If you plan on going to this Starbucks, be sure you're not in a hurry. Not only are the lines super ridiculous long, the bathrooms are dirty, customer service sucks and over a bad place to stop. Once you order your drink, you have to wait a very long time to receive them smh. FYI if it's a holiday season, don't stop here, trust me... get back in your car and keep on driving to your destination. Can't forget to mention, the park situation pulling in and out isn't pleasant either. This place makes you feel depress. Just came and was not impressed. Serena was a horrible barista. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She rolled her eyes and gave us looks while she took our order. She couldn't even say hi. I talked to Crystal and she was nice and apologized for Serena's actions. read more

I was handed and unmarked coffee and had no idea what they put in it and they wouldn't remake it for me, and kept my money. The barista just started playing 20 questions with me like I was a child. The drinks are as good as any other Starbucks, but the environment is not enjoyable. This place needs better management and staffing. It's clear that the staff don't get around to cleaning very often, because everything from the bathroom to the main area with tables is in a state of messiness/disarray. There were empty contact lens cases littering the sinks when I went in. The baristas that were there that day did not seem to care about quality. As I was waiting, I saw a barista trip on something and spill part of a customer's drink on herself. While I appreciate that she had a good sense of humor about it, she spent too much time laughing while everyone else was bustling around her. I don't think the person's drink was remade, I'm pretty sure they poured more milk and ice in the same cup and gave it to them. I ordered 2 drinks. The 1st one came out quick. The 2nd (Mocha frap, xtra shot of espresso, no whip) took more then 15 mins. My 2nd drink was just sitting there and no one was making it. I had to ask twice for it with 2 different employees. One of the employee put the drink in the cup and realize it said no whip and saw her poor out the whip. Now the cup is not even filled all the way up. She gave me the cup with the frap spilled all over without cleaning it. My husband had to ask her to clean it. One of the worst Starbucks. read more

Reading the harsh reviews, I wonder if this is the same place. LA Dweller returning from Vegas, I need to find a strong cup of joe and Starbucks so that I could check my email. This place was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. Granted I stopped in around 6pm so no morning crowds, but the place has plenty of power outlets and a few nice big cushioned chairs. No hassles whatsoever about using the wifi for an hour or two. There's also outdoor seating as well. There's a pretty fair amount of parking, but again, there was not too many people there in the evening. Free wifi for those who have subscribed to the ATT/SBC/PACBELL or other variants of the ATT wifi add on service. I just happy that there are so many SB's around. Rude rude rude. Workers don't seem to care about the customers at all. I had a coupon for a free grande drink and they didn't want to give it to me! They told me I could only get an espresso, but on the coupon it says any drink I want. So the cashier's looked at each other and wondered if it was different from what they give out...just punch in the code and if it works then it works. It said clearly in the back that I could get ANY grande drink, but they wouldn't read the back and kept questioning it until I told them that it worked at other Starbucks. So they finally gave in and punched in the code like I said and it worked. They laughed it off and moved on to the next customer. I choosing to rate favorably I have been to this location many times and of course being on the drive to Vegas their largest issue is the steady flow of traffic that comes through this place. That being said it is not as easy for them to build the regular clientele and I think it is unfair to rate them so poorly. My issues that I had before with this place seemed to change since the recent redevelopment April 2016. A general issue was cleanliness which seems to have been fixed and everything looks good. They also reexamined their inside space and put a lot more chairs and removed the lounge chairs as their used to be no place to sit. Still an issue though is the speed. People stand forever at the end waiting for their drink inside while they rush thru the drive thru line outside:/ 14 min later I am still waiting for my drink. Woke up at 4:30 wondering if there would be tasty breakfast and coffee this morning and this Starbucks was open! We got seven things: caramel macchiato, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee with soy milk, blueberry scone, oatmeal with blueberries/nuts/seeds/agave, and a chorizo egg sandwich. Everything came out fast and perfect even though there were a lot of people waiting and the team inside seemed like they were doing a good job letting each other know where they needed more staff or help making drinks! The staff here have clearly not been trained properly. I try to not leave negative reviews but during this covid episode, we need to take extra precautions. First off a man came in the exit only door, with no mask on, walked straight to the mobile order pick up counter, grabbed a napkin and blew his effin nose at the dam counter. Not a single employee did anything more did they say anything and with my drink soon to be served, I had to say something. Several others in line were pretty disgusted. I told the lady and she told someone else to go clean it. So another staff came around with a wet towel and wiped the Trash cans that are connected to the adjacent counter (there were only 2 counters total) then continued to clean the counter top with that same towel.. Then moved straight to the serving station and wiped it down with that same nasty towel. I threw my drink in the trash just in case. This is not okay, but I don't blame her i blame her management. I understand that this location is one of the busier ones due to the fact that it's right off the I-15 and many people would want a pit stop during their road trips. However, I rate this place two stars for the following reasons: For one, my order included three drinks, and the first two drinks came out on time. The last drink, however, did not come out until I forced myself to ask an employee after waiting 25 minutes. It turned out that my drink was actually sitting in the drive thru and was melting as I stood there waiting for my drink. This shows a lack of organization in that my order was somehow split up between the in-store drinks and the drive thru drinks. On a side note, I did notice one of the baristas complaining about the overload of orders to be made. I understand it can be overwhelming, but, from a customer's standpoint, it's unprofessional. read more

I always pre-order through the app and allow them plenty of time to get my order ready, but when I arrive it seldom is ready or complete. Slowest drive-thru service! Always a line. If you heading south, wait until you get to the Lenwood location. I live in the area and there are only a few that greet you kindly at the window. The first time I came to this location, I decided to walk in. That was the wrong thing I ever did.
