Great Starbucks if you're making a pit stop in College Station. I drove in from Houston and this was the first Starbucks I encountered in the college station area. Plenty of tables, desks and seats to study/work. They also have comfortable padded seats with plugs nearby. I ordered my coffee on the Starbucks app 5 minutes before arriving and it was ready when I got there. My caramel macchiato came out as ordered so the coffee was good. This is the issue with Starbucks. There are too many drinks for the employees to mess up. Prime example I order vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I get cold brew and cream. Go back in tell them the issue. They give me a NEW beverage of cold brew and cream. I think Starbucks needs to start color coding the menu. The most inconsistent coffee ever. I usually order a grande vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and every time I get something different. I went this morning to get two drinks and a scone and cake pop for me and my daughter. There was a ton of people waiting which I understand at 7:45 in the morning. I waited roughly 25 minutes and still no drinks. I could see my daughter and my cups( she ordered a child size hot chocolate so cup was easier to pick out in the line of cups waiting to be made). And I could see the baristas pulling cups that were lined up behind ours get pulled to be made in front of ours. When I asked how much longer, I was told don't know, what's your name? I was then told I was next yet I could still see cups from behind mine being made. Please do not tell me you are going in order of the orders placed when I see you pulling cups ahead of mine. We ended up waiting almost an hour of our drinks. I have never been this disappointed at Starbucks. read more

Freaking disgusting is what I just witnessed. A barista dropped a cup on the floor just now and the customer called her out when he asked for her not to use it for his drink. She was literally going to use it and made up some excuse that she had some system and yelled at the customer. My order took almost 20 minutes. This is one of the better Starbucks near Cstat, it's definitely the newest. My favorite Starbucks here. The drive through is a little inconvenient and people tend to drive the opposite way around the store, but that has nothing to do with them. Only had a couple incidents of wrong orders, but I tend to never order straight off the menu so that's never a big deal. As long as you tell them what's up they're happy to correct for free (which is more than I can say for a couple Starbucks I've been to). I've never sat down to a sticky mess and that's a definite plus over any of the others I've been to (and one of my biggest pet peeves). read more
