The beautiful spectacled barista that served us today perfectly crafted our beverages. The toasted coconut beautifully complemented the dark roasted coffee of my macchiato. The handwritten messages on each of our cups, were thoughtfully personalized adding a playful touch to our already perfect order. The barista with braids was diligently wiping away any unsightly mess, making the environment clean and fresh, which was extremely inviting for us to leisurely sip on our drinks. I have been a loyal, consistent customer of the Starbucks at Julia & Warm Springs in Las Vegas for years ever since COVID hit, I've placed orders every single weekend, spending a frankly disgusting amount of money at this location. That loyalty means nothing to your company clearly. Today was the last straw. I placed a large order via Uber Eats as I do every Saturday and Sunday for my family only to find out that after the order was taking unusually long, that the store let a random person walk out with it. No verification, no accountability, no diligence. They simply handed it off. When I called the store to figure out what happened, their response was absolutely passive and dismissive. I was told to call Uber Eats which is laughable, because Uber Eats has no phone support. Their own app says the store has a merchant support line they can contact. I called the store again to relay this to them and they just shrugged it off. I asked for a manager, I wasn't offered one. Big mistake. The manager could not have cared less. No apology. No effort. Just another robotic referral to Uber Eats. Not a hint of ownership, empathy, or attempt to make things right for a regular customer who's spent hundreds if not thousands at this store over the past few years. I'm done. Done with this store. And frankly, done with Starbucks as a whole. If this is how long-time, loyal customers are treated when your own staff makes the mistake, there's reason to keep supporting your brand. read more

Came to this location for the first time. Staff were nice. Order was ready in a short amount of time. The food was great: my all time fav double smoked bacon. My venti dragonfruit with lemonade was good, just not a lot of dragon fruit pieces compared to the cup size. It's in an easy to get into location. I love this establishment in general overall, but there is one woman named Tanya who just makes my experience there very unpleasant. She is always so rude and condescending to me and always has a particular attitude towards me. I'm going to give this place three stars because I'm literally walking out of here right now after waiting for about six other people to get their drinks who came after me & ordered after me, the lady making the drinks decided to make mine last and I honestly think it's because my drink was a Frappuccino and they take a little bit longer to make, so I don't blame her fully for the way that she organized her drink making because I'm sure it wasn't to upset me however, the 2 other girls in there that were doing absolutely nothing definitely could've been better at their job by helping to make the drinks when there's a rush of customers. Another thing that was a negative experience for me is when I was actually ordering my drink , from the moment I walked in I said hello and good morning and the young blonde girl who looks to be no older than 20 looked dead in the face and said nothing. I approached the counter and she didn't even ask me about my order. She just looked at me. So I just told her what I wanted and afterwards told her thank you and again she said nothing. She just looked at me. A lot of times when you're ordering something from any place the person taking your order will ask you if you want anything else or they'll ask you if that's all when you're done ordering, she literally said nothing the entire time. Then when I got done paying with the app, someone walked in and she looked up with a big smile on her face and said good morning to them. What the hell?! I don't like places like this, and I won't be giving my money to places that have people working for them who don't know how to be polite, especially when it's a job where you have to interact with customers . While out shopping we encountered this Starbucks location and did not even know was here. This store is conveniently located in the corner of a shopping center and was designed nicely. It has large windows in the front to let in light and shades covering them to block the sun perfectly. The cashier that greeted me was bubbly and super sweet, and the barista was working in unison with the cashier already making my drink order while I was still ordering. With such great team work and organization between the employees my drinks were made in record time. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a Carmel macchiato. I was sharing the drinks with my twins so I ordered them both in Venti size. The barista got my Carmel macchiato just perfect with added whip cream and Carmel to the top of it. Our coffees were wonderful and so was our experience so gold stars . read more

I love the Starbucks app! It has made ordering so much easier and saved time. I've been using it for years earning points and rewards which is quite fun! My only issue with Starbucks is there's no consistency with the drinks! I favor the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it taste different every single time I order it! This is why I only treat myself to Starbucks occasionally! My mom calls Starbucks 5bucks because of the prices and for those prices you would think you can get your drink to taste the same every time! I treat myself to an end of work week Starbucks drink every Friday from this location. I always use the app to order ahead and I have the timing down pretty well to make sure it's ready when I arrive. The location is definitely busy and they do a lot of pre-ordered drinks, so I really wish they would drop the plexiglass and let us pick up our own drinks again. They are so busy so you don't always get someone's attention right away to let them know you are there for an app order, so sometimes I have to wait even though my drink is ready. I normally wouldn't mind - but I am usually also running behind to get to work :) But otherwise - the baristas are always friendly and the drinks are always made right, which is what matters most!! read more

So, my second review on my Birthday will be on a product I see myself drinking beyond several future Birthdays: Starbuck's beverages. This review is long overdue. This is one of the many Starbuck's that I have been patronizing the last few years. The majority of my visits at this location have been stops on the way to places in Hendertucky and beyond when I pass over breakfast. This Starbuck's, in a small shopping center is a conveniece to the eastbound Warm Springs Road motorist. This is not one of the cozier Starbuck's such as St. Rose Parkway or Cheyene at the 215, where it is easy to escape the fast pace of the World and get absorbed in a book or good conversation. This is not one of the better patio Starbuck's such as Valle Verde at Paseo Verde Parkways or Trails Center in Summerlin. This Starbuck's is a smaller location minus a drive thru with a handful of seats that often fills up during peak times. I would call this an In N Out Starbuck's, where you could order a beverage while relaxing for a few minutes before carrying on with your day. I cannot see why I will not return here again. The baristas are friendly, I still drive eastbound on Warm Springs Road, and good coffee continues to be a part of my lifestyle. read more

I ordered a tall Iced Matcha Tea Latte. There was about a half inch of foam on top, and the cup was full of ice. There was less than 10 sips in the entire cup. This Starbucks location used to be one of the best in town (in my opinion) , and in the last 6 or so months their quality and service have downgraded massively. Extremely disappointed. read more

Overall, this is one of my favorite Starbucks on this side of town. I've been here about 30-40 times. There's NO drive thru, so you have to park and go in every time.. Which I don't mind. Pretty much everyone here is very nice, except for one dude. He always seems crabby..The service is always fast and the place itself isn't too big or too small. Some of the Starbucks are as big as a CVS, it seems. This place is more cozy. The outside seating is covered nicely from the sun with an awning/overhanging roof. It's right in the heart of a nice, clean, busy area of Henderson. TONS of food options from Greek to KFC, within a few blocks. read more

I must have made an impression the first go. "Hey girl! Back for round two so fast?". The store is clean and there are plenty of "nooks" you can use to study, chat, or read. I have ordered the same coffee three times in the last month. It's straight from their menu with extra espresso added to it. Three times it has been made incorrectly. Twice they did not add the extra espresso. That's $1.40 extra cost I wasted, and then I can't drink the coffee.
