If they are slow, this is a nice enough starbucks. The interior is all concrete and industrial, the sitting space has 9 comfy chairs. Sadly, it's not a peaceful or relaxing place to sip your coffee for a break. Sitting area is usually taken over by people with computers or having a business meeting, very noisy. If they are busy, forget about going in and getting anything other than to grab a drink. It took over 12 minutes to get a luke warm croissant. I would give 0 if I could. My favorite thing about this starbs, is that they lock there doors an hour before closing. The baristas watched me walk up to the door, made eye contact with me, and looked away as to present like she didn't see me. I think the customer service quality has gone down with the sense of obligatory self-entitlement in customer service care. Having said that, the barristers are very rude, the quality of the Oleatos brewed are purposefully served curtly, and you are forced to buy more. read more

I put a bad review here because of a very unhappy racism experience. I used a wrong English word because I was outraged by coffee spilled all over my shirt, and a white woman looked at me with judging eyes, talking to the barista "is she using word xxxx". And the barista answered yes. It would be appreciated to notify your customers to not to be rude instead of agreeing with them. All of your ancestors are immigrants and English was probably not their first language. I bet the lady does not even know how to survive in a very different country which does not speak her first language with a competitive job offer. Because all competent human beings I run into my life with better education, better culture sense and higher income know how to be respectful and keep learning from others. They were talking to each other on the microphone and laughing rather than helping me and the other person waiting at the register. Love how I was invited to help myself to the drink trays and straws when I asked for some. September 12 @ 3:30pm - I drive for Postmates and was picking up a two drink delivery from Starbucks. I asked for a tray. This babe grabbed one of those cardboard trays from behind the counter, tossed it at me and say, "They're right here, ma'am. They're always right here." She pointed to where they're stored, out of sight, behind the raised barrier. Sweet! Next time I want something extra, I won't hesitate to just reach behind the counter and grab it for myself. read more

Spacious Starbucks. It has a good size parking lot and drive thru. Customer service is good here. I like to come here and study, lots of tables and small couch chairs to sit in. The music is pretty low which helps with my concentration when studying here. read more

I originally posted a review that was intended for the Starbucks on IH-35 and Oltorf. I was very happy with the service I received from this location especially after a month ago down the road the other Starbucks morning crew was terrible and clearly miserable. Sara helped me at the drive thru window today and she was so sweet and patient with my order. There was no line and drive thru had no one there which was a plus but she took the opportunity to ask me about my day and my plans while we waited for my breakfast wrap. A small gesture goes a really long way for me even as simple as asking how your day is going. I will be back to this Oltorf location! read more

Absolutely one of the worst Starbucks in the area. This store is routinely out of basic breakfast items, wait times are horrendous, and the staff is ambivalent to customer frustrations. In my LAST visit to this location in the drive thru, I was told that my egg white bites would take a while longer and to pull around the corner. I asked the gentleman if there was any room since I noticed there were no spots in the parking lot or the line for the drive thru was so long (see wait times above) that it blocked access to open spots. He stated there was room and to pull forward. Sure enough, there wasn't and I had to illegally park and get in other customers' way. When the guy gave me my food, I shared my experience and frustration with him...and his comment was that the, " ...store management was the worst". If someone from the corporate offices pays attention to this stuff, please get this addressed. I love Starbucks and this location is super convenient for me, but I will no longer be a customer of this location. read more

A very average Starbucks. There is both indoor and outdoor seating plus a drive thru. Service was mediocre. I noticed many customers having to stand in line without assistance for several minutes before being helped by employees. It wasn't that there was anything urgent, but the staff wasn't in a hurry to serve the line. I found this amusing and perplexing. There's not a crazy amount of seating but customer traffic was slow and steady so it was sufficient. The restroom was clean when I went which was nice. For the price of the drink, the experience felt overly corporate and impersonal. read more

This is my first time at this particular Starbucks and I thought it was a great experience. I was already feeling down earlier today, but the employees were all friendly and went out of their way. There was a guy with a white shirt (employee) who was refilling ice, and instead of saying "I'll be right with you", he said, "what can I get ordered for you." While still needing to put the ice bucket away. I told him he can go ahead and put that away, he said , "it's okay, I can get your order first." THAT IS CUSTOMER FIRST! He smiled and seemed very happy to be there. I know people are very busy and juggling between two or more things at one time, so for him to put me first says a lot to me. Thank you C for that. It brightened my day. And it wasn't just the caffeine, it was the friendly environment from the entire staff. It's very spacious in there and there is an outdoor deck. It's a great place for a person who was just home all day depressed. I say this with experience. Thank you and I look forward to another wonderful experience here again soon. read more

Not sure if I was wrong to order 9 drinks at the drive thru, but the fellow taking orders didn't seemed too pleased with my order. Gave me some sass about ordering, suggested I go inside to order and then told me a drink didn't exist, even though I was shown later it's on the website. Some of the drinks weren't right, hot drinks instead of cold kinda thing. I didn't go inside because I was alone and didn't expect anyone inside to help me carry 9 drinks to my car, figured it'd be easier on everyone. I don't know what the deal is but everyone that works here is so nice!! I ordered a frappe that's technically off season but they still had the ingredients and made it for me, and substituted the topping with caramel since they no longer had it. So disappointed in the new layout! I come here to work on my laptop since I live in the neighborhood and always loved that they had long bench seating along the windows and a big middle island wooden work surface that I and other people would use to work on our laptops. It used to feel like a great co-working space and community - now it's all been replaced by round, high-top tables and stools that aren't functional or comfortable. I'll have to find a new coffeeshop to take my laptop to. read more

it's been 16 minutes since i arrived. the drive thru lane comes from two different directions, and people don't understand how to merge and take turns. i'm in my car, and i can take this time to write this review, because i'm in coffee gridlock. you know how IH35 and MLK gets around a UT game? take that, and add the area around Mopac & Enfield around 6pm on a Friday. then sprinkle in Sixth and Lamar at Whole Foods when they have the ice skating rink. Top this experience with Black Friday at Walmart and just a touch of Dirty Sixth on Halloween in the late 90s. the saving grace to this experience? To me, two things that are important at Starbucks are coffee and customer service. I've never had a poor experience with either!
