I asked for easy ice, not easy flavor, but that's exactly what I got here. I ordered the same thing I order at every Starbucks: A trenta Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher with light ice -and regular water (if I'm ordering on mobile). Checking my order on the app, that's exactly what I ordered, and I know that because my order is saved and also, I double checked after I got my drink. I was under the impression that whatever you send in on a mobile order is exactly what prints out on the sticker on the cup- there's no editing it on the baristas end. I was surprised when I got to Starbucks to see that my drink was almost clear. Every time I've gotten this drink it's pink, almost red. On the sticker it said add water? So I'm not sure if that meant they added extra water? But this drink had barely any flavor! It was water with berries in it. I have no idea what happened, this is probably one of the easiest drinks to make and they managed to mess it up, or just water it down completely. read more

Starbucks is my go to. I go to a lot of them. This location is not a well oiled machine. Management needs to step up. Gossiping and being on your phone or walking around is more important than giving customers service here. Had to get to work and wait 13 minutes for a drink. The place was dead too... will never be going to this location again. I am not one to complain on Yelp but wow this made me pissed especially since they could give a care less. read more

This location has a small town feel compared to others. I use to always enjoy visiting and picking up mobile orders from this location. However, my score is solemnly based on their terrible customer service today. The cashier was unprofessional and unfriendly. During our visit, she was got aggressive with my husband, wouldn't offer any suggestions for low sugar drinks, and was so unpleasant that we left. Their employees definitely need more customer service training. And apparently my review isn't the only one about their terrible customer service. read more

Yay! I'm a fan. Of this particular Starbucks that is. Plain and simple: customer service. Been here a few times and each time, I've experience service that's genuinely friendly and personal. In fact, each time, the staff knew patrons in line and were engaged in conversation on a personal, but professional level. If I came in regularly, I'm guessing that they'd know me and my name too. Accidentally found this Starbucks while driving in the plaza to go to Total Wine. I was actually looking for Starbucks nearby because I found more than five within a mile but oddly, I couldnt find any. Then here I come to go to Total Wine and found it. This particular statbucks is pretty small. But they do have everything you need. Actually quite many tables and chairs to study if you are staying here for awhile AND also restroom. I placed a mobile order just because I received an email saying that I can get an extra star if I do so. My drink was ready less than 2 minutes. Though the Barista who made my drink clearly didnt get my order when it has a sticker saying Iced Green Tea with Light Ice. She first said it was iced passion tea then iced green tea lemonadr and said iced green tea. I asked for light ice but she did not accomodate that either. However, the guy working at the register was very polite and nice. I askes to get a refill later and he said something about not being sure about policy on giving refills on mobile orders but he still got it for me. Walked here with a friend on her birthday. She lives nearby and we both needed caffeine after our long day and her birthday party later that night. This is a tiny location with a few indoor/outdoor seating spots. Service is fast and friendly. I got my chai extra hot and it did not disappoint. It wasn't exactly memorable either. At least it wasn't foamy. My friend swears by their Americano. Maybe I'll actually get that someday. Most days I just really want a chai. Either way, you can't stay here long. Super tiny Starbucks that closes remarkably early (I think 9pm during the holiday season?!), boo! The drinks are rarely filled to the top and the employees are kinda unfriendly (although it's hit or miss, depending on which mood you catch 'em in). The baristas also make the drinks just ok...and again, since they fill them waaaay under the top of the cup (more than other Starbucks), one would at least hope the quality of the drink surpasses other locations. Sadly, it does not! Also, as many others stated, this location is remarkably small - there's literally only 4 or 5 little tables inside the restaurant, as well as one bench with two makeshift booths in the corner (but they're always occupied- even at 7am in the morning). It can feel a bit cramped and claustrophobic, especially if you go during rush hours (i.e. anytime before 8am). On the bright side, you can get in and out fairly quickly. Because the location is rather small, it seems like the baristas try to rush to ensure everyone's drink gets made relatively fast. Even on the busiest of mornings, I've still only has to wait about 10 minutes, which still wasn't too bad. In addition, they have a nice and cozy outdoor patio right outside, which I've had many a meet-up at :) Back when I was planning my wedding, I also met some of my vendors here, as the plaza this Starbucks is located in is really easy to find! It's right off the freeway and has a bunch of huge stores/restaurants in the plaza (DSW, Mother's Market, Lucille's), so I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a quick place to meet up or hang out at! :) read more

