Wanted to leave a quick review because of how nice two employees were. I almost never go to Starbucks in general since I dislike coffee lol. But two days ago I was adventurous. First stop was Dennys, getting a large grand slam, then realizing they really had no drinks, I popped into Starbucks. I don't even know how to order with all these new types of coffees out there. But Allen came to the rescue. I told him I hated coffee but I liked chocolate. He was super nice, funny, just perfect customer service. I ended up getting a peppermint and chocolate mix of something lol. It was great. Allen was great. We had a few laughs, and I was a happy customer. First time visiting this Starbucks location and loved how it was quiet, as I needed a clear mind with minimal distractions to work on some social media content. I placed my order online via the mobile app , and after more than 20 mins without my name being called, I checked on the status and was told my sticker was accidentally placed in the trash bin (HUH?). No biggie as the baristas quickly apologized and gave me a complimentary upgrade from a Grande to a Venti. I didn't order any food items, but saw they had pretty good selection still available. The store hours advertised as being opened until 9pm but by 8:15pm, the store manager was already advising the customers they were closing in 15 minutes (by 8:30pm). Again, not a huge deal, but I would've selected another location if I had known they would be closing prior to the posted time. Overall, I would come back if I'm in the area again. read more

This location is just bad as the soquel canyon location with angry baristas working that have no customer service skills. The management is just as bad so no surprise there. This Starbucks is located next to the freeway, making it very convenient to drive through, order, pay/pickup, then head onto the freeway. I have only been to the drive through at this location and have never entered the store, but it's perfect! The baristas taking my order are always super friendly and make small talk here and there at the window. Wait times are fairly quick even when there are a few cars ahead. Although there is another Starbucks less than a block away, this one is my usual go to location to be in and out quickly, especially in the mornings! The only negative experience I had here was when they heated up the label into my sandwich a few weeks ago in the morning. Other than that, everything is great here! Terrible drive thru service. Emma (supervisor) could not get my order right. I asked for a Custom Venti Iced Green Tea, with 4 scoops of matcha powder and 4 packets of stevia. That was too difficult for Emma to understand, so I repeated my order slowly another 3x. Custom Venti Iced Green Tea, with 4 scoops of matcha powder and 4 packets of stevia. At one point, she repeated back a latte with 2 packets of Splenda. The store wasn't busy. I was the only one in the drive thru. The store was empty, so I cant give them that. Eventually, Emma put the order in - but wait, there's more! I get to the window and they're trying to charge me $6. I know that's not right because I get this drink all the time and it's never that expensive. I asked them to look at it again, so Emma (supervisor) joins us at the window and repeats the order back for a custom latte. How are we still talking about a latte at this point when I spent almost 5 minutes correcting you. Custom Venti Iced Green Tea, with 4 scoops of matcha powder and 4 packets of stevia. Emma (supervisor) is frustrated and begins arguing with me that I told her latte and everyone of her employees heard latte. Another store employee joins the conversation at the window. We now have the supervisor and 2 employees arguing with me. I'm speaking to Emma because she's the supervisor and giving her my complaint and feedback, meanwhile, her employee in the back is laughing and mocking me and clapping. I ignored her. Here are my complaints: 1. How could the supervisor sit there and argue with me about my order. 2. The supervisor lost control of her staff. I would've immediately told that employee to leave the conversation as she was going to escalate it with her clapping and mocking and laughing as I'm providing my feedback to the supervisor. Emma should be retrained as a leader. She lost control of the situation. Poor leadership when your staff mocks and essentially insults the customer in front of their leader. I felt like I was dealing with a group of high school kids without supervision. Unprofessional. Not the Starbucks experience I'm used to. read more

This Starbucks has been our go to spot since we moved to the preserve area almost 4 years ago. And a few times that we've gone through drive through they have messed up our order. We tried to go again today and we ordered a cookie dough cake pop and a venti Carmel frap with no whip. Well come to find out it got messed up again. The staff is very friendly, nice and polite. They truly are the reason for the five stars. I'm a regular here, for the most part I don't have any issues, I think once or twice they've been out of the seasonal drinks but it's never been an ongoing issue. If you're not satisfied with your drink they'll remake it. There usually isn't a line either and the drive through never gets too long from what I've seen read more

"Please help me!" Two tests already on the second week of school, and that doesn't make me a happy camper. I needed my caffeine fix, and resorted to this Starbucks located in a small plaza with a Denny's, sushi place (Sushi Ten), nail salon, and a pizzeria. It's not the biggest Starbucks I've been to, but there were a few couches and tables to sit on. "Welcome to Starbucks!" is how the barista greeted me as I walked in, admiring all the new October/Halloween decorations and festivity (all the workers wore black and orange!) And since it's finally fall, their new selection of drinks came in. I ordered a short Pumpkin Spice Latte with a Cream Cheese Pumpkin muffin for roughly $5.50 (estimated). Those baristas made my drink quick and I was very pleased by my warm, sweet (but not too sweet), pumpkiny latte. It made me feel all warm inside since it's already cold out. And my pumpkin muffin complemented my drink very well (minus the cream cheese part; it was pretty bland to me).
