This is by far my favorite starbucks. Sure the logistics leave something to be desired (the parking lot is small)... but everyone there knows me and my wife and the people are nothing but nice to everyone who comes through the door. Filthy dirty. Barista had coffee all over from her hands to her white shirt and on her apron - not like it was spilled but just like being totally sloppy. They took forever to make an Americana because they were so disorganized. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Should have just left. They make the drinks QUICK here which is very convenient for someone like me who travels through this place a lot. BUT, I made an online/app order and right after I walked in, the barista called for my order along with my name. I showed her my order confirmation because I always do so anyways. The barista had no problem but two Caucasian girls that were standing next to pick up place was staring and whispering to each other. I guess they didn't believe the fact that ordering from the Starbucks app is doable. read more

Customer service was horrible here. I stopped in at 8:50 am on March 7th. I ordered 2 drinks and while one came out right away they messed up the second (by giving my decaf mom a latte instead of a vanilla steamer) and then forgot to remake it. We had to ask for it twice. We also had to ask for napkins as none were out, and the girl griped then gave me all the napkins to put on the table. I told her I only wanted my napkins and I wasn't going to stock them for her. Our oatmeal came with forks. When I asked for spoons they said they were out. I asked how I was supposed to eat my oatmeal with a fork and she said she'd get a manager... who never came. Only giving one star because I can't give 0. Took 20 minutes to order, she couldn't figure out the computer and the whole order was wrong. Got charged for cream and when I asked why she gave me a refund from their tip jar. Awful. Completely dirty. Would never visit this Starbucks again. Garbage overflowing in the trash containers in the sit down area, garbage on floor, no toilet paper in the women's OR men's bathroom, one out of 3 toilets plugged in women's, garbages in stalls overflowing, napkins and seat covers all over floor, empty water bottles..... Wish I would've taken pics but I got out of there as fast as I could. Completely unsanitary and disgusting. Told the barista who helped me that there was no tp in women's bathroom and she said "yeah, I know. We're working on it." Waited 5 minutes. What a trainwreck of a store. On Friday December 27th, it took 25 minutes for my order to be ready. Granted, they were extremely busy but if you can't handle the guests, than don't take new orders until the backlog is done. Many orders were wrong, for instance my Venti Mint Majesty Tea with 4 tea bags (costs more) became a Grande Tea with 3 bags. Dirty! I felt bad for the employees, this is poorly managed! How do they pass health codes much less their own internal quality control team? We ordered 5 espresso drinks. The two white mocha lattes were only 3/4 full and lukewarm. The bathroom was littered with bits of toilet paper all over the floor and it smelled badly. Now, I do not know where the toilet paper came from because It did not come from the toilet stalls. Those were bereft of even a hint of paper. One of the stalls had some. I know this because I checked later. The one and only soap dispenser was empty. I'm fairly alarmed here; how do the employees wash their hands after using a toilet with no paper? Like all those poor souls on the road home from Las Vegas to California, we drove away only to try to take solace in our partially full, lukewarm cups of disappointment. read more

My first review goes to the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees seem like they don't enjoy working there.They got the order wrong, were rude when we asked for things such as repeating our order and more napkins because they were out. They gave us paper towels instead because they ran out of napkins. The restroom was just as horrible and super dirty which is unacceptable because there was about 5 or 6 people behind the counter but I guess I should've seen it coming since the baristas didn't seem to care about anything. I was hoping that at least my caramel frap would be the only plus, but it tasted like a watered down icee with caramel syrup and whipped cream :( read more

First off when I drove up to order the whole time the lady was laughing while trying to talk to me, I'm happy they are having a great day but that was very unprofessional. Especially when I couldn't even order until the lady stopped laughing ON the intercom at least mute me so it doesn't sound disrespectful. Second when I go to the window the lady had a "resting bitch" face kinda dirty blonde lady, I ignored it and said have a good day and she just looks at me and walked away .& the third problem to make my experience even WORSE!!! The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had in my life. Every employee is beyond slow, they are unorganized there was no line and it took almost 20 minutes!!!! The line wasn't even long. I travel extensively CA, all of the west coast, New York. I've been to hundred of Starbucks in over a hundred cities and this was just ridiculous. I sat and waited about 4 minutes after the family in front of me in line got there drinks, at that point I watched one of the employees hand a drink over to a guy who ordered a specialty hot drink 5 minutes after mine and at that point I was done. I looked over behind the counter and they had 6 cups in front of mine!!!!!!! How is that even possible. I than showed him on my purchase on my app that I had now been waiting 15 minutes... I am usually not one to complain or even say anything but this was just ridiculous. AND AFTER MAKING ME WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE OFFERED A FREE DRINK VOUCHER. To top it allllllllllllll off I got an add shot of espresso blended but the guy working in there my bf said he watched from the window and the frickin employee had blended mine and another drink in the same blender at the same time... So much for my 80 cent add shot. At that point I was so pissed off that I was ready to rip them a new one but I chose not to because they are clearly idiots. Who makes two separate drinks in the same blender when mine has a f*#%ing add shot. I've been in a 25 person lines in downtown SF and NY that made mine in half the time. Ordered 3 drinks, they lost one of my drink. Standing there for 20 mins tryinng to make eye contacts with employees for my lost drink and got ignored until my friend yelled out loud (they still ignored his yell, but at least we got attention thjs time). Then they made our drink without the details we added to the drink (because they lost our cup) and said that someone has taken our drink. We have been standing there for 20 mins observing every drinks out and ours was pretty easy to spot cz it's pink color. Totally pissed me off. Plus their tall cups were only filled 2/3 of the cup. read more

Disgusting, I have never seen a dirtier Starbucks. Food and drink spills on all the food prep counters. The baristas were setting new drinks and clean straws down in the quagmire of goo. Overflowing trash cans, trash all over the floor, trash all over the bathroom floors. It's busy in there, but management should insist on cleaning!!!!!! My family and I stopped off at this Starbucks on the way home from Arizona. The minute I walked in, I noticed it was not well-kept. The plastic partitions that separate the staff from customers (the ones that were there pre-Covid) were dirty and streaked. There was little traditional Starbucks decor. No one greeted me when I came in. There was one person in front of me, but 5-6 people waiting for their order. The drive thru line was not long. I sat and waited for my coffee for 15 minutes as orders dripped out at a snails pace. I watched intently during this time while staff chit-chatted, and moved along with little to no sense of urgency. Finally, at the 15 minute mark, I approached a staff member and asked about my coffee. She got it started and walked away. 2 minutes later it was still sitting there unattended, so she finished it. A woman next to me complained to me, "this is unbelievable." As my coffee was handed to me with no "sorry for the wait," or any explanation, the woman who was next to me asked, "can you give me an update about my coffee?" The same staff member who had made my coffee half-looked and said, "your coffees are coming." As I was walking out, I remarked, "I hope soon!" The same staff member responded, "yea!" sorta in an irritated manner. I would highly recommend finding another location if you are in a hurry (as I was) and care about cleanliness and appearance. read more

This is my second visit at this one while on the way to Vegas they have twice as many people on the clock as a normal Starbucks and yet it takes 10 min to make any drink. If you want coffee go to dunkin donuts across the street cheaper and also faster. read more
