Every time I go here they always never have the drinks I want in stock if u want to have a good experience or time don't bother going here

This location is a joke. It is consistently filled with a slew of new employees who seem to have no clue what they're doing or how to manage the flow of in-person, drive-through and mobile orders. They repeatedly ignore simple requests (e.g., light ice) and somehow take three times longer to fulfill an order than practically any other Starbucks. I assume the old manager is gone as I've seen him at another location in Roseville. Too bad... he was solid and this location desperately needs better training and more competent staff members. read more

I come here almost every morning thru the drive thru and today i really needed a good coffee and i got a grande cinnamon docle latte with non fat and light whip, my usual and it tastes AWFUL! I have to give a MAJOR shoutout to the staff here but especially Manager Charles Walker. My 15 year old son left our Mac laptop there a few weeks ago and we didn't even realize it was missing (he shares the laptop with his sister, so he figured that she had it). Fast forward weeks later when I get a phone call at home and Charles tells me that he went to the Apple store to track down who it belonged to. Who does that?? I'm so beyond grateful!! I would like to give a BIG THANKYOU for the Chocolate Christian sandwich wonderful customer service I received today! There were two girls that helped me. I believe one of the girls name was Kawliey well I know it started with a K....lol sorry Anyways I was kinda lost because my phone died and I was seeing new clients today so I was new to the area and without GPS I'm lost! Sooo I was in search for a starbucks coffee and a lil charge wellll I started driving down Hazel which seemed like forever! Finally I found a Starbucks! I ordered a caramel frappuccino , chocolate pastry , & a reusable Starbucks cup. My card would not read she tried it every way, then Kawliey(sorry) tried it and even did some creative trick to read my card but nothing. I did not have cash on me either so looks like no coffee for me. But to my surprise she offered me coffee and pastry for free but not cup! WoW! Thank you!! Waited for 35 min in the drive thru. Got my drink and it tasted like milk with sugar in it, absolutely no trace of coffee. I'm pretty sure they for got to put the shots in there altogether. I had to go inside with a baby for them to remake it because I was not about to spend another half hour in the drive through. Terrible service for a 6 dollar drink. They weren't putting names on cups which made it a free for all and people were grabbing out of order. 20 minutes. Seriously?!?!?!? Update: I ended up stopping at this Starbucks the next day and they were handing out free drinks. There's seem to be a Starbucks location every mile or so, and I have probably visited most of them that are in the area. They all seem to be similar, you have both good experiences and bad ones. This location is consistent, consistently bad. Employees lack personality and customer service skills and the drive through takes a ridiculously long time. On the days that I work in this area, I now leave earlier to drive a little out of the way to avoid this location. read more

Hot diggity! Was I ever happy when they put this bad boy with a drive-thru in less than a mile from my workplace! I get a *little* lazy in the rainy season, I have a bad habit of waking up late in all seasons, and I don't get much opportunity to leave my office during the day, so a drive-thru is AWESOME! I like coming to this location whenever I am in the mood for Starbucks they are very fast very efficient and very quick to take your order and get your drink this is a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very clean drive-through very clean parking lots and the drinks they make are amazing The staff is very friendly and they make sure to repeat order to make sure you're getting exactly what you asked for the restrooms are very clean the inside of the establishment is very clean my favorite drinks here is the caramel crunch Frappuccino is really good and the white chocolate mocha is also a favorite of mine and a Java chip I think I love every drink that Starbucks has LOL they also have really great breakfast items such as croissants lemon cakes and much more they even have cake pops for kids I highly recommend this location to anybody in the area who loves Starbucks as much as I do I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great drinks to come thank you Starbucks for being so awesome and so great I look forward to my next visit here again very soon read more

My co-workers and I went through the drive thru... First off the lady Brittany who was at the window refused to take our money. Second off.... She handed all the drinks back to us messy with caramel... Coffee... Just dripping down the sides of the cups. Third off... She hands back our 3rd order that was ordered "iced" as a hott drink... And we where like oh this was suppose to be hott.... And she goes "oh well you didn't say you wanted it iced.." All rude with an attitude and snatched the cup back, dumped it back in a cup of ice and handed it back to us and closed the window. Never in my life have I ever rec'd service like that at Starbucks since I go to this one at least 4 times a week since it's right next to my job. Def will not be going back. read more

