This is the second time they've given me less coffee because I asked for light ice. I don't need that much ice; I need the coffee. I'll keep coming back and deduct stars each time I receive a cup like this. When I asked why the cup wasn't filled, they told me it would cost $1.25 to fill it with foam or milk. I wonder how much coffee I'd actually get if I said no ice. At least the parking lot was nice and clean.

Mood- Work hard Play hard So my day starts at 3:55 am and continues until it is done. I am not a coffee drinker even though I miss it dearly, however I am a Venti Hot Chai Tea Latte cut with Oat Milk, 2 pumps of Brown Sugar Syrup, unless it is holiday season and lets add some Sugar Cookie Syrup to the mix, kinda gal to start my morning. We all have our morning rituals that get us through the moments of questioning why do we work these jobs and live our life this way. This location is brand new. It even has the merging 2 lanes to help reduce and cut down on traffic which is very nice. Their specials are usually posted on signage just before you hit the drive thru. Sometimes I am eating a breakfast sandwich as well, or just going for my tea and calling it a day. However the customer service has continued to be on point every single time I have come to this location. Which is very often as it is close to my job. Interior is quite large. There are several seating arrangements, even outdoor seating as well. Everything was very clean and music was playing in the background. Would most def recommend - pricing is Starbucks - need I say more. We all have our vices, and you pay for things because you DESERVE something good for yourself. Or at least this is my way of thinking. I enjoy this location as the staff are so friendly courteous, especially for the time of morning I am over here in this area. Location is Sunset/Gibson - ample parking

I like this location. The drive-thru is always quick and the service is good. I also like how my food is always warmed up even when I forget to ask to warm it up. The drinks are always made consistent. I appreciate that they mix the matcha powder for my iced matcha latte so it's not clumpy unlike the other Sunset location.

I just left this location. There's a man here who just came from the hospital walking around barefoot with a bloody foot. He has left a trail of bloody foot prints all over the floor where we have to get our drinks and order. Instead of cleaning this up they are letting it dry for everyone to walk through and eat in front of. I'm disgusted

Horrible can not get an order correct ever. Avoid this location as they do not care to read the label and make your drink correct

After about 40 minutes, I went up to ask how much longer it would take. Before I could even finish my question, Keysha interrupted me and said she was working on it. I was frustrated at that point and told her, "Ma'am, please don't interrupt me while I'm asking you a question." About 10 minutes later, Keysha personally brought our food all the way to us at the front door, which I did not see her do with anyone else. We thanked them for the food. Instead of simply handing it to us and letting us leave, she started going off on me. She told me, "We're a small business. Don't order 6 sandwiches if you have somewhere to be." She continued raising her voice at me and telling me not to cut her off while she barely allowed me to speak. It felt like she specifically came to the front to continue the confrontation rather than just give us our food. I understand being a small business. I understand being busy. But 50 minutes for 6 sandwiches is a long wait, and asking for an update after 40 minutes is reasonable. What was completely unacceptable was an employee following the interaction to the front of the restaurant just to continue arguing with a customer. The wait wasn't what earned the 1-star review. It was the way Keysha chose to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful.

So they have a sign up that says if you give them 5 stars on Yelp and show them the review within 3…read moredays, they will give you a free coffee. But I have been here three times and every time I have tried to order, it took SO DAMN LONG to get my coffee, that I just can't in good faith, leave a 5 star review. Every time I have gone in, there's one person doing everything, taking the orders, making food and making coffees. That's certainly not fair to your staff for one, who probably don't make much money and it's STRESSFUL when you're working as fast as you can, but people are waiting who haven't had their coffee. I spent 25 minutes waiting the first time and almost 40 minutes the second time (40 minutes!!!) and the last time I walked in, saw a packed cafe and NO ONE had coffee in front of them - so I just walked out. The coffee was just okay too, it wasn't hot enough the second time I went and my friends coffee had the wrong milk in it and she couldn't drink it. You can be 2 of these things to be successful: if your coffee is expensive, you need fast service and delicious coffee. You can have slow service, but it needs to be well priced and tasty. But you CANNOT have high prices, mediocre coffee AND slow service. This explains the 'give us a 5* review and show us' trick they need to do, because otherwise people like myself aren't going to go back. There are so many other great coffee places around - if you're in a rush don't go here. The atomosphere is too quiet too, you can hear everyones conversation if anyone is having a conversation. There's no music/background lofi on or anything and it's a TINY cafe. It's a little uncomfortable actually, although it does look beautiful and whimsical and cute. I can't speak on the food, I never got to try and and based on my previous experiences - I won't be either.

I also love all the locations! Sad they closed the one at Lake Las Vegas but I understand. I bring all my friends while they visit and they're also very pleased! CREPES, COFFEE AND MORE…read more.. I went to this French cafe over a week ago to try to get a crepe to go. It was not overly busy. It's very casual and easy to order at the counter and go. Think again. I got through the line quickly. Placed my order and watched everyone around me receive their food, dine and leave within 30 minutes all while I was still standing at the front waiting for 1 gluten free crepe with fruit. There was a sign up front that asked guests to be prepared to wait longer times so I really tried to be patient. I waited. After 40 minutes still standing up front I still had no crepe. I asked the cashier if she remembered me and she said my order would be ready momentarily. I took a closer look at the order and noticed that the gluten free crepe was buckwheat batter of which when I ordered they didn't make mention of this. Due to my allergies and sensitivity I had to wait again to speak with someone else who appeared to be managing, perhaps the owner. He claimed they make their own batter and brought out the bag of buckwheat flour. Then read on google the ingredients. I really thought a gluten free crepe was mainly made of alternative flour such as coconut flour--not here. I also pulled up this information however I did not want to take a risk. He told the cashier at the counter to issue me a refund and he turned back around to make more coffee orders. I overall felt like I had wasted my time here. I used to take my kids here and haven't been here since they remodeled and expanded. I was by myself and really just wanted something to eat but was not offered anything else. That part upset me the most. Then my refund took a week long. Really thought the refund should have been immediately. The cafe is really cute! I love the decor and feel in here but just really disappointed in this whole experience and not the best quality of customer service. Located on Horizon Ridge Parkway in Green Valley.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.
