This Starbucks is in a bad location due to traffic and very small lot. If you park there during heavy hours to have a drink inside, good luck getting out. Very small lot with one exit through a Chic-Fit-A. Store is not up to Starbuck's standard. Employees seem not as well trained or professional. Also, this is the panhandler rest area for the team that work the intersection of Parmer and Mopac. If you want to donate, they are all on the patio, even with their signs. The panhandle groups apparently take there breaks there and use Starbucks for there restroom needs and free water as well as the patio for hanging out. Great vibe...LOL. Wtf is wrong with the employees here? Literally nine times outta ten, the drinks I order are made incorrectly--even though the sticker on the cup says EXACTLY what I ordered! They have, like, no fewer than five people hovering behind the counter. Can one of the three doing nothing be the designated quality control person? There's no excuse for missing one of only two ingredients in a five-dollar cup of coffee. And by "two ingredients," I mean one is the coffee, and the other is the sweetener. And apparently, after just speaking with some dude named Torrence (no relation to Torrance, your Captain Torrance, lolz) who answered the phone when I called to say the above, it's a typical problem at this location. He said I was the third to complain just this morning! And his recommendation? "Just taste the drinks at the window!" Yeah, totally feasible to hold up the line in that crowded and unsafe drive-thru. And totally appropriate when the other two drinks you order aren't for you... Nasty. Lastly, don't give me an attitude when I request my near-boiling Venti drink to be double cupped. You're (always) out of sleeves and stoppers. Seriously, these employees handing me the drink using two hands and it teetering on their palms because IT'S BURNING HOT giving me stank face when I make this reasonable request... Let me start off by saying I am a gold member with Starbucks I visit Starbucks everyday sometimes twice a day! Spending a ton of money with this company mind you my go to spot in off lakeline mall dr. But when I am in this area and need coffee I am forced to stop here at this location. I have now visited this location 3 times every time was a horrible experience! But this last trip today was the final straw. I gave them chance after chance to get it together. Come in today at 2pm not busy at all I walk right up to the counter one employee liked at me didn't say hello or we will be right with you nothing. So I wait for 3 minutes for someone to finally come speak to me not ok. I proceed with my order I keep it simple seeing as I have had prior bad experiences. I orders a mocha frap and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Very easy I'm thinking after the employee over charging my Starbucks account then having to void the purchase and ring me up again with an attitude I wait again. Then after as I get my frap I take a sip in the store learned my lesson by leaving and it being the wrong order. My frap tasted chalky and I asked why it was so foamy she responded that's how they are. I beg to differ. Then I waited for my bagel to be ready after a 5 minute wait I asked is my bagel done I've been waiting she says yeah we will start it now. Excuse me shouldn't that be done after I pay. Very rude staff, slow and don't care about the establishment they are representing. I recieved a cold straight out of the clear plastic bagel after I ordered it toasted she took it back aggressively and half ass heated it. Will never return here again. Management need to rehire this locations staff. If you want rude slow poor service this is your spot. Watch out for the chalky fraps I threw mine out didn't want to hassle with these poorly trained employees. I spend to much money here to be treated this way. read more