Worse experience ever! Don't bother ordering in advance. If this was one time occurrence I wouldn't waste my time posting this review. This location is very chaotic, especially on the weekends. Unless you have 30+ minutes to wait for coffee that you ordered in advance with their app go somewhere else. I ended up canceling my order & going to work late without coffee. It's actually one of the more disappointing Starbucks locations. The baristas always have a bad attitude and they never make the drinks right. I ordered a cold brew and they gave it to me at room temperature. My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich and got a muffin instead. Total lack of attention to detail from the employees. There was even a day when I pulled up to the drive through and they were so backed up, that an employee walked out, got in his car, and blocked the drive-thru with his vehicle to stop more customers from entering. The only reason I gave it two stars is because of its convenience, great location and it's a drive-thru. However, the staff needs to be either re-trained or just turned over completely. It's also possible that management is setting a poor example and needs to be replaced. read more

Nothing like ordering your $5.00 mocha latte and you get to work and its a tasteless plain latte and not what you ordered. Bullshit.

I waited 25 minutes for an order that was wrong, I said I didn't want bacon on a sandwich, the lady then said again ok we are remaking it cause we forgot to take off the bacon, then asked me to pull around and wait. And after a few minutes I got the sandwich and checked and it had bacon. Not wanting to wait again, I just left. Really disappointed cause I took off the bacon and it took all the cheese with it so it was barley a sandwich. Super disappointed that they clarified with me twice and then still I got the wrong thing. read more

Stopped On my way home from work couldn't get my order right had to remake my drink and it still tasted horrible

I had thee Worst experience with this company! I bought over $100 in gift cards and one of the $50 gift cards that was active according to my receipt wasn't actually active. I noticed the number on the inside of the packaging and the number on the outside packaging. The first customer service representative talked in circles that I needed to go back to the store to fix the problem. I informed him that I already spoke with the store and their gift card services department and they are telling me that because it shows active on their end that I had to contact Starbucks. I explained this the the man, i gave him both numbers (the one on the card that showed there was no money or that the card was ever activated and the number on the packaging that says that there is $50 active) he then says I suggest you use the other number to which I told him I tried that already and that the security code on the card did not work, he then proceeded to hang up on me after all that. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was taken care of it fixed they didn't give a single F that I was out $50 cash which I again had my receipt to prove. bullshit company. 10/10 would NEVER recommend read more

I would give them 5 stars because the drive thru was really fast! However, once I got home and unloaded my drinks, I realized they forgot to give me my 2 year olds cake pop. It sucks when I go into my favorite Starbucks and I hear that the employees that I love have been ill-treated by some customers (who apparently have never worked retail). So I thought, rather than complain about something silly, I would give these guys props for ALWAYS making me feel good about where I choose to get my coffee. This location is literally the first drive thru I pass on my way to rocklin at 530am so I thought for sure this was gonna be my go to spot. Man was I so wrong. The first few times I started coming here my drink order was messed up and the people were rude but I figured hey it's super early I'll keep coming here and maybe a different barista will make my non complicated drink order the correct way. Nope! Fast forward now 3 weeks and 2 days ago, my drink order was so screwed up I finally had to go inside and demand my money back. Super disappointed, I now have to leave my house earlier and pass my job just to get my coffee every morning. This Starbucks location is the worst I've ever been to. read more

Please train staff there on how to make Smoked Butterscotch Latte. It's my favorite limited time drink at Starbucks each year, but at this location I have ordered it 4 different times and you cannot even detect the Butterscotch flavor. Today I ordered one through drive thru and asked for extra Butterscotch thinking that might help. Still could not taste it at all! Other locations around (Sunrise, Sierra College) have made this perfectly. The Cavitt location is most convenient but I'll have to start going out of my way. read more

