Yep it's a Starbucks all right. Difficult to get in difficult to get out long lines and the mess in the parking lot with the gas station connected. There are other Starbucks in town maybe I'd recommend them. Oh yes the bathrooms are a mess , hey big mess and my wife reports no toilet paper , and the staff was very unconcerned but there were no supplies in the bathroom. Unconcerned read more

There were five baristas working but for whatever reason the poor girl ringing us up was also the one making our drinks! Service was insanely slow and I was definitely not a fan of how they made my drink. NOT coming back unless I have search and rescue again.. read more

The bathrooms are truly nasty. A place that can't handle bathrooms shouldn't be trusted with anything you might eat or drink either.

OMG, turn down the music! It's so loud in here! Drinks took a long time but no fault of theirs there was a large group in front of us. Store was looking pretty dirty this time through, could really use some attention. Tables a mess, floor full of paper , men's bathroom wasn't too bad. read more

It was normal. It's not the best but good enough. Same quality of coffee as other starbucks, but the the store could be more clean and classy. read more

Great Starbucks. Fast courteous service. And Erica wow! She's so nice and polite helped me order just what I wanted when I didn't even know what I wanted. Raise and promotion! read more

Beyond a doubt the nastiest, raunchiest bathroom I've ever been subject to at a Starbucks. The stink of stale urine and ammonia is overwhelming. Y'all, I've been in some bad bathrooms before, but damn. read more

The worst Starbucks ever! Only one bathroom with lots of people in line. There was another bathroom for employees only. Drip coffee was luke warm, and the breakfast sandwiches very dry. I think that I will be looking for different coffee houses for now on. read more

Like many reviews say, perfect for drivers from Vegas headed to LA or San Diego in my case. Best part it's in the same campus of a gas station, helps a lot. There was quite a lot of crowd when we went in, and the staff tried their best to fulfill orders in timely manner, specially since there is a drive through as well. All that said, the order took well over 20 mins to arrive. The mocha we ordered was one of the worst I have had. May be it's the time of the day with lot of crowd or may be it's the staff itself (like many reviews say, not so competent). Wish they could atleast make the mocha right, even if they took more time. Disappointed. read more

The girl that took my order was super nice (short blonde hair and wore a long black skirt: sorry I didn't get her name). The staff making the drinks are very slow. The barista that makes the drinks for the walk in portion of the store thinks that she can multitask but in reality she can not... my soy and expresso were done for about 3 minutes before she poured them into one cup together so I could leave. There was another staff girl there that was "stocking" the supplies but while doing so was making sexual gestures with the tube of caramel to another barista. There was a girl in the bathroom that had just finished "cleaning" the bathroom as I entered but you most definitely could not tell. The trash in the first stall was overflowing and the floor was disgusting throughout. I was in there around 2:35 on a Friday afternoon. read more

From the previous reviews I was expecting this Starbucks to be downright atrocious! I mean half a dozen whiney "If Yelp would let me give zero stars I would..." reviews dot this page. Part of the reason I stopped was the expectation of a Starbucks shit-show. Unfortunately, what I got was a pretty typical Starbucks experience. That's right: typical. No crappy drinks. No overflowing trash. No slow drive-thru service. No scary bitchy Starbucks baristas. Too bad I received great service, great drinks, and all under five minutes. Oh yeah, it was a Sunday too. A day when I'm sure they see a ton of returning Vegas folks. So, what do I say about a Starbucks that is purportedly the worst in the State? Four stars! And if I could give all you ungrateful Starbucks patrons zero stars I would... read more

For the first time in my life, a drive thru Starbucks made my Americano perfectly. Usually they don't get the cream and Splenda ratio quite right. I told the guy lotsa cream lotsa Splenda. He did it! Perfectly! I'm the biggest fan of drive thru Starbucks. We were on the road and drove thru the drive thru for our pick-me-up. Then we parked in the lot and went inside to use their bathroom. It was a big location with very clean amenities. They also had plenty of parking. It's not located in a convenient spot but we managed after a few goes around. I've never stopped in this town before but I may need to make it a habit in future trips. read more

Don't come here unless you're preparing be disappointed. Slow service. Very slow service.

