I'm a local and every single time I try to give this location a chance my experience gets worse and worse every time. Multiple occasions my drinks aren't made right, I've had to return to the store to give them an opportunity to "fix" it and still get a garbage drink. I say garbage because that's where it goes! Today I go, once again, and literally watch 7 people work the drive through quick while I order and wait 25 minutes. No, I didn't complain but got to the point that I had to say something. "Excuse me ma'am, I've been here for 25 minutes already" what do I get? Her pulling my drinks from a side bar that have been sitting there along with my now cold food I ordered while saying oh I'm sorry! Never ever again will I go here. I don't understand how this location manages! I will continue to go out of my way to go to Lenwood and the customer service there is so much better! Took an extra 10 minutes when they ran out of half and half at the condiment area. None of the employees could multitask enough to even answer a simple question. I came to this location last night 9-21-2014! If I could rate this place as a -5 star I would!! This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had to deal with ANYWHERE! Me and three other friends stopped by at about 10 :30 at night...(by the way, the hours of operation on the door says it's open until 12am and not 11pm) and when we went inside, there was a worker with red hair sweeping the floor. No hello, no eye contact. She had her back turned to us and talking to someone on a headset..seemed more like a personal call. We literally waited for five minutes just standing there and we ask if we can use the bathroom..she rolls her eyes and says it's closed. We wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for someone to get us our order...she still has her back turned to us. It wasn't a busy night or anything. Just 4 of us inside the Starbucks. Another lady comes out and we think she's going to get our order. She rolls her eyes...I'm the FIRST one to say hello and SHE RESPONDS BACK WITH HER EYES.....ROLLING SO FAR BACK SHE MIGHT HAVE TAKEN A GLIMPSE AT HER HALO BRAIN.(I believe her name is Arielle) The first worker that was sweeping the floor then comes to take our order with an attitude saying "what can I make for you" that was the only words that came out of her mouth. I was so upset that I told her she needs to learn to greet customers and learn some basic customer service. They seem so miserable to work there..why hire workers like that? I went to the gas station next door and the gentleman new basic manners and customer service. I spoke to him about how horrible it is at this Starbucks place and he even stated that we were not the first ones to complain about their bitchy attitude. This is got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. In fact this has to be the worst coffee restaurant drive-through I have ever been to. Starbucks is known for its great customer service, little to say on our drive back from California I stopped off to get a coffee and was very disappointed the way I was treated. I went through the drive-through and there were no cars in front of me or behind me. Little to say the woman was very rude in taking my order and when I got to pay she snagged the money out of my hand and gave me my drink I never got a hello, I never got a thank you, I never even got a would you like your change back. I sat there for a good two minutes after I gave her the money and little to say she never open the door. I was then even more upset because my drink tasted nothing like it should've been. I ended up just driving off as I had to get back to Las Vegas. I really hope the owner of this location Looks into the issues they are having at the store. Many of us travel back-and-forth a few times a week and this could be a good reason why no one was in the drive-through at the Starbucks location. read more
