The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They aren't even busy. Hurry up!! We're trying to get Home!!

We stop here often after visiting our son and his family in Las Vegas. On our last visit, a couple of people were allowed to jump in front of us in the line. I am certain the clerks saw this and did nothing. On our most recent visit, my wife waited in line for about 15 minutes to place her order. She waited another 15 minutes to receive her beverage. I cannot understand why the service is so slow. read more

Drinks were fine, but if youre trying to take a decent bathroom break coming from Vegas, go someplace else.

Worst coffee shop I've been to. Service is extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to make an iced americano. 4 shots of espresso water add ice should take 5 min tops from when I put my card in to getting my coffee. Someone needs to open an espresso stand and shut this shithole down. read more

Kinda eerie coming here because of all of the horrible reviews but still had to stop before Vegas for some coffee! I ordered the passion fruit iced tea and a tall caramel frap. Both from Alexandria. Perfectly good Starbucks. Usually visit somewhere going to or coming from Vegas. Never had a problem here, and it's a Starbucks. So, when you're on the road, and would appreciate some consistency in your personal refueling center, you may want to park it here for a bit. read more

Right off the freeway and one of the last SBs if you are heading to Vegas/Flagstaff. I always go through the drive thru and I have never had trouble with my order or had any of the staff be rude to me. Of course I don't have long, complicated orders. My favorite is the hot grande white mocha, but often times I find it is best to get it with three pumps rather than four as it can be quite sweet. read more

Stopped here on the way home from Vegas. The place was filthy, and the gal at the counter obviously wasn't happy to be there. Not the usual, friendly customer service I'm used to. But I get it that they're probably a high traffic shop due to all the travelers going to and from Vegas who need their caffeine fix. So because of that I'm giving them an extra star. Not sure what the Starbucks in Lenwood is like but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. You won't be missing out on anything if you didn't stop at the Barstow location. read more

They changed the bathroom situation so that only one person can use the bathroom and it's the men's bathroom so there's only one stall. What A horrible way to serve their customers knowing that people only stop here to use the bathroom and buy coffee. Why cater to 1% of the population just to have a no gender bathroom? 99% of us want the women's restroom back. read more

Can this starbucks be in any better of a location?! It is the perfect halfway point between LA and Vegas. The staff is cordial and were a lot of fun. When we stopped on our way back from Vegas, the water supply in Barstow was turned off because there was toxins in it! They were still open for business, selling bottled and canned drinks, as well as their prepared foods. They were surprisingly pleasant considering the situation! Minus one star for the skanky bathroom. read more

This location is right off the highway so its perfect for the Vegas driver heading to LA! Theres an air conditioner blasting cool air at you right when you walk in! The bathrooms are always clean. Theres outdoor seating. The lines moves pretty quickly. What more could you ask for? read more

Stopped by here on our way home from Vegas on a Sunday. So of course this location would be busy. Long line with one person on the register. I'm assuming a new employee because she did not know what 3 shots of espresso with milk on ice was. Messed up our order completely, even with the help of another employee. We stopped by this location from our trip back from Vegas. The barista was super nice and friendly. The drinks were excellent. We got four drinks: caramel macchiato, strawberry açaí, vanilla bean coconut latte and caramel Frappuccino. All has the correct taste as if we got them at any other Starbucks. read more

This is the slowest starbucks that I have visited. Employees seem to love making the drinks wrong and if the customer asks them to remake the drink they get mad, argue and if they see you again on another day they make the drink wrong again most likely on purpose. How is it possible when I order that 95% of the times the drink are made wrong? read more

One star for convenience; another for simply having coffee. That's it. The service was friendly, but not worth the 20 minute wait for a latte, and not an absurdly customized latte, just straight up. Why? The service area had only half and half, no seasonings or napkins, and was messy. The bathroom wasn't the best either. One person on the register and 5 people making drinks. And there is an average of "Eleven drinks to be made" ahead of your order. Who is managing this place??? Skip. Seriously. I've stopped here a dozen times. Holiday weekend weekday doesn't matter. It's always slow, under staffed and will take you 10-15 minutes to get your drink. Add in no parking and terrible freeway access and it's a skip for sure. By contrast, the one further south on I15, near the outlet stores, is great. Lots of parking. Easy on/off the 15 in either direction. Go there instead. read more

Instead of her saying it was my drink but I need to pour your black coffee into the cup (which is usually poured first) she says "just go ahead and take it" like it was the end of the world. Then she tells the other girl "if Tonya's sticker comes out just toss it because I already made it. I don't think Drea works well under pressure. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever visited all the way from east coast to west coast. Just walked out of the store with my unpleasant taste iced coffee, iced cafe mocha and passion tango tea. I would drive another miles to get the right drink (and hopefully decent service). They took my order wrong as the girl at the register rushed to take my order. She didn't asked whether i wanted to sweeten my iced coffee or i wanted whip cream on my cafe mocha. There was one girls who was at least nice enough to check my order. But right after she checked my order she was moved to the register. The other two were just rushing making drinks.. I think the girls thinks a mix of ice and coffee and pumps of syrup as many as she wants makes a "Starbucks iced coffee". The service was very slow and line was really long. (Just my opinion) I felt frustration of others in the store. MANY were checking their order status. However the drive thru line seems moving ok as there were dedicated servers just for drive thru. Drive thru order sticker was 5 times shorter than in store order stickers. The condiment counter has only half and half and short straws. No fat free or regular milk and long straws. No vanilla and mocha powders. The location is good to stop by when you travel from Vegas to LA. I ordered two venti and two grande. I got all venti. read more

No line and still took 20 mins in the drive threw.....not to mention when we finally did get our lattes they tasted horrible! I just want to say way to go girls! It may have taken 20 mins to get my order, but it is Friday on the Fourth of July wkend. It was PACKED. The girls didn't skip a beat, they were friendly and on their game. Many ppl were complaining about how long it was taking or that the girl was cleaning the counter... Uh, really. They'd complain if it was dirty.. Terrible. There was 40+ ppl in there. They were never rude or slowed down for anything. I saw the drive thru flowing smoothly as well, KUDOS GIRLS!!!! Sad to say this is one of thee worst Starbucks I have ever stopped at. I've stopped at this one two other times coming back from Vegas, both times they've had long lines for both the restrooms and to order, both times the bathrooms have needed some attention. But this last time BOTH men & women restrooms were just ridiculously disgusting! It smelled so foul in there, I felt so bad that my family member had to change the baby in there. But guess what? Surprise, no changing table! Seriously?! And then when I told Colin, the barista at the register, that the restrooms needed desperate attention, which they did, he basically just mocked me saying "they need desperate attention? they always do". Anyway, it took what felt like a lifetime to order and get our drinks. But while we waited, I noticed all the trash on the floor, the overflowing trash cans, the sticky counters, and how understaffed they were. read more

In the meantime, customers ordering with the cashier were getting their orders faster and before us. We will be calling Starbucks corporate as the staff couldn't be more rude. read more

I do not recommend. Right as we got in the store the worker was demanding where we stand rudely and was yelling. The bathrooms were not clean and there was pee all over the seat. This was one of the most disgusting starbucks I've ever been to. The bathrooms were like something out of a nasty gas station. Floors through the entire store were caked with dirt and trash. I understand this place gets busy but atleast make the drinks correct. My drinks were made wrong, wrong size wrong type of milk and so much ice that it watered down the espresso. This Starbucks is rediculous! I've been sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins and haven't ordered! There are only a few cars ahead of me and it's Saturday morning at 6 am!!! How can you have such a slow staff at a drive thru Starbucks mid way to Vegas from SoCal??