This location was somewhat busy, but the staff is quick and helpful as usually found in a Starbucks location. I'm not going to lie I was quite impressed considering that this location was in Barstow. The location is clean in bathrooms and outside. The staff did show urgency the more customers that came in which was positive because I was in a hurry. read more

Starbucks is one of those places where the menu items are generally consistent everywhere you go; my grande triple shot soy latte was exactly what I expected. The bathroom was OK. They are a little slower than most Starbucks I am used to, so if you can, mobile order before you get here (NOT while driving!) so it is ready when you arrive. read more

Terrible experience. Someone needs to reassign the management for this Starbucks. It took them about 15 minutes to make my drink and there wasn't even such a long line. Got my drink and they gave me the wrong milk, so I gave it back and they had to remake it. Also, bathrooms were nasty. Get more employees for this location, and better ones. Also if you're going to mess up my order and make me wait that long, don't just apologize. A free drink reward would have been nice. This really diminishes the Starbucks brand! Get help! read more

Why do I get a regular drink on grande. They will charge you granda price and give you small drink. Now Im angry.... Be warned... Place was ok other wise. read more

Don't order from here. The cashier lady has an attitude and kept on rolling her eyes at costumers. I asked for a venti mango dragon drink and it came out as a grande. read more

We placed our simple, or so we thought, order for two venti black iced teas in the drive-thru. We got about 2 miles up the freeway then noticed that we received 2 venti sweet teas. I turned around and went back to the store to let them know we received the wrong order. I was told that they sweeten ALL tea orders and that I didn't order my drink properly. I have placed the same order at every Starbucks I have visited from Eureka to LA and have never had this issue before. Glad the staff let me know to take my Starbucks Gold card elsewhere. This review is solely based on the treatment/attitude I received from the staff upon return which included the girls making snarky comments on their headsets while correcting their mistake. read more

I travel to Barstow for work so I frequent this particular Starbucks. This location has messed up on more orders than any other Starbucks I use. Normally I just deal with it but today was worth the review. The person taking my order today was extremely rude. Not that this location is especially knows for their stellar customer service but today took the cake. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and the only one with a drive thru. I'd give it 1 star but that would be unfair to those in there that actually do a great job. Yes, there are some staff members who do it right but sadly more often then not it's the other way around. Good luck with your orders! read more

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. The drinks here are DISGUSTING. They need to re-train their baristas. I can care less about customer service. You don't even need to talk to me. Just cash me out (not outside) and give me my drink. I made the mistake of going here, not remembering why I stopped going here in the first place. My drinks are always tastless and watered down. If you want a real Starbucks drink, go to the Lenwood location. Its much cleaner and the drinks are on point. read more

This Place needs to close down. Dirtiest Starbucks in all the world. Looks like they have not cleaned this place in weeks.I would avoid at all costs. read more

Starbucks - Dirty floors everywhere - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Barstow, California

Quick little place to stop into on my way from Vegas to California. It's a little on the cluttered side, and pretty dim, but the baristas are friendly and fast! I ordered a venti vanilla bean and a tomato and basil flat bread sandwich and both met ally expectations. I'll probably stop by again on the way back. read more

I'm not sure I've ever seen a Starbucks as filthy as this place. I get that it's a tourist stop but the trash was overflowing in every can and the floors were basically smeared with black mop water The barista was nice but I couldn't bring myself to order a drink just a prepackaged milk read more

This location is very busy. Therefore its busy! Yet they failed to staff it properly to keep the customers moving appropriately. The store was tore up, the bathrooms were horribly dirty and out of soap. Avoid this location. read more

Are you stuck in the middle of the desert and need your Starbucks fix? Then this place is for you. Conveniently located on E Main st in Barstow, this Starbucks is a hop, skip, and a jump, away from the 15. Because it was over 100 degrees outside, I opted to waste gas in pollute the environment in the drive thru. Even though there were a few cars in front of me, I got in and out in the same amount of time as any other Starbucks drive thru out there. My drink came out fine, as well as my parents' frappucinos and sandwiches. They even utilized my gold member discounts at my request. Good job, good effort. read more

Seems like everyone is stopping at the Sbux in Barstow during their road trip. CRAZY long lines inside & at the drive thru. I figured I might have better luck inside, but actually think it is probably better to use the drive thru so I'm not annoyed with all the obnoxious patrons (parents pushing their kids up to the food to choose something & not saying excuse me when they bumped into people!). Baristas were doing their best, but it took awhile to get 2 registers going when the line was consistently 15-20 people deep in a 20 minute period. Lesson Learned... Next time I will use the Drive Thru! I feel for the baristas here because it seems like it would always be busy. read more

Always busy and crowded,I always stop here going to Vegas, its clean plus the give you service with a smile,I got coffee, muffin, and some freeze-dried fruit, the total for my item was about $12.50 I gave handed over $100.00 bill and would she gave me back $85.00 all in $5.00 bills she counted to herself and handed it to me,I told her that its too many $5.00 I needed to count it again, wish she would have made an mistake and gave me $85.00 back in 10.00 or 20.00. read more