I used to come here all the time and would have a great experience, but as of late their consistency has been terrible, and they frequently mess up drinks that I am paying 4-5$ for, a completely exorbitant amount to begin with. This is the Cavitt-Stallman location that has it's drive thru facing Douglas Blvd but the address is on C-S. Don't confuse this one with the non-drive thru location up the road. I really like the set up of this Starbuck's inside and it is a drive thru too. It has a great space with a big long table surrounded by other seating. Lots of people are always studying here no matter what time I come in. The staff are upbeat and drinks as they should be. Private lot parking provides an easy in and out. This SB is across from Walmart Neighborhood Market and Chic-fil-A in an old fast food turned catering now turned SB building. It is clean most of the time. Patio outside is ok but too much a parking lot feel. The location inside is nicely laid out with ordering in and to the right so it doesn't make too much noise for those enjoying their coffee in the hang out area to the left. It's a good buffer. The clientele is studious Sierra College people along with Granite Bay professionals going to and from work, neighborhood workers and moms on the go among others. Good place to beat the heat and try a new drink. read more

The drive-thru line was RIDICULOUS, so I decided to go in. I was promptly greeted by Ally. She was personable and a pleasure to chat with. While waiting for my coffee, I was greeted by another upbeat Starbucks crew member that was very friendly. My coffee was ready in under five minutes. I ordered a Venti Flat White with an extra shot and a pump in a half of vanilla. My coffee was just OK. It seemed like it had more milk than coffee flavor. I order the same drink at all Starbucks and find that each one makes it differently which is frustrating. I gave this place four stars because of the superior customer service and fast turn around. read more

This place is an embarrassment to the "Starbucks Brand." The staff is rude more often than not. Even worse, they almost always will mess up your drink order. The frappucinos are runny and like syrupy water instead of a blended drink. It is really unfortunate as I work in a neighboring business (and live less than 1/2 a mile away) and it would be convenient on a break to be able to walk over and have a drink, but this location is more frustrating than it is worth. I decided to write up a review after today's experience as I have given them multiple chances over the last few months. I ordered a venti passion tea lemonade, sweetened. Not a complicated order. The girl behind the counter did not write on the cup to put the classic syrup in the drink. I reminded her that I wanted it to be sweetened and she was annoyed with me. Then she started to help the next customer. After 10 minutes of waiting for my drink at a non-busy time, I asked where my drink was. She never put it on the barista's counter. When I asked the barista if she could make mine next as I was on a quick break at work and that it had been sitting through several other people, she rolled her eyes and told me she'd "get right on it." By the time I got my drink, I hurried back to work and it did not have the classic syrup added. I have been trying to call over there but their phone number just has a busy signal. Bad service, rude staff, and they do not hold up the standard of the Starbucks drinks even when they get your order correct. I waited over 30 minutes for my mobile order. They mentioned someone called in sick but I saw the person warm up my bagel put it in a bag and leave it on the counter. They kept adding other food orders next to it and it took over 10 minutes before the food items were moved from the back counter to the mobile order pick up area. My bagel wasn't even warm and had I been asked I would've asked them to just not even bother heating it up. I understand they were understaffed but I saw people walk past the food several times before t got handed out and that's ridiculous. read more

Needless to say, I walked inside with an attitude and requested my money back. The man was so calm and nice in response to me being rude. He corrected my order AND gave me a "next one's on us" card. I've always had good experiences when I go to this Starbucks. I have ordered several different drinks and they always get my drink right. I like that they have a drive-thru, I am lazy, I hate going inside. lol. They are pretty consistent with moving the drive-thru line along in an acceptable amount of time too. Unfortunately, I never go inside (again, I am lazy and I admit it), so I can't attest to how the atmosphere is in the building. Always always always out of cold brew. It's summer it's 100 degree weather. I understand it takes 20 hours to brew, and I was told today they brew a new one when the pitcher runs out. Probably my favorite Starbucks in the Roseville/GB area. Very efficient drive-thru, good location, and all the regular Starbucks stuff.

I have been going to this Starbucks everyday for 6 months only because it's walking distance from my home and has a Drive-Thru when I don't want to go inside. I want so much to make this my favorite location but it is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. It is not uncommon for me to wait nearly 10 minutes for my drink. I'd understand if the place was packed, but more times then not they start making my drink, walk off, and forget they were in the middle of making it only to start on another person's order. In 6 months they still do not know my name or know I get the same exact drink each and every time. I don't know if this location is understaffed or if it's just the culture BUT they definitely could use a little support and customer service training. I am a loyal Starbucker and will remain as such, and hope this store is just going through growing pains. In the meantime, I will continue to keep my eye out for one that has it together.