I don't know if the employees I I dealt with today were new or what was going on but it wasn't a good experience. I ordered a Venti iced peppermint mocha coffee. I get to the window and it's a hot. I let them know that I ordered the iced. 2 employees start talking about how I most definitely ordered a hot coffee.... anyways they fix up an ice coffee and hand me the grande size. I already paid for the venti so I let them know that this was also incorrect. They still are continuing to talk about how I ordered a hot coffee and how I am being difficult and they have a long line. New or not these employees were lacking basic customer service skills. I have to say December 22 Wednesday night was the worst service I ever got from Starbucks!!!!! I've ordered from them in the past had no problem - but after Wednesday night I won't go back to this location. I ordered my drink on my mobile appt 9:28 pm drove to the starbucks arrived at 9:38pm 4 cars in front of me it took forever I finally made my way to the intercom 9.54 just to hear they are closed . Still 2 cars in front of me getting drinks - I get to the window 9:58 ( Starbucks close at 10:00 pm ) the lady will not look at me and is locking the window I honk and point at my phone and say mobile callin I had to do this 2 times she finally unlocks the widow and hands me a drink I said I'm sorry I ordered a hot drink then the manger comes over and said we only have 3 people working very very hateful I said ok but I order a hot drink then the other girl turn and hands me the right drink that was already made . then she said Again we are working with only 3girls and does that in mature faces and sound . This lady needs to be removed as manger! Christmas is a very busy time we are all under stress and working short hand and long hours - but if it's your job do it or find another one someone has invested money in this company and would like to see returns on the money - if this contains with this manger and the girls most like this Starbucks will fail . sad please I hope this gets to the right person . I'll give it two stars because it's not always this horrible. Today I received really bad service while using the drive through. I ordered a flat white, and a parfait. That is all. When I got my stuff and drove off, I'd realized they didn't give me a spoon to eat my parfait (my breakfast before a meeting) and to top that off, the coffee I needed to get my boost was a hot tea. I don't even drink tea. Not impressed. I definitely won't be coming back. I normally don't even like Starbucks, but it's so close to where I live and work. Honestly go to its a grind if you're in that area, or make the extra drive to a good coffee place. read more

Searched for a Starbucks near where I work to avoid the further drive to the Domain. Big mistake! Nice people, cheery and all the usual greetings from the staff. I simply ordered a muffin and regular coffee. The muffin was great, the coffee was way bad. Hot and bold as expected. After nearly all gone, there was two tablespoons of grounds in a Tall cup .... ewwww. I washed the cup out myself and got another cup of the new Blond coffee. Again, a teaspoon of grounds the second time. They did give me a coupon to try another cup another day, but I will exercise my choice and drive to the Domain location! Maybe I caught them on a bad day but twice in one visit is a shame. People compete for business and I would encourage you to find another venue. Do not settle! Just my experience! I hate this Starbucks. The parking lot/drive through were insanely designed. Whenever I've tried to go in during the day, there's no parking in Starbucks' lot. While I'm not opposed to walking, the only option is to park in the strip mall lot next door and cross over to Starbucks, which is very treacherous, since everyone in the area seems to be crazy and half of them are turning into the space off Parmer at the speed of light. Once inside, there is no decent seating. Last time I was there, the employees were loudly complaining about customers. The deck is kind of nice, but if it's raining and cold or too hot, that's useless. Plus it's by a highway, so that detracts from it. Drinks are typical Starbucks. Unfortunately, I like them, but they're overpriced. The only reason I'll go back is for lack of any decent coffeehouses in my neighborhood. read more

Terrible service. Did a mobile order which after 25 minutes of waiting for my order I had to ask someone what was going on with it. Which wasn't easy because out of the 3 people employed at the store none of them were stopping when I said excuse me. And out of the 3 of them only one person was making drinks for the restaurant and the drive thru. And going slow as h***. And the girl working the drive-through was more intrested in bossing the other two around then making any drinks herself. Then when I finally got someone's attention, the little Asian kid at the counter, he was so completely flustered he didn't even know how to speak. This location needs to get it together and have more people scheduled on a weekend. It's a Saturday for crying out loud. And after finally waiting a 1/2 hour for my mobile order it wasn't even made correctly when the guy made it after I asked where it was. Shocking. read more