Hmm, I can't say I'm a coffee connoisseur, but I have to say this was probably one of my least favorite cups of coffee in a long time. On my way home from a weekend in L.A., I stopped by this Starbucks for a pick me up as I was starting to get drowsy. I ordered a caramel macchiato and my fella got something to drink as well. He enjoyed his drink quite a bit, but mine left quite a bit to be desired. I usually drink my coffee black, if I happen to drink coffee, but I thought something sweet would give me the much needed sugar buzz I needed to get home. What I got was a very watered down and sad cup of coffee. It honestly just tasted like coffee with sugar and cream in it, but there was no kick. There was no caramel flavor, either. I definitely hope this was an isolated incident, but I probably won't be back to find out. read more

Normally I get my drink and leave no issue but the last few times I have been today as ever other time I order online when I got there my drinks were ready but I couldn't get them because no one was paying attention to the pick up line my drinks sat there melting for 10 minutes before I got someone to pay attention to me the employee was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience and my drink tasted watered-down. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Barstow, California

Go to a different location. Employees are incredibly rude. Apparently a venti Ice water sets them off. They handed me a cup that had coffee and whipped cream drips on it. It had been sitting there from somebody else's order and they gave it to me. There's a pandemic going on I don't want somebody else's return. When I went up to ask for a different one they stared at me and didn't come to help. Until one barista yells "see what she wants." Barista said "you want me to throw this away" and threw the cup into the sink when I asked for a different cup. AGAIN, just for a water, and yes I also ordered a drink. Also, they're the only people with bathrooms still closed in the state. Drive to the next location. read more

If you plan on going to this Starbucks, be sure you're not in a hurry. Not only are the lines super ridiculous long, the bathrooms are dirty, customer service sucks and over a bad place to stop. Once you order your drink, you have to wait a very long time to receive them smh. FYI if it's a holiday season, don't stop here, trust me... get back in your car and keep on driving to your destination. Can't forget to mention, the park situation pulling in and out isn't pleasant either. This place makes you feel depress. Just looking at all the workers running around looking like they don't know what there doing to all the upset customers waiting for their drink orders. Good luck if you decide to ignore my review because of the name Starbucks. read more

Totally happy a Starbucks exists out here for the sole purpose of the much needed caffeine-upper and bladder empty to and from Vegas. It's always our stop of choice. Yes the bathroom is always filthy and out of stuff, but dammit it's there and they don't have a key or charge a quarter! Also the quality of drinks here I have never had a problem with. Thanks for being here! read more

Very bad service. Only two customers inside the store, six people working in the station. One person in front of me at the line. They took 10 min to order 1 coffee and a bread. What are those 6 people doing or they need to discuss who should do the job. Lol, No management there. Too much employee, less customer, long time of waiting. Btw the drink is not good too. read more

The worst Starbucks...... They don't call your name, leaving your drink on the counter for other to touch your drink. I was at this location on 1-15-2016@4:11pm , I frequent Starbucks on a daily....and have never been so rudely treated.I called to talk to the manager about the horrible service,to find out the person that was rude to me was indeed the manager herself( Sarah).Never did she apologize for being rude-but justify why she did not call out the name. Then told me to have a good day and hung up quickly. I am truly disappointed that Starbucks would hire a manager with poor communication and social skills to their customers. read more

The drinks are as good as any other Starbucks, but the environment is not enjoyable. This place needs better management and staffing. It's clear that the staff don't get around to cleaning very often, because everything from the bathroom to the main area with tables is in a state of messiness/disarray. There were empty contact lens cases littering the sinks when I went in. The baristas that were there that day did not seem to care about quality. As I was waiting, I saw a barista trip on something and spill part of a customer's drink on herself. While I appreciate that she had a good sense of humor about it, she spent too much time laughing while everyone else was bustling around her. I don't think the person's drink was remade, I'm pretty sure they poured more milk and ice in the same cup and gave it to them. It seems clumsiness is common, because my drink came out sticky all over both the cup and lid. read more

This Starbucks was my one stop while I was in the area but today they failed miserably on my order. I ordered a venti iced white mocha with soy and when I received my drink it looked like milk over ice. I complained and the employee just said "it looks like that because of the soy" when in fact 1.) it doesn't look like any coffee was add 2.) it tasted like an iced vanilla bean. So disappointed with the customer service and final product! read more
