An empty starbucks right off a main road off the 5? How is this possible. I walked in and parked for awhile yesterday since my net was down & the traffic on the way back from the 5 was hellacious. It's somewhere you could go to hide out. There wasn't anyone interesting to gawk at.. except for a guy that looked like an older Dallas Green... (Why didn't you approach me lookalike guy?) I saw a few people who I would only assume work within the film industry. Some just have "that look" you know? The seat I chose for ease of the outlet was a bit meh. Behind me was the kiosk for straws and hints of cinnamon. While I could browse "whatever I wanted" I felt a bit hesitant to do so considering there were also kids coming in the door right behind me... The strange part is that even though it was dead for a majority of the time I was there, at about 9:45 or so, it started to get packed like it was a prohibition of coffee'ing. read more

First time I came here i noticed how small this location was compared to others I have visited... The service what good and my order was made rather quickly.. The place was clean, though there were alot of men in groups of 2 or more sitting around which I was kind of uncomfortable as they were looking at me like some piece of meat.. I never thought a Starbucks was a cruise joint but these men looked in their late 40 and up... Wi-Fi is offered for free so I stayed a bit since I had my tablet with me. Over-all, I have returned to this location & haven't had a problem, but notice they have alot of people here just for the Wi-Fi. read more

Coffee - always good. Staff - friendly. Location - not my favorite. I swear this place is always busy, it's like a club I'm not a part of. The "I have a seat" club. Also today there is a loud continuous high pitch beep noise. So all things considered this is one of the worst Starbucks experiences of my life, but still pretty darn good. Of all my travels all the Starbucks along the way this spot is hands down my favorite. Small coffee shop feel, excellent staff and just a super rad experience when I come in which is frequently. Never a bad experience. Used to come frequently back when I lived down the road. Costumer service is ace. They even know how to handle a busy line. Finally, competency at a Starbucks! However I have to take one star off for parking. They're kind of crammed in the corner and there's never a convenient spot, so I have to park in the grocery lot and walk over. Not a big deal but makes this place just shy of being a perfect Starbucks location. Also note that during busy hours, there isn't much seating available both indoors and outdoors so you'll likely have to wait for something to open up if you plan on staying. read more

My favorite Starbucks, its my usual spot I like the parking in front of it very convenient unlike the one ok San Fernando. It can be pretty hectic sometimes in the morning but the staff are super friendly almost all of them know my name and say hi once I get in. This Starbucks location has restored my faith in the Starbucks company. After a couple of bad experiences at a couple of Starbucks locally, I was left looking for a good Starbucks to frequent. The parking situation is really less-than great but the customer service truly more than makes up for it. I frequent the Ralph's nearby and decided, recently, to try this location. I was craving the Pumpkin Spice Latte (yup, total white girl cliche, I know...). There was a long line but the Baristas were getting through it quickly. When I got closer to the registers, I overheard that they were out of PSL mix. I started to walk away but then I hopped back in line, thinking a Macchiato would suffice. Well, luckily, my Barista was Lauren. When I expressed my dismay about the lack of PSL mix, she recommended a "Dirty Chai" because I really love the spices in the PSL. It was a total success! In fact, I liked that almost as much as PSL! Upon my second return, I thanked her for the previous recommendation. She advised that if I liked that, I should try PSL with a pump of Chai for the extra flavor. It was amazing and is now my go-to drink for Autumn! I had a screaming 4 month old in my back seat and somehow managed to reach for my cup which completely exploded all over my car. First time visiting this Starbucks and it was definitely my worst experience at any Starbucks to date. Most of the time I have an amazing experience but today I waited in line for about 7-8 minutes with no one at the register even though I counted 6 people working. I proceeded to order 2 medicine balls which took a grand total of 18 minutes to make . I'm not quite sure that it should take this long to make a pair of teas? As I was waiting I watched people come in to place their order , pick up their order and leave . Perhaps it was a mobile order?... it wasn't as they had a separate order for mobile orders. The only upside to this location was that it was clean and the drinks tasted as they should . The wait time and the fact no one apologized for it or even acknowledged it was a major turn off. No one should have to wait 25 minutes to get a tea. read more

