There's an older woman that works at the drive-thru who's extremely rude. I've had to encounter her a couple of times now. I get an iced coffee drink modified. It's been wrong several times. If I have to get it fixed she'll tell me in a rude voice you need to pull forward because we have to keep our line movin as if it's my fault. Then I'll get my modified drink and it's still wrong. This is usually my go to store, 3 times now I have gotten my drink made incorrectly. I have tried contacting the store to let them know and never got my call picked up. Once Erika, made my drink correctly after I told her about the previous 2 times and I appreciate her so MUCH for that. This location is purely an in-store mobile order pickup spot for me, nothing else. No drive thru, no in store ordering. Not worth the wait times. And even with in-store pickup, the coffee is not particularly strong or tasty. It sometimes tastes like espresso shots are watered down so I tend to add an extra to my drinks. I once waited in line for the drive thru, foolishly, and was stuck in line for about 25 minutes. There weren't many cars, but it was such a mystery why the line took so long. Service is usually quite nice. The inside guest area is not clean or well-maintained; I don't see people hanging out inside very much and the workers are really loud. In the summer, it seems like the lines increase 3-fold as people are trying to pick up their tea refreshers and ice waters. read more

After a weekend event my daughter couldn't decide on lunch so we decided Starbucks was easy. They do have a drive through but we decided to go inside. Not much seating inside. This seems to be a thing with most of the Bay Area Starbucks' locations. The service was very nice to us and everyone else. I've really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I first started coming here in 2021, as life was opening up again after pandemic shut downs. They were slow and constantly out of items, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Jump forward 2 years and it's gotten progressively worse. They are constantly out of ingredients for many drinks, some types of milk and sweetner. Even that would be tolerable but the problem is, when you order, they don't bother to pause and let you know. Instead they just make the drink incorrectly, serve it up and hope you don't notice: Today, I ordered on the mobile app and had requested added sweetener (which didn't show as unavailable.) I picked it up and found no sweetener in it. I had already left and had to turn around and come back. When I pointed it out, their staff knew they didn't put any in but had just put the drink out anyway. I had also recently ordered one of their fall drinks-it wasn't the specialty drink at all when I tasted it -just a regular latte. I was already too far to get it corrected in store. There have been countless other times I've had drinks made wrong as well as cups only 3/4 or 1/2 full. Staff doesn't care and they just continue to mess up expensive orders. I figured they start your order when coming to the ordering speaker. Okay. My mistake. Then she tells me my single still drink isn't ready once I get to the front window, since I ordered wrong, and I have to come inside even though it says on app I'm at the window at the exact time it told me it would be ready. A drive up mobile order "issue" happened this morning and I am so upset by it. I drive up to the window and said I have two mobile orders. I got told that I needed to "either do a circle and come back in the drive thru or walk in" . They claimed I didn't give them enough time-- but on my app I was arriving at the time it said it would be ready and my sisters order was 1 minute behind the time her order would be ready. I pulled up to the window and they gave me half of my mobile order. Then the lady told me to park and walk in and closed the window -- I didn't park and get out because i was so confused and didn't understand why I would do so as the app said it would be ready at 11:23 AM and I was in line at 11:29?? I didn't move my car and just sat there waiting (did not mind to wait at all) They end up giving me my order and after she finishes handing me my drinks-- I get told very aggressively by who I assume is the manager "next time one of my employees tells you to walk in, you do so" it felt so threatening and rude. I specifically wanted to do drive thru mobile order, why would they have me go inside that defeats the purpose. Seriously not going to this location again. I've never had this problem at ANY other Starbucks location. Yesterday I went to Starbucks and I ordered a grilled cheese at the counter and when you order a grilled cheese you get the grilled cheese yourself and hand it to the employee. After ordering and handing in my grilled cheese I waited 10 minutes and I never received my food. I went up to the counter and they said they ran out of grilled cheeses and I asked how that was possible when I literally handed them MY grilled cheese. They said it was probably a malfunction and told me to order anything else. But every other food item is less expensive than the grilled cheese so I got a refund. Love this Starbucks. They make my drinks as perfect as can be. They did not have many people on line today before me but after me seemed like a rush of people craving for a drink! My drink was made in less than 4min and the 4 staff members knocked the line out and got Sh... !! Well done SB crew at The Streets of Brentwood. My hubby wanted the Guava tea but they didn't have it available and so he opted for one of my fave drinks: Peach White tea w/4 splendas and no sugar cane or syrup! He was not disappointed. I put and online order in over an hour ago. I was inside for about 30 minutes. Watched 4 waves of people come in order there and get their drinks. I asked if my stuff was ready and the girl never came back. Asked again about 45 minutes in and was asked the name on the order. They just never made it. The drinks taste like water. I'm extremely beyond irritated that I waited that long. I don't think they put any flavor in these apple crisp macchiatos. Now I have two terrible drinks I waited an hour for. Expect to wait at the drive thru at least 10-15 mins maybe even 30mins at this point I'm assuming they are planting the coffee plant. I have been here already 25 mins. If you want to camp out and sleepover best place to be is this Starbucks drive thru. Highly Do Not Recommend. Management needs to hire some more staff or at this point fire some of them. This review is for a few weeks ago. I would like to give negative stars if I could. There were female employees working at this location that day and they seem very agitated and had unpleasant attitudes. Staff saw me but I waited for a while before someone acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to place an order. This Starbucks is located next to Red Robins restaurant at the Streets of Brentwood shopping center. Sometimes I forget to post my reviews on Yelp so therefore I've been to this Starbucks several times before this review. This Starbucks location is not my first choice to go to. I had no choice but to come to this location back a few weeks ago because the Lone Tree Slatten Ranch location closed early. In my past Yelp reviews, I did give five stars for this location because I did have a good experience that one time. The blenders for making the Frappuccino drinks were broken so I couldn't order any Frappuccinos. Ended up getting a hot coffee instead. On top of that, the place was not clean. read more

I had our coffees remade just for it to still taste bad. Came here 2/6 around 2pm and we waited forever for our drinks, the slowest Starbucks drive thru around the area. When I went inside to get the drinks remade there was no apologies from the girl who took the drink from me, she asked what was wrong and proceed to clean. The guy who made the fraps was nice enough to apologized. As I was waiting for my drink I notice they're really short staff. The girl who made the drinks is also taking orders & passing the drinks out at drive thru. She needs to focus on one duty at a time because her rushing the drink is causing it to come out gross, or ask for help.
