It is good that theres starbucks on the way in the middle of a long drive, BUT THE BARISTAS WERE NO GOOD. Very slow service and for some non-sense reason they refused to shake my beverage upon my request. I hate that I had to do it on my own! Then theres no napkins, no one is coming to refill them. Don't know why we go back. They are either rude, get the order wrong, or take FOREVER to get drinks done. I don't mean standard gourmet coffee shop wait times.....I'm talking 40 mins in the drive thru with only 4 drivers ahead of me to begin with. After reading many negative reviews we thought twice about stopping at this Starbucks but it was really our only option at this point in our drive. We went through the drive thru and the girl who took our order was so polite (I was expecting something different) and our drinks...an iced coffee and mocha latte...were perfect. Bathroom was horrible. I mean grooooooosssss. No toliet paper, no paper towels. No soap. I couldnt believe it was a starbucks, or as I say, starYUCKS. This is quite possibly one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been. The line to order was about 10-15 people deep and the people waiting on their coffee was just as long. Why are there more drive through helpers than there are people at the main counter (3 chicks with a head set but only 1 chick catering to the huge line inside)?! Made the mistake of coming here twice on my drive to and from my destination. The first time it was extremely crowded and very slow. The barista at the register could not hear and got my order wrong multiple times. After repeating myself and placing my order...I received the wrong drink. I thought it might have just been a fluke and gave them a second chance. Chance number 2. I walk in and no one is in line inside. I place my order and again I have to repeat myself over and over and over to place my order and the girl still got it wrong. The barista making the drinks noticed it was in a hot cup instead of iced and asked me what my order was...even she didn't understand and I had to repeat myself three or four times. To top it off, when I'm standing by the bar waiting for my drink hoping it's going to come out okay (which it didn't...it was wrong again)...a homeless man comes in and grabs some napkins and starts cleaning the bar. Now, I have no problem with him cleaning it. My problem is...homeless or not...why is this man cleaning your bar? Another employee is slamming down crates of food to stick in the food case. It was just a hot mess. I will never be back. I will make sure everyone I know never goes to this place. Employees are rude, incompetent, and can't make a simple iced espresso drink. I'm a frequent at Starbucks where I live and I have NEVER experienced this at any Starbucks. Never again. Steer clear of this place! read more

Very congested parking lot, subpar baristas, and worst of all the toilets haven't been cleaned in weeks. Poop was everywhere.

So it's probably been a good four years or so since I've been to Starbucks. We were driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas yesterday (actually I was driving....the entire way), and I started to get really drowsy so I broke down and had coffee for the first time in a really long time (had the Iced white chocolate mocha). While I was there I picked up a few of their fruit and snack plates. They were so perfect for a road trip snack. My favorite was the protein plate (13g protein packed into it). Pretty bad!!! I asked for a decaf coffee and the girl says "we don't have decaf coffee here... We only have decaf americano" which I said was fine and asked for half and half as well. I got an iced coffee and asked for creamer because they didn't put any in and then realized it wasn't even decaf!! (Pretty important). Had to have her remake it and she looked annoyed. Let's see where should I start with this place; the service, the cleanliness or the wait times? I will start with the worst part, the bathrooms are nasty, the dining area floors, tables and chairs are all nasty. The area where the food and drinks are prepared is just gross. Add insult to injury, they are slow as hell. The best part was the cashier was very nice and friendly. My guess is that this store is not corporate owned, because its definitely not properly staffed for the amount of business they have at 2pm on a Thursday.
