Love this location. It was my first time here this morning. I came to buy a cup of oatmeal to start my day. When I pulled in, the drive thru line was so long. There was literally 15 cars in line. I passed them all and walked inside. The whole staff greeted me with a big WELCOME TO STARBUCKS and a big smile. I told them that they're famous this morning since there were so many people in line. Wow! They said most people still don't like walking inside. I told them, I liked their greeting and thats why I came inside. I felt the love. Place was clean. Staff all had masks and gloves on. The other day I ordered a latte with vanilla sweet cream and the kid who took my order gave it to me with milk when I drove up. I said this isn't what I ordered. He said "cream and milk are the same as cream comes from milk". Apparently making coffee makes you a teacher? I said and cheese comes from milk but does that mean they are the same? The manager did give me my correct order, but said that he was correct. I work in HR so have communicated my concern to Starbucks corporate HR in Seattle as well, but wanted to let the customers know to go elsewhere. Apparently, I go to a lot of Starbucks. Which is probably true because they're all over the place and I drink a lot of tea. But no coffee. That stuff is nasty. How do you people get it down? Anyway, they have great chai at Starbucks. Especially if you get it my way; venti soy chai, no water, no foam, six pumps. Just say all of that to the happy barista behind the counter and you'll love it. Except the price because Starbucks charges extra for soy milk, even though it's no more expensive than cow's milk, which doesn't make sense but that's Starbucks. Also, you can't contact their corporate office to complain because they will completely ignore you. I would remove a star for that but that's not fair to the baristas who work so hard to make this Starbucks such a nice place to visit. If I'm back in the area, I'll come here again. This has nothing to do with employees or the product. What happened to Starbucks having some character. I recall going to this same location many times to walk in and hear some "coffee music jazz" playing from the sound system. There were people around on their laptops, some having meetings while grabbing a latte or whatever else. Today I walk in and the place has been completely redone, the speakers are 4 inch ceiling speakers about 20 feet in the air in the corners and can't be heard. All the walls have been repainted, with a sterile color and artwork has changed. It's lost all the dark wood and vibrant colors. I don't know, to me it's terrible. Atmosphere is as important as the product in my opinion when it comes to coffee houses. Other than that, the coffee tastes exactly the same as all the other ones. read more

First off, I am not really a coffee drinker like most people that stop at Starbucks are. My experience at this Starbucks is mostly drive thru. I've only been inside once, and it was only because I got the wrong drink. Once inside I did notice how clean and well kept it was it had that Barnes&Nobles vibe to it. Stopped into this Starbucks today and used there drive thru. I frequent Starbucks but usually use the parkland location. Today I was very disappointed with my service. It took me 31 minutes to get my order as it wS a busy day and the service was slow. The reason for 1 star is because the lady taking orders couldn't handle the heat. I asked for a pecan tart and she responded with "oh I'm not sure" paused a second and then said "what was it you wanted again?" So after being told they are in fact out I changed my order to a WARMED cheese Danish. After my 30 minute wait the cheese Danish was ice cold. Obviously this associate was not actively listening and couldn't handle the pressure. Typically I commend how well the Starbucks employees handle traffic but not this time. Next time I'll stick with my local Starbucks. Update 2/1/15: Not sure why I even thought of coming back to this Starbucks. I hate that it is right next door to my gym. The employees have no sense of urgency, don't greet anyone and the place is a mess. They had a shipment come in this morning and it's all over the store. Terrible read more

This is the best Starbucks ever! It's next to my son's daycare and I've been coming here for years. They knew us by name from the start and love to say hi to my son when we come in. I've been going to this location for a couple of years now on a daily basis. In the last couple of months many of the old employees have been replaced by kids that have no idea what they are doing. The drive thru takes forever and usually gets it wrong the first time . Unfortunately I think it's under new management which is part of the problem. Waited over 5 minutes in the driver through with them only asking me to wait before I went inside to wait another 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me.
