I come to this Starbucks every once in awhile, but today I was really impressed. I thought the baristas Sogol and Kiana were fantastic. First off Marina is amazing!!! She always exerts knowledge for the menu and shows such charisma for her detail to customer satisfaction. My girlfriend and me both come here regularly and it is a very busy location. Although this location is fast and has the quality to match. It is our daily destination when getting our daily coffee fix. When you do go, hope you see Marina, she is the main reason we keep returning to this location as our favorite Starbucks. She is so personable and friendly that she has became one of our favorites in the community. My gf and me both always hope to see her when we stop by. The manfriend brought me here as part of our anniversary weekend. Our first date was your typical Starbucks get-to-know-you thing, so it was a cute idea to do a "fancier" version of the date. We wanted the bacon wrapped dates ($4.95) but they were out so we ordered and paid for truffle mac & cheese ($5.95). Turned out they were out of that too. To compensate they gave us Artichoke & Goat Cheese flatbread ($6.95), Chicken & Roasted Tomato flatbread ($6.95) and Chocolate Fondue ($6.95). I guess that makes up for paying $20 for a bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle. The service was excellent, not just because we ended up with free food, but because they brought the plates out to us, refilled the little bowls of pepitas that come with the wine regularly and were generally very helpful and nice. The place was pretty quiet, so maybe you wouldn't get this kind of service on a busier night. I had a great time though, and definitely recommend taking a little walk behind the store. There's a little creek (or would be if it wasn't summer & therefore dry), lots of plants, a cute gazebo and some benches to make out on. :) In the evenings you can reserve the "community table" (a long wooden table in the center of the room with chairs that are somewhere between chairs and barstools). First time at this location. Worst drink I've ever had made at Starbucks. The milk was obviously old and not stirred in, leaving chunks in my drink. The coffee was completely burnt. When I picked up the online order I went to ask a barista if they could fix it for me and she said "go ask on the other side" and didn't even look up to speak to me. This is my favorite Starbucks in all of the LA county! I love everything about this place, except that it closes too early sometimes. But the hard-working baristas deserve to go home early. The inside of the place is really nice and has some interesting art-looking pieces hanging everywhere. The outside is also really nice because it's like you're surrounded by a mini garden, and you have a nice view of the hills. Plenty of seating, but it gets crowded from 5 to 7 after business hours. It gets a bit messy, but I wouldn't blame it on the baristas. They've got their hands full with all the pretentious customers. The drinks are always top-notch and on time from my experience. Food is great and satisfying for a Starbucks. They serve alcohol! (I recommend the Racer IPA) I think the best part about this place is the baristas and the people. The people are always a colorful bunch and interesting to watch. This location has some very noticeable regulars, and seem friendly. I think at this point I'm a regular too, minus the social prowess. The baristas are ridiculously nice! Like seriously... all of em are so nice! They always find time to smile and are super hard working. They deserve all the best! This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. They have NO sense of Customer Service AT ALL! If it came down to the Barista or the Customer......Barista comes first They never get your order right and then accuse you of NOT ordering what you ordered. Even if they didn't hear you, it will be YOUR FAULT. They don't care about their customers. Watch out for Marina, she's miserable and NOT a people person. Do yourself a BIGGG favor and go to the one in Albertsons. They are kind and helpful. Maybe Starbucks is such a large Monopoly now that they don't pay attention to the quality of their employees...some of them. There are a few that are amazing but few and far between. Sad! Went into the store today to buy coffee and to buy some beans. Found out that my favorite beans were no longer available. Naomi took her time to help me find the right one for me. Gilbert took it a step further and made me a sample with the clover so that I could see if I liked the beans!. I was so bummed initially to find out that the one I wanted was a limited addition and gone but thanks to these two I find my new fav!. This is the best store around. This place really gets the job done when it's crowded. The people behind the counter are very welcoming and friendly. The pace for the place is fast, even when there are many