Convenient location, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, and nice decor on the interior. Their "call system" is lacking though. The drinks were not labeled at the pickup counter, causing major confusion when it came to everyone picking up their orders.

Just after lunch time, the place was packed with the laptop loitering crowd. I can't really point fingers, because once I found a seat then that's exactly what I did for about two hours. After the lunch hours, some of the drip coffees are prepared to order. No worries, I like a fresh cup so it was better than usual. With a dozen or so people surfing the Internet, it was a bit slow. As for the wedding planner and assistant who came in to meet a bride and her maid of honor to discuss the upcoming nuptuals, without buying a coffee, that's just wrong. At least the Korean lady helping a couple with their taxes (yes, this happened) bought a drink!

Really great, local café that I will absolutely be adding to my regular coffee shop + bakery…read morerotation. Plentiful parking out front. Good amount of seating inside (mostly 2-seaters; one larger table reserved for bigger groups). Helpful and friendly staff who were amazing with my little one. You have to try a slice of the basque cheesecake. The plain slice (with no whipped cream or fruit topping) is not overly sweet and the perfect amount of "burnt" & creamy. We also tried the madeleines, which - as the café's name suggests - were on point. And the garlic bagel is a garlic + cream cheese lover's dream. The iced dalgona latte was such a treat. Sweet with a creamy foam and topped with crunchy cookies - very well balanced and delightful to drink. The prices reflect the care and high quality of the products. Come support this amazing local spot and enjoy their unique, thoughtful offerings!

She got their garlic bagel--the only type of bagel they offer - and it was generously stuffed with delicious, aromatic garlic. She enjoyed it! The café is decorated charmingly, with little Madeleine cookie designs stamped throughout the space. They have a small section with some gift items for sale. They also sell Madeleine cookies, of course, though we didn't get any. The service was given with genuine smiles. The prices were normal - not a deal but not over-the-top. We enjoyed our breakfast and will happily come back!

One thing I always struggle with in Nashville is that they tend to run out of donuts and drinks pretty early in the day. Even by late afternoon, there are very few options left. That wasn't the case here. When I visited, they still had a great selection of donuts available, which made the experience much more enjoyable. I finally got the chance to try their lattes, and they did not disappoint. The Banana Bread Latte was one of the best specialty lattes I've had--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The Café con Leche was equally impressive and absolutely delicious. The donuts were just as fresh and delicious as always, and having plenty of options to choose from made the visit even better. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. I only wish the Nashville stores would stock more throughout the day so customers can enjoy the same experience. If you're near Ballantyne, this location is definitely worth a visit!

We get to the car and try to sneak one with a quick pop in our mouths and OMG. Stale stale stale. They were so bad - all of us stopped mid-chew and scrambled for napkins because we couldn't even force them down. It made us very scared for the remaining items, but they were fine - just proceed with caution. Not all glazed sparkling things are delicious. We may try again, but it will take some time before I can convince my family to give it a go. Nothing worse than a stale donut that looks beautiful. *** Sadly the suggested email address doesn't respond *** it's ok, at least folks know to proceed with caution.

Also a decent wine list and yet other lists of specialty cocktails. And this location is absolutely superior in every way to their previous, awful, Red Stone location. Service is great. Tonight, Kayley C. took care of us. Glasses of wine for each of us a Malbec at $9 and a Red Blend at $10. I wanted shrimp but had to settle for it as a side for $7. Broiled of fried, I went for broiled and the seven shrimp were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. My main was Go Fishing at $18. What a large portion! Six one inch thick and three inches long cod came perfectly fried, along with their excellent French fries. Not over cooked and a decent pile of them. Excellent white coleslaw was enjoyed by both of us and the tartar sauce was also perfect. I took three of the fish sticks and half of the slaw home, and Kayley brought me another cup of tartar sauce at $.50. That was lunch the next day. Wife had their Beef Philly sandwich at $15, which came with the white slaw. She brought half of it home as the portion was generous. She liked it. Eat inside or outside and be amused with TV screens circling the rooms. Parking is all around, so no problem.
