As other reviewers have noted, lots of people working... no one interested in organizing chairs, wiping tables, sweeping or even refilling the napkins and straws. When we ordered 2 espresso shots, they didn't confirm the order by readback and I got 2 chai lattes instead after 20 minutes of wait. There were at least 6 people working including drive thru area. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of frequenting. Granted, it's in a busy location; however, you shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for two drinks. The shop emptied before I had my drinks in hand. Also, if I hadn't had the cashier repeat my order back to me it would have been wrong. When I finally got my drink the lid was DIRTY. When I tried to ask for a clean lid I had to wait while the barista made plans with a guy to meet after work. The quality of the service leaves much to be desired. I've came here twice and I always get a grande ice coffee with 3 raw sugars MELTED inside. It's not to much to ask for we'll I always ask them ahead of time if it's possible and they assure me it is. The first time here they did not melt it which I just let it go and today I went in and she said yes that's no problem, well she came me my coffee with no creamer which I asked for and the raw sugars not melted and I asked her why they didn't melt them she said "We can't melt them we don't have microwaves" huh well I don't work at Starbucks but I've seen other Starbucks employees melt it with hot coffee or water. I stop off on our family road trip to California to use the restroom and grab what we thought was a quick coffee, but we were VERY WRONG. It took them 40 minutes to make 2 of the same drink. One came out in 20 minutes and the other took another 20 minutes...you want some advice, just work on one whole ticket at a time. I mean DUH! Working on multiple ticket will cause you to get WAY back up and you will mess up tons of orders, which if you're wondering at this point, 'did they mess up my order and many others the answer is.......(drum roll) YES, yes they did. July 3, 2016 3:01pm... Waited in line at the main st Starbucks for about 20-25min... Order taker was very slow in greeting us and taking our order. I ordered 4 drinks 1 with extra caramel. When we finally get to window and pay the cashier hands me my drinks with no drink holder. I kindly ask for one and when I get it I noticed one of my drinks, which was suppose to have extra caramel, did not have it and I was missing my Trenta ice water with extra ice. Now normally I would say "screw it" and just leave but it was 100+ degrees out and I was running errands so I wanted my water. I told cashier I was missing my water and when I finally get my water it is not a trenta and it did not have extra ice. If there wasn't 15 million cars behind me I would of had them fix my order again... But at this point I was pissed off, my other drinks were melting and didn't wanna wait any longer or have my drinks tampered with because I sent it back to complain (I've seen the movie Road trip) so I took my drinks and left. And FYI my 3 ice cubes were melted before I got by the am pm on Montara!!!! I understand they were probably busy due to the holiday, but this is not the first time I have gotten this kind of service and being busy is no excuse for bad customer service...... read more

After a horrible experience at McDonald across the street we went to get a Coffee from Starbucks. Looked nice enough, however wouldn't really know because once we got parked we noticed the sign in the door that said temporarily closed at 10:30 am. They were mopping and there were people inside so who know what the deal was. Save yourself the stop go to the next exit by the outlet malls, hopefully they have it more together. read more

Have to give it a 5 star even though there's a LOT of orders and we're waiting for our drinks as we speak. With the amount of pressure and orders, they still maintain their cool and provide great service with smiley faces. It's enjoyable to see the teamwork you guys have. Awful fifthly disgusting women's bathroom. Ive been to Starbucks all over the country and never ever encountered such a poorly maintained Starbucks. Are you sur this isnt really a saruckd or maybe a tarucks? This is/was a regular stop for us on the way to and from vegas but will just go to the local Starbucks near my home from now on and use a thermal tumbler to keep coffee warm for the drive. Really its that bad. I cant imagine ordering any food from here. Its probably this way because most of their business is transient so they figure will never see you again so why bother.