people there. Lots and lots of seating inside and out. There seems to be a lot of people working on computers at this location which would make me think that its a good spot for it. Also, its located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking as well as other food locations, nails, groceries, etc. I also believe this place serves alcohol? Wow, very rude staff, and very long wait for simple food items. The young man who helped me first told me that something I ordered from the display had been discontinued and recalled. I showed him that the item was still on display (the tomato and cheese square). After that, I guess he was embarrassed, and became rude. He didn't offer me a receipt or say thank you. Reminded me a bit of the strange, aloof coldness that we encountered in Paris ;) Some of the patrons were also sort of snooty, so it may just be that this is a wealthy, snotty area. Our grilled cheese sandwich came out quickly, but my husband had to ask twice for the cheese square. The woman he asked checked, then said it had been forgotten, and that she had put it in just then. Very upbeat, trendy atmosphere. Staff is very kind and pleasant. I even had a patron give up his table so my daughter could do her schoolwork. Love staying in this area when we travel and consistently this Starbucks hasn't let us down with making us feel at home. The cashier called me by my first name today approaching the counter to order! Loved it! The food comes out perfectly warmed and ready to eat, drinks as requested. Can't say enough. I feel bad that I don't know the cashiers name. I don't make it out to this location very often because there are now four Starbucks within a 5 mile radius of where I live, but when I do I am never disappointed with the quality of my drinks or customer service. I typically use the mobile order feature to get my drinks as quickly as possible. They always come in a timely manner. Something that I love about this location is that they have PLENTY of seating. The store is very open and bright. It is just a pleasant place to sit and work or enjoy conversation with friends. I have noticed that I sometimes feel cramped or stuffy in other Starbucks locations. There is also plenty of parking nearby because they share a lot with several other restaurants and businesses. It is also right by the 101 freeway making it a perfect stop for your morning commute or next road trip! read more

I love my Starbucks and enjoy my chai tea! We stopped here on our way to Venice/Santa Monica for a few drinks. My venti iced chai tasted horrible. The passion tea with lemonade was not made right. The chocolate chip frap was not the right color. The store was filthy!!!!!!!! With that many employees you think someone could have taken a few minutes to clean up. Walked in to Starbucks today to get my mobile order and I politely asked the man working name is tristen. If I could have my order he said hold on one sec because he was to busy talking to someone else not about Starbucks but about personal life. Waited 15 minutes!! To get my drink keep in mind is what just a vanilla bean frap grande. And I also ordered online 10 mins beforehand, ps I saw my drink sitting on the counter . Then I look around while I'm waiting and I see some girl mopping the floor with a spray bottle of chemicals and she sat that chemical filled bottle on the counter where they prep our drinks. After the man was done talking and fiddling with someone's phone. I finally got my drink and was able to leave. This isn't usual for me because the mornings are usually fast pace and I get my drink on time. But this evening it was terrible service and terrible people working. read more

Whoever hired the current manager at this place needs to be fired!! Their standard for hiring employees are very low. So order a drink and 3 sandwiches online. Says it will take 3-8 minutes. At 15 minutes I see them make the drink and set it to the side. I'm assuming they are still making the sandwiches. At 20 minutes I finally ask. They then finally tell me they are out of the sandwiches. Seriously? So the drink is now watered down and I get no sandwiches. As I'm typing this "Jenna" comes to apologize blaming it on "the new guy" Dickey. I'm pretty sure she only apologized because she saw me sitting down typing into my phone and probably knew I was typing this bad review. But she did apologize and offer me something else. There's Starbucks everywhere but no other places can compare to this one. (And I've been to many as it's a daily ritual for me to satisfy my morning fix) however this store has a perfect blend of convenience, location, menu, outstanding customer service and most important of all, they make my drink perfect every time. Sure, it's an extra perk as well that all the staff knows me by name and knows how I like my perfectly complicated drink. I will miss it here as I have recently moved out of the area.
