 20 minutes of waitng and still no drink we got our money back and went to McDonalds where we were served quickly and for much cheaper. I will NEVER again go to this location, they just dont care about customers read more

Let's talk about being professional. The reason why i'm giving this specific starbucks location 1 star is because the only employees i've recently encountered have been so unprofessional. To keep a long story short, an employee there named Sebastian has a vendetta against me because one of his closest friends does not like me. Today, i decided to order in their drive thru and unfortunately the employee who was accepting my payment at the window was Sebastian and i recognized his voice (before looking at his face) as soon as he gave me my total. While i'm grabbing my exact change i suppose he looked at me and realized who i was and by the time i looked up to give him my change, a younger looking employee ran up to the window to grab my change because Sebastian didn't want to service me. It made me feel like i was in high school or something. To make matters worse, i could hear him laughing and suddenly a bunch of his coworkers started looking through the window at me and staring at me while i sat in my car waiting for my order. Making eye contact with all of them, one was even daring enough to nod her head at me. I didn't bother going into the store and asking to speak to a manager because to my dismay, it could very well have been one of those unprofessional workers. One of them might read this and say that i'm so unoccupied with my life that i went this into depth about the most negative experience i've ever had ANYWHERE, and guess what? TODAY I HAD TIME, the only reason i even went to starbucks was because i was waiting to be assisted at the newly opened AAA (which is great!) so i figured i would quickly get a drink while i waited. i will continue to go to this starbucks and if i have more negative experiences i will continue to write about them. read more

I cannot bring my business to this store anymore. Three times I've had to take my drink to the sand creek or Brentwood Blvd store to have it remade. I can't ever seem to get a quality drink from this store and it's been extremely frustrating since the drive thru wait time is always 20+ minutes. I don't think it's so hard to give someone a tray when they order three drinks. It might even be common sense. This morning I went thru drive thru waited about 15 minutes from entering the lane until I finally got my drink. I waited the same about of time the people behind me is waiting so asking for a tray for my drinks shouldn't be so hard. I still didn't get my tray because the lady just wanted to get me on my way. This isn't one of my regular 'Bucks locations but it was a convenient stop after dinner nearby to grab some coffee and continue the evening, so we popped in around 8 on a Tuesday night. We were surprised to see there was only one available table, so we grabbed it quick. This was quite the happening spot, who knew! I got the feeling the guy who took my order was training - he seemed quite nervous, and didn't have that usual Starbucks zipzipzip quickness. Our drinks came quickly and accurately, but a problem that commonly plagues me (I really should have learned my lesson by now) is that when I order my standard iced grande nonfat white mocha, I also have to specifically say no whipped cream. My brain says "If I want nonfat milk, why the F would I want whipped cream?" but hey, I'm sure that person is out there. 90% of the time, they ask for confirmation on whipped cream. 5% of the time I remember to tell them to leave it off. And like last night, 5% of the time I just get whipped cream. Dammit - I hate being wasteful, but I would never ask them to remake a drink over what is ultimately my own screw-up. I just wish he had asked. I'll never learn!! The condiment area was clean up top but littered with tons of sugar packets on the floor, like maybe they had fallen when the trash had last been emptied. Not awful but sitting at a nearby table my eyes were repeatedly drawn to it. All in all, a decent and acceptable Starbucks but just enough stumbles that they won't become my regular spot. read more

Of all the Starbucks in all the world, this has got to be the worst Starbucks store I've ever been to. It's consistently a bad experience, the entire staff has a bad attitude. I have no idea why this store is ever even busy. And, when it isn't, the wait is still inexcusably long, takes them forever to do the simplest drinks, they're always running out of things, when you finally do get your order, they always forget to give you something, sometimes it's a drink, or a snack you ordered and when you ask for it, they give you an attitude as though you're lying about it. Oh yea, and if you go through the drive thru, they tend to forget to give you a straw then treat you like they think you're a drug addict if you ask for one. I go to a lot of Starbucks locations around the bay area during the month, including this line tree location. They do have a drive thru - however always at least 5 cars in line/ much easier to go inside when there is usually a 1-2 person wait. For some reason this location has a hard time making my drinks right, and always feel the need to correct me when I'm conforming my order. (in an attempt to make sure my drink is correct)I have received a complementary drink card 3 times from this location. Twice because they forgot my order... I guess it could be worse. read more

This Starbucks is right on my way to work. The staff is always friendly and nice. As always I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to drink and they suggested the berry refresher. It is now one of my go to drinks! My only complaint is the service is so hit or miss. Almost always the staff is very friendly, however sometime it takes so long to get a drink and other times it is so fast. I cannot figure out why the drastic changes. I have tried the drive thru and I have gone inside and have had both fast and slow service. Sometimes it is busy and other times I am 1 of 2 people waiting for a drink and still it can be fast or slow service. This is unfortunate because if I am cutting close getting to work I know not to take the chance that I will get my drink in time. However on the days I have time this is the one I will go to. read more

There's a guy working here named Joe, that is outstandingly pleasant. Nothing about his dialogue felt rehearsed-- it was organic and friendly. We briefly discussed the band shirt I was wearing, Coheed and Cambria, and he maintained his enthusiasm as I left the store. Terrible! My coffee was actually gross. They watered it down really really bad. Even my bf took a sip and commented on it and he is not a coffee drinker or picky and even he noticed. The guy behind the counter was totally checked out. When I asked him a question, he just stood there like an idiot without an answer. No reduced fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake, no regular coffee cake, no veggie breakfast sandwich....and the list goes on. They quite literally did not do anything right. What I live about this starbucks is they have a drive through and walk in which makes it nice. Probably one of the busiest starbucks I've every been to. Nice servers and fast even when its busy. I order the vanilla bean frapp no matter what time it is, morning or night. read more

Not only did they give me diabetes in a cup yesterday, but I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt today. They got my order wrong because they gave me a grande when I ordered a venti. They charge me for a grande because they weren't listening, and then charge me the difference before they would remake my drink. So I just swiped my debit card for a whole dollar. Was waiting in line at the drive thru for 20 min with about 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window all the employees I could see were talking about a pizza place. I understand not only focusing on work while at work, but they weren't just chatting while they worked. Several were standing there, backs to the coffee machines commenting on how much in tips one thought they would get. When she went to give me my drink it was hot instead of iced. Didn't even apologize for it. If I hadn't been on my way to work (and now possibly late) I would have spoken to the manager. Be sure to allow plenty of time and patience at this location. I love Starbucks but waiting over 10 minutes for a mobile order is ridiculous. I ordered in the car to come pick it up but still had to wait longer while inside. And when I asked if there was a mobile order under my name the barista seemed to overwhelmed to answer and ignored me. What I enjoy most about Starbucks is their consistency and if there's one word to describe this Starbucks it's just that, consistent. The staff is always welcoming and the drinks are always on the good side. Inside the store could use a little tidying up, such as the floors and table tops but it's nothing too bad. Definitely recommend this one over the Starbucks inside the Barnes and Nobles or Target across the street. read more