I come here EVERY morning and there is one particular dark haired lady that is rude and NEVER gets my order right. Literally every time she takes it she misses something or i have to repeat myself multiple times. She took my order @8:53am this morning at the drive thru so I'm sure you can figure out who it is but please train her on LISTENING. I've been hitting this Starbucks since the day it opened. IN fact, I;ve been going there since it was "Backyard Burgers" It's so close to my house, and sort of on my way to work. For a while this was a great Starbucks. But I'd say, over the last year, it's gone downhill, and lately, it's gone on a snowball ride down the Himalayas. For starters, plan on a 10 minute wait for the drive through, no matter how many or few cars are in front of you. I've waited half as long at many other Starbucks and been given my drink for free, as a token of apology for having to wait for so long. Not this place. Not even an apology. But then, the drinks started losing their quality right along with the service. You can order the same drink every day for a week, and they'll make it different every time. I like a little variation, it makes it less McDonald's-ish. But yesterday was the last time I will go to this Starbucks. I got a nice, simple venti iced-coffee with cream and sugar. I am convinced that what they handed me was nearly completely void of coffee. I had a very difficult time picking up any visual undertones of brown in my cup. It was almost pure white with cream. My first sip had enough sugar for the entire cup. It was so bad, I felt like I had eaten six candy bars by the time I choked this thing down. A coffeehouse of this order of magnitude should be ashamed to hand crap like that out of their store. I know, I should have went back, but I didn't have another 10 minutes to wait for another drink. I even considered going to another Starbucks and telling them what happened, but decided I'd just learn the lesson in front of my and avoid this particular Starbucks. I've been on the fence for months, but always going back to this one because its RIGHT THERE. I have to drive past it to go to the next one down Parmer. One of my favorite locations. Convenient location. It's one of the mid-sized locations but it has a nice outdoor patio. The parking lot is horrible getting in and out but overall it's a great place. If you want quiet, it may not be the best place to study. They are pretty loud with their voices & the machines and one of the managers has a loud, raspy voice but she is really sweet. read more

Having not been to a Starbucks for a while we decided to stop by here for a quick drink via drive-thru last night around 6pm. Got our 2 ham croissants, chai latte, and caramel brulee very quickly. I had a reallly unpleasant experience this afternoon with the staff here. BAD SERVICE, VERY UNFRIENDLY, DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE STAFFS. I ordred my regular drink. but when I first tasted it, it didn't taste like what I had before. So I asked the staff to remake it. He was ok with it, and went back and talked the manager or whatever the hell she is. The asian lady named Hong/ Hang/ Han, came out and AGURED with me about my drink. She was yelling and glowering me. Before handing me my drink, she said " I wanted you to taste it before you leave". What the hell is this attitude??? Are you kidding me? You aren't my mom so don't order me what to do. Go home re-teach yourself how to talk to customer, please!. Girl at window was nice but why can't one Starbucks near my place of work just get my stuff right? As a former partner I even state any modifications in order of how its typed in the computer! Cmon! Either it's not punched in right so the barista doesn't know they messed up. Or its all typed in correctly, but the barista screwed up and forgot one of the mods or were lazy and give u half foam! I don't have time to return to get these things fixed during my lunch breaks. Starbucks, why pay people who aren't doing their job? It's in essence stealing. I pay for a premium drink and by the time I get to test the drink without scalding my mouth I find its wrong and should've saved time by flushing my money down the toilet and not even leaving the office. Baristas...its ur job...its what u get paid to do. Make an expensive coffee specified to the customers desire within reason and not be a jerk about it. I carpool and hit this Starbucks nearly every morning, sometimes drive-thru, other times waiting inside for my ride. The drive-thru is usually packed but moves along faster than most. The staff has always been very friendly. The inside is small but has never been very full. Never had a problem finding a seat. I would recommend parking next door as the Starbucks parking spots are usually blocked by the drive-thru and it is extremely hard to get out once your in. My only complaint is that their wifi is HORRIBLE!! I have to turn the wifi off on my phone to use the internet because even if I am able to connect it takes forever to do anything. The staff is aware of it and very apologetic, and had even comped my drink because I could not get my Starbucks app to update my auto reload due to their crappy wifi. I've tried several times to work on my laptop and iPad while inside waiting on my ride and have given up on even trying anymore. Too frustrating!! I really hope they get this fixed soon or my carpool is gonna have to find another coffee house to meet at. read more
