Location is closed on weekends. Doesn't really make sense for a coffee placed to only be open Monday-Friday

Don't ask why the drive thru has cameras. I don't think they appreciate that question very much . I didn't ask rudely , I just asked because I'm a curious person . I ordered something very simple and it was made poorly . The guy handed me my frappucino . It looked and tasted like a $1 Arby's Float without the whip cream and the caramel drizzle on top of the whip cream . It just lacked everything . I'm used to getting a really nice , yummy caramel frappucino from Starbucks . I just won't be returning to this one . read more

The man working the drive thru on April 14, 2019 @12:45pm was super rude. I've never actually experienced such terrible customer service at a Starbucks in my life. This man should not be working here, let alone in customer service. My husband and I went to the drive thru and I ordered my drink. The man was very rude and basically told me to let another person order because he couldn't hear me. Never before have I had someone speak to me in such a rude tone let alone at a Starbucks drive thru. If you have trouble hearing, simply say that and don't bark orders at the customer. We left and went to a different Starbucks. I ordered just fine and in the same manner as before. I would like to follow up with this Starbucks manager because starbucks gets a bad enough rap and this type of rude character shouldn't be accepted. read more

I've had good experiences at the Drive-Thru but came to take a video conf and had to relocate during my call to my car due to the noise from the coffee machines. I started on the main floor and relocated upstairs thinking it would be better upstairs, further from he coffee prep area. The 2nd floor seemed louder possibly due to the noise bouncing of the ceiling. Either way, I'll be back for coffee but won't try that again. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! They are always speedy in the drive thru, the baristas are very knowledgeable on their drinks and I've yet to have an issue with any of my orders. I'm in and out in max 5 minutes, and it's always busy! Props to the staff and management, they are doing something right over there! read more

This is the best Starbucks. The manager is one of a kind and personally greets me every time I come by for my morning coffee. They are quick efficient and friendly. Would recommend over and over again. I actually pass another location (Starbucks by Target/closed down Publix in the Prado) because they are so slow and get my order wrong a lot- it is the complete opposite at this location. I went to this location and there was a very rude employee. I asked about the caffeine content in a drink and she sharply told me to "google it". Then, when she handed me my drink she rolled her eyes as she almost dropped it dropped it on my car. When I kindly said, "thank you, have a nice day" she turned around and walked away without saying anything. NOT how I want to start my mornings and certainly NOT the great customer service I've come to appreciate at Starbucks. Very disappointing. read more

Always packed, which is totally fine, but they are always out of most breakfast sandwiches- I have never been to a Starbucks out of more than one of my first choices almost every time... I usually do the mobile order so I don't have to interact with the rude staff. However, 4 times now they haven't had my food and didn't bother to ask why I had been sitting there waiting for over 10minutes...waiting for food that was not being made. I am an avid fan of Starbucks and I will say, with no apologies, I need my fix every morning. And although I am tired until my coffee "IV" is hooked up, I am still smiles and full of friendliness. Not this staff. They all sound as if they want to be anywhere but here. They are almost like "Stepford Starbucks" employees. No excitement in their voice, very monotone and laid back to the point you wonder if they are filming, The Walking Dead. They can't seem to get their act together with a good flow from ordering, to making the drink to serving the drink. In 1 month, I have received 4 gift cards from them to apologize for the long wait. I am hoping this is all a case of opening kinks. Drink some coffee, people, and look alive!!!! read more

This Starbucks has terrible customer service! I've gone twice and both times I've had issues with my orders and no apology.. nothing!

I can honestly say I've never been to a Starbucks where I'd qualify the server as rude. And I go to Starbucks almost daily. Maybe they skipped that part of the training for this new store.... read more

This is a beautiful Starbucks with amazing staff!! So friendly and quick!! It was a lovely visit for this out of state gal.

Service is pretty fast in the mornings, all of the workers are very cheerful and laid back. This places makes me feel good about having a sugar and coffee addiction. The place is also very clean and homely, and I don't get weird looks for being indecisive as well. Overall a great Starbucks, and I'll definitely be coming back for my morning pick-me-up. read more

I have literally ordered the same exact drink here everyday, Monday through Friday, for the past 5 months and it has to be remade 97% of the time. The issue? Simply NO FOAM! I'm not ordering an intricate drink with all sorts of extra shots and stuff, just no foam!!! If I'm paying $5 for a drink, all I ask is for it to be made correctly. Especially since I literally order it the exact same way EVERY SINGLE DAY. And then they (mostly the young ladies) have the nerve to get an attitude because I ask them to remake it. They've even gone so far as to just scrape off the foam and pour cold milk back in to fill it back up, and they wonder why I look at them sideways. Idk maybe it's just me. If I'm working in this sort of customer service position, I want to make sure I'm making the best doggon drink for you that I can. Just read label and make the drink how the label says. Very simple. Moreover, the fact that I have been coming to this location everyday for the past 5 months, they have made no effort to get to know me as a regular customer. I'm not saying you have to ask me how my life is going or invite me to lunch...a simple name acknowledgment would be great. Most other Starbucks I frequent make this a priority as this is one of things Starbucks prides itself on - establishing good customer relationships. I do keep going back to this location because it is so convenient and I keep thinking well maybe if I keep coming in everyday they will eventually realize I'm a regular loyal customer and eventually get it right. Very displeased with the service...I was serviced at the drive thru on 5/8/21. I wasn't happy about my beverage I so I decided to go inside for another one to be made. I returned the one that was originally provided to me and waited patiently. It wasn't until the following day (5-9) that I noticed I was missing my bankcard. I immediately called the store in panic asking if my card was there at the store. I spoke with the team member in charge at the time who stated it was in fact there. She was very apologetic and expressed she would relay this information to her store manager. Meanwhile I stated I would be there before closing as I had to travel 26 miles from my home. Before leaving my home I checked my account and noticed I was charged for 3 drinks but I had only purchased 2. This is unacceptable! When I explained the situation to the young lady who assisted me once I arrived she offered me a courtesy drink however I explained it was a courtesy because I was charged. She then refunded me for the extra charge but did not prepare a courtesy drink for the inconvenience. This location must do better. read more

June 11th, 2019, I was very disappointed in the service I had when I ordered a $5.00 Nitro Cold Brew with Sweet-cream. The barista had accidentally given me an iced coffee, and I pointed out I had ordered the Nitro cold brew not the iced coffee. I apologize for any misunderstanding. She then brings me another coffee in a Nitro Cold brew cup....... But it was the same iced coffee she had given me, just poured into a different cup. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