Always great and never late. I can't complain. I get my fix here everyday and they are always quick and perfect with my order. The staff here is as expected, professional and courteous and always smiling which starts off everyone's day greatly. I always use the app to order so when I get there I just go straight to the pickup line and I'm out in less than 30 seconds. Technology is amazing. Their app really is ahead of the curve and it is quick and convenient. The place is always clean and spotless as well and very tidy. Small Starbucks. It kind of gets hidden, even in daylight. Sensational customer service! The beverages left a little something to be desired; my iced caramel macchiato w/soy tasted a bit odd, not like the usual ones I get from other locations and my husband said his caramel frapp wasn't sweet enough. We still finished them though. It's been a couple of months since I last had Starbucks, so this was an impulsive walk through. Amazing, loving, staff with the sole purpose of making your stay there perfect each and every time! I love them all, and this store will always be my go-to whenever I'm in town! If you're around often enough, they even have a customer of the week board, where they write amazing stuff that nobody would think they remembered! Every time I come to this location they are always short of supplies. Out of forks; stoppers; honey; napkins; etc. What's worse is they don't tell you they are out of something until you finish ordering. Really? It's Starbucks, so no surprise on the menu. I'm knocking the rating down because of the miserable parking situation, unless you are there for your morning coffee. A late afternoon or evening coffee will be tough to get unless you walk to the shopping center. The restaurant is small, so there is no comfortable seating. This review is for Alyssa! I came here after a horrible experience at a nail salon really close to this location for a pick me up. I ordered a tall caramel frap and she asked me about whip cream. I usually skip it but today I said "the nail salon broke my nails so load the whip cream on!" She was really sweet about everything and basically made my what would have been very bad day...GREAT. I grateful for her today and hope that whenever I come into this location, she is working. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt about 3 times.... today was my 4th visit in & I really hoped I wasn't going to have a bad experience again...... I was wrong. I specifically asked the gentleman at the front to repeat my order & when I got my drink at the pick up area, the barista said my name & with a total different beverage description. When I let him know it should have been something else he kindly grabbed it and apologized and offered to re make it for me. Just as he was about to toss it, the guy who took my order rushed up to tell me the drink I got WAS correct & handed it back to me!? I wasn't in the mood to argue so I just said okay and walked out. Got into my car and sipped my drink & Of course.. it wasn't what I ordered :) Not only was it was the wrong drink... but it spilled all over my floor mat when I turned out of their parking lot & also splashed all over my new WHITE converse. I have been going to this Starbucks for awhile and it's a little bit on the smaller side. My drinks have always been great! One time the barista gave me the wrong size drink so she gave me the wrong size one and a one that was the right size! I scored two drinks!! Looking to study here might not be the best idea due to its size. But it's possible if not all the tables are taken. The baristas here are super nice the only complaint I have is it is a hit or miss how fast you get out. Some days I have been out super quick and other days I felt like it took forever just to order my drink. This location does not have a drive thru which I did not know before I came so I'm putting it at the beginning of my review for people who care. The employees here are very friendly and I have never gotten an incorrect drink from this location. But they honestly get caught up in their own conversations behind the counter and it makes the service slow. I've been here three times and have not had a visit last less than 15 minutes. At every other Starbucks location, crowded or not, it takes less than 10 minutes to get in and out. The first time I came it took a little while for me to get my order and it was no big deal, I get it. But the second time I came it took them 20 minutes to make an iced green tea and there was only three other people in there besides me. The last time I came they completely forgot or misplaced my order and I had to remind them after seeing three other people, who came in and ordered after me, get their drinks first. Upon my third time entering Jessica recognized me and said, "You are becoming a regular!" I explained that I worked around the corner and I would probably come in quite a bit. She took my drink order to memory and its amazing every time! Sure enough the next time I came in, she didn't forget. Jessica is the reason I'm giving 5 stars. She definitely puts in the effort to know her customers.. And that is what it takes to have amazing customer service. The other staff is very friendly too. Small (awkwardly long/rectangular) location, not very many tables, but there are friendly baristas - always a plus! :) I came in today (Halloween 2012) as Batman (OF COURSE) and the lady gave me a weird look at first when taking down my order + name. The guy who rang me up finally understood the connection between "Grande Pumpkin Spiced Latte for Batman" when he saw my full costume :P All in all, they were nice if not surprised by my costume but they called out "Batman" proud and loud and that's all that really matters (and the fact that my drink was DEE-LICIOUS! :)) read more