As a Starbucks addict, I love getting Starbucks when I can. The parking at this location can get pretty packed and sometimes it's hard to find a spot. This location gets busy during rush hours, 9 am, 3 pm and 5 pm. But even during rush hour they do a great job to keep you satisfied with your drink. This is one of the ONLY Starbucks locations I've gone to that I've never had a problem with my order not being exactly what I ordered. It's just a refreshing change for once. This location is always fully staffed so the line moved fast and your order comes out quickly. I only gave it three stars because it doesn't have a drive-thru, and parking can be difficult since it's in a small shopping center with a restaurant and a CVS. read more

The baristas always have an attitude which can ruin your mood and due to this fact I don't like going to this specific starbucks, it's also quite small too with little seating so if you want to go here to work I'd recommend the starbucks on San Fernando and walnut. read more

The Starbucks menu is fairly standardized so there isn't much to say, except when they make mistakes. Unfortunately, they used milk in my drink instead of the soy I ordered and paid extra for. I know mistakes happen, but it's not a minor thing for a lot of people who are allergic. It's the equivalent of food poisoning. When I had the time later that day to bring it back, the barista didn't even apologize. I realize he's not personally responsible for a drink earlier in the day, but it's really the least you can do to give a half hearted apology. read more

Not really my favorite Starbucks, now do I choose to come to this location often. I come here almost every week and spend close to $100. I have had issues almost every time I come. This is past week it took almost 30 minutes to get my drinks. I mentioned I had 16 drinks and only noticed 15 on the sticker. After waiting for all other drinks to arrive is when I was able to identify the missing drink. Then the barista said go and pay for he drink and I will make it. read more

Very conveniently located Starbucks. Easy to find parking and if you feel like a burger with your coffee or tea, there's burger joint in the same parking center. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The restroom was also clean and stocked. They have both inside and outside seating - but it can become a little crowded during peak hours. Also, they supply free wifi. I will definitely be back to fulfill by coffee and tea cravings. read more

Where do I begin?!?! I have been going to Starbucks for as long as I can remember and not once have I been so disgusted by the behavior of the barista taking my order. Scratch that, never has any employee anywhere been so rude and just plain disrespectful as this guy. Saturday(4th of July) my cousins and I decide to go to Starbucks around 2pm, one of my cousins is here from out of state and not that it was a big deal but I wanted the drinks to be my treat, so I handed Craig my card and said "heres this to get it out of the way" and during this time my cousin handed him a $100 bill.. What does he do? He throws her money back at her and throws my card in the tip jar.. At first I assumed haha its a joke but the look on his face said otherwise so I just took my card and began the order, I ask if they had a certain beverage they usually keep in the refrigerator he rudely answers no. I proceed to place the rest of my order and when I finished I asked if he can now take my card and just handed him my card. Then when I ask him for his name he does not give me his name, he just keeps asking if theres more he can do. (His name wasn't clearly written on his tag) so I ask him again and he tells me his name is Craig. I straight out told him he needs to work on his customer service skills as his behavior was uncalled for. He was the rudest person I have EVER encountered. I get it, it was 4th of July, but how is that my problem that he has to work?!? Or why would it even be a problem, I'm sure he's getting paid accordingly. I was so annoyed that I have shared this story with all those close to me who frequent this Starbucks and my husband who is a regular there and knows the manager will be having a convo with her as this is NOT the way customers should be treated. I recently stopped by this Starbucks on my way to work as I needed my caffeine fix early that morning. The drinks and food offerings are the same as all other Starbucks, so my focus is on the service rather than the food. The staff here is wonderful! That morning everything seemed to be going wrong for the staff; some of the machines weren't working and orders were starting to back up. The barista making my drink (Jessica) was super friendly and chatted with me as I waited for my coffee. I couldn't help but be cheery myself as I continued to talk to her. After getting my coffee, I asked her about my food order as I was concerned that they seemed short staffed and it may not have been put through. She gladly followed up on my order when she realized it had not been processed. While waiting for my food, another patron placed an order for a regular coffee when they had just run out. The employee taking orders informed them that they were brewing more coffee and that it would take a few minutes. If they were willing to wait, the coffee would be on the house (which is exactly what happened). Upon receiving my breakfast sandwich, the staff apologized for the wait and provided me with a voucher for a free drink for the inconvenience of waiting. I really appreciated the small gestures that the staff made to make up for all that was going wrong when they simply could have done nothing. read more
